We ordered three T's and seven multi-ply masks. The masks are fun and very functional. Two of the T's were ordered as Female Medium (based on TeePublic's sizing instructions) but that size ran much too small. The exchange (for two Female XL's) was seamless. Each email that we received in response to our request to exchange was upbeat and very polite and supportive. The T's were replaced at no charge. We offered to pay the $10+ shipping & tax (thinking it would help with supporting the artists), but our offer was politely declined. That level of positive person-to-person interaction, whether it be for customer service or for what used to be civil discourse, is so sadly lacking everywhere these days. But the people with whom we interacted at TeePublic could restore one's hope that "we're in this together" and that the idea of loving one another ARE STILL POSSIBLE.
Ordered and received a tee shirt in size I normally use, XL. Delivery was somewhat slow, probably three weeks. Tee shirt received was too small to be comfortable or meet their dimensional sizing on the website. I contacted them and the exchange process was exceptional. No glitches and was immediately informed a replacement would be sent out with no need to return the original shirt. Was told these typically run undersize so ordered a 2XL. Delivery of the replacement also took quite a while, about 2 1/2 weeks.
Shirt is fine, delivery a bit slow, customer service and return exceptional.
I received my order, beautiful soft, blue Tee Shirt. The only problem was their sizing was running smaller than I am used to. I emailed the company and they got back to me within one day! Also, they stated they'd immediately send me the size I needed and not inconvenience me by having me send the unuseable one back, very impressed! An order that was a disappointment turned into a pleasure in dealing with this company. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!
It's pretty amazing that Teepublic has almost any shirt design you'd like. I was thrilled when I stumbled on their website. My first order went well except for the fact that the t-shirts were smaller than I would normally wear. On reaching out to them, I submitted an exchange request. Assuming it was going to take a whole week during this Covid season, I was stunned to find an email the next day explaining that not only had my exchange request been approved but that I would be able to keep the t-shirt I had ordered. I of course gave them to a friend whom they'd fit. He loved them! Overall, I am very much pleased with their services and great product!
I ordered 2 Rottwweiler t - shirts. I ordered them separately. I e-mailed back and they only charged me one shipping. I had a couple questions about the t-shirts, somebody from customer service allways got back to me... and soon... The t-shirts themselves are beautiful... I just love them... Fits excellent... I ordered a Tee and when it arrived it was a little too small
I asked if i could exchange for the bigger size
Not only have TeePublic sent me the bigger size they let me keep the smaller size for passing on to someone else

Though TeePublic has an amazing array of products, my experience has been limited to their t-shirts. They offer a wide variety of creative and... well, simply awesome graphics from their pool of artists! I have ordered many (over 10 I'm sure) heavyweight t-shirts from them for myself, friends and family; they all have been great quality and the printing is exceptional... this coming from a former t-shirt designer and silk screen printer. What pushes them to the top among other companies I've traded with in the past is their customer service and attention to the client... which is a welcomed change to other companies out there!
I got my shipment yesterday, August 27 and I was so impressed. The material is soft, comfortable and to think that the price is really affordable compare to the other websites where I got some orders as well. I dont have to wait forever for the shipment. Highly recommended. Good job, Teepublic.
The design could be a little brighter but overall very good quality I am very satisfied I would recommend this business
Ordered medium tee shirt & when arrived it was obviously extra small despite label of M.No return address & unable to contact.

I am so impressed with TeePublic. Great shirts, quick delivery, and I ordered the wrong size which they quickly worked with me on. All companies should take a lesson from them. I have already ordered more shirts.
I ordered some t shirts that you cannot find anywhere. Well... a second order was charged and shipped to me. I emailed them explaining that I did not re-order the same t-shirts and I would like to return the shirts for a refund with free shipping back since I did not place the 2nd duplicate order. What did they do? They said sorry about that we will give you a full refund and don't worry about shipping the shirts back just keep them. I didn't expect that at all. I'm still willing to send the duplicate shirts back but they said don't worry about it. What can you say except they have excellent customer service. Nice people and I appreciate it more than you know sincerely John.
I purchased a t-shirt that ran very small. I contacted the TesPublic team several times with questions and they were amazing at their responses and followed up to check on me. I also did an exchange, which was super easy.
I ordered three t shirts from Tee Public. They were delivered on time and were of excellent quality. There was a sizing issue for two of the t-shirts, but it was fixed after I contacted the company. I have been receiving a ton of compliments when I rock my TeePublic shirts. Great gear and service.
I ordered 4 shirts for my nephew. For some reason, my order was doubled. Upon realizing this, I reached out to Customer Service. They replied immediately. I was offered a refund but was told to keep the extra shirts. I was so impressed with how quickly my issue was addressed. My nephew loves this site and now I'm a fan.
This company sells baby onesies, sizes as small as 6 months, with sexually explicit sayings and pictures. Absolutely disgusting, and the designers and company as a whole should be ashamed
I had a shirt in mind that I was looking for and a Google search led me to Teepublic. They had what I was looking for and alot of options as far as type of shirt and colors so I placed my order. I ordered a size I thought would work but it was too small, so I initiated an exchange through their site and received a response the next day that my bigger size was on the way! Really appreciated such a quick turnaround!
This is by far the best company with phenomenal customer service that I have ever dealt with I had an issue with a couple of my shirts that didn't fit me because the sizes weren't large enough even though it was a 3X shirt it actually fit my 16 year old daughter like a size large so I let the company know what was going on they sent me a size chart through my email and I ordered two more shirts the exact same size that I need to put in a men's size and they absolutely took care of me set me out two shirts got them super quick they're very prompt responses of their emails I would definitely be going through them again for more product there are just phenomenal I can't even say enough good things about them so thank you so much again for everything and being so prompt and very professional with your customer service.
I ordered a tee shirt from tee public and didn't realize that I was ordering a women's medium and my wife prefers the loose fit of a men's medium. This was totally my fault. I would like to thank Dacian, Cosmin, Ryan B, and catalin for such great customer service. They were very prompt with their return emails. They offered to send me the right size an to donate the other to someone in need. Now that's costomer service. I will definitely use this company again. Stan Kay
We ordered 5 t-shirts for our son. Loved the fact we could find unique designs in children's sizes! One of the shirts we received was the wrong design (mistakes happen!). We emailed about the error and got an email response right away. We were told to keep the wrong shirt and they will reprint the one we originally ordered. Appreciated the quick response and not being hassled to ship anything back!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
