You better be 100% sure the clothes fit and that you will like them. You have no ability to return unless it's defective. The quality of lettering is the worst I've seen in the industry for the price. I've purchased cheap shirts with higher quality lettering and fabric.i took photos and they insist it's the same as on
The website. The letters in person are semi transparent. The fit is odd. I have 3 sons and they ar sports fanatics. Hundreds of graphic shirts per child! Rarely do I return anything. I didn't check only defect policy because I usually do not return and assumed since fit can be different sometimes, I'd be alike to return within a limited time period.the email claims it's the same. The letters do have the broken look if you zoom in very closely on the site but the letters are Semitic transparent and look very low quality. It's hard to capture that and they will disagree because they have terrible policies and customer service.
Teepublic call themselves an open platform where anyone can host and sell art from their own storefront.
But when in reality your store or arts wont show up if any one searches for it or your store. I contacted there support but they don't even consider to review my arts even if they are very high quality neither they have any good reasons for not letting me or new designers to apply. Please don't support or buy anything from such marketplace.
AWFUL! A SCAM! Hippies doing what they do best, stealing from people. "Get it by Christmas" lol I mean hey just tell the people whatever to steal money right?! Reached out to customer "hippie" service only to be told to wait until then end of the day before Christmas Eve and reach back out to them. You know, once they are gone for the wkend lol so they don't have to deal with us and get to rip us all off. I think not, my attorney is involved and the process of ending this hippie nonsense has begun.
I thought well.its Dec 9, there us no reason they shouldnt be able to travel.from.MO to NY. In that time.i was wrong, it's now 2 days til.xmas and the package is sitting someplace and has been since 12/20. When I sent email.to.ask.about the guarantee, I received 2 days later a survey.wow company sucks
I'd heard good things about teepublic for a while and thought I'd grab a few shirts during a sale. Glad I didn't buy more than three because all of them flaked and faded drastically after one wash. After a year of owning them with regular washing, all three shirts are now blank. I have vintage shirts that were printed in the 80s that are still near perfect. I don't know what teepublic is using for their transfer, but I've had homemade iron on designs that have lasted longer. Buyer beware.
TeePublic has nice quality items. Their shipping process SUCKS. I paid for shipping, not cheap, and my order still hasn't arrived. The shipping gets routed from UPS then to your local post office.
This is a Christmas gift ordered on Dec 8th and still have no idea if it will arrive on time
I will never place another order with this company do to the expensive shipping rate and the time it takes to arrive
They overpromise and underdeliver. Would recommend never to use them! I ordered something on December 10th and as of December 16th I had not received it. Amazon you are not! They have no way to contact them quickly. Terrible customer service!
They can and will delete your account without cause for any reason. They claim that they will give the artist an opportunity to dispute any TOS/Copyright claims but this is patently false. If you try to get specific answers you will be pointed to different departments in the company until you go around a few times in a circle. You will be told the legal team is overloaded and can't get to every request. Read the other reviews, they have scammed many artists out of a lot of money.
This may be a fine place to order some unique shirts… but there's lots to be leery of. Since they outsource the printing, you likely won't get the same quality and fitment from order to order. Huge question mark on every order. Expect all their merchandise to be that way. The need to create some quality standards. If your an artist thinking this could be a positive way to generate a revenue, think twice. They don't moderate their artwork, so any other submitting artist can flag your one-of-a-kind design and claim copyright infringement. They will instantly pull down your design and delete your account. No review. No trial. No real opportunity to justify and prove your art is yours. Basically, it's like high school all over again with the competition trying to sabotage your work so they can get a greater exposure, thus market share. Long story short, you're best to take your business and designs elsewhere.

I made a $400 purchase the day after Thanksgiving and have not received an update on when it will arrive. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company and though their products are good, is nerve-racking not getting an update that the package will arrive before Christmas..
The singlets i received are poorly hemmed and flimsy at best. Also the print quality is horrible. I do not expect these shirts to last more than a couple of wears which is disappointing considering they ended up coming to $33 AUD per a shirt
Didn't get what I paid for after 20 days, wanted me to redo an order then they "didn't have it in stock" and when I got the refund I lost around 6dollars.
Never buying from this shi* site ever again.
We wanted to exchange one t-shirt with one of a different size. TeePublic customer service processed the exchange immediately (on a Saturday), letting us keep the previously ordered t-shirt -- so no hustle with reshipment!
The t-shirt is of excellent quality for a very reasonable price.
I have ordered from this company multiple times and have never been disappointed. Customer Service is fast and expedite any concerns within hours. I recently ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift and the shirt back had discoloration. Miruna from the Customer Service team responded almost immediately. I sent a photo of the issue and a replacement was confirmed within the same day. Things happen and knowing the company works so hard to correct the issue will see me as a regular customer
I made a mistake on an order. Sent it to the wrong house number. It was 100% my fault. I sent an email informing what all happened and was contacted within minutes. I don't know if I'm allowed to say her name but H, you're a boss.
TeePublic has been a delight to do business with. I've already purchased several Ts and a phone case. Customer service is attentive, timely and generous. They stand behind their products and gladly work with you on sizing and fabric selections. I highly recommend! I'm
I ordered a shirt from them a few days ago then went offline for a number of days, when I came back I realised my browser had autofilled my old address into the delivery box. I contacted Alin the day my order ended up shipping and he was kind enough to assist me with a new order in no time at all. Really friendly and speedy all told.
Horrible company. Doesn't pay their artists just as a warning. They delete accounts to avoid paying for an artists legitimate work and customer service is horrible. Shirts I ordered faded after a couple washes. I used to love the site but recently it's become horrible and their selection sucks.
Purchased three T-shirts from TeePublic (advertised on Facebook); the mens' shirt purchased was true-to-size and of good quality. Unfortunately, the two womens' shirts - each "classic T's" - were significantly smaller than expected. I sent TeePublic an email, they responded within twelve hours, pointed me to a (very good and very exhaustive) sizing chart for all of their products, and encouraged me to pick out alternatives that would work better. When I did so, they immediately placed orders for replacements, didn't need me to send the original shirts back, and even refused to charge me the price difference between the shirts ordered and the replacements I requested. Overall, an exceptionally good purchase/customer relations experience!
Trash company. They sold items with my designs on them. And never paid me. Their legal team blocked my emails, and the shady crap doesn't stop there, they don't accept customer service phone calls. Ive contacted my lawyers but it'll cost more than they owe me.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
