I recently ordered 6 shirts from Teepublic, all are clearly professionally printed on comfortable "modern" tees, as I call them. They had me with the shirt quality, but they kept me with the customer service. Peep this:
I ordered 2 of my shirts on Charcoal heather, which appeared basically black heather in the visual on the site. When the shirts arrived, those 2 shirts were labeled as "dark grey heather" and were just that; dark grey heather. I wasn't sure if this was a misprinted shirt/label or if the physical shirt just looked slightly different from the visual on the site, and it may not seem like a big difference but I actually hate grey-colored shirts and love black-colored shirts, so it did matter to me…which is basically exactly what I said in my email to Teepublic when asking for a reprint either on true Charcoal heather or, if they consider Charcoal and dark grey heather one and the same, a reprint on straight black.
I had very little confidence I would get any response other than "sorry, charcoal is grey, that's what you oredered, bye" and I expected to be stuck with 2 shirts that I could have loved but instead would likely not wear. Instead, Teepublic requested pictures of the shirts/labels and then they confirmed charcoal and grey heather are the same…BUT then they simply offered to reprint my shirts on black free of charge just to ensure I loved the shirts! No argument, no hassle, no loopholes. AND when I asked about returning the dark-grey shirts to them, they basically just said to pay it forward and give them to someone who would appreciate them…which I did…and he totally does! I was floored by this whole exchange, this level of customer service is almost unheard of! Needless to say, the reprinted shirts on black arrived soon after and I love them. I also love the 8 other shirts I ordered a few weeks later! 37 thumbs up. 16 stars out of 5. You got yourselves a lifetime customer now!
I've tried many times to cancel my order and it's not working I've emailed them to cancel my order I would really like for them to send me my money back and cancel my order it took over $417 out of my account I want it back! I will SUE THEM if I don't get my money back
The tee-shirt quality is fine. The design was just what I wanted. But after a number of washes, the print came off in nasty little flakes. Tossed the shirt. Go ahead and buy if you want a shirt that lasts only a few months. Sad
I'm taking time to do this review when normally I don't do reviews. But this company is like no other company I've ever dealt with. Exceptional they are is why I decided to write a few words. I bought 2 ladies size US Open tee shirts the first of September as gifts. As it turned out the ladies cut was too snug and my daughter dropped the tees off to me asking if I could exchange them. I thought I could be near the 30 days which is the return/exchange policy for most companies (especially small ones). So I found my email where I originally ordered from this company and the first surprise was their return/exchange time was far from 30 days it was 90! So I sent them a request to see if it would be possible to exchange the 2 ladies tees for 2 men size tees. The next shocker was the speedy reply I received saying they had already taken care of my request and I should be getting the tees in a few days. Well if all that didn't shock me off my feet the next line said "do not return the tees to us please donate them or give them to someone else or just keep them"! I have never heard of such even in the middle of the pandemic we had! I can say with all honesty I have never had this kind of service from any retail company (large or small). If you're reading this review I'm sure your probably thinking no way. So I say give them a try and just see for yourself. This is the kind of business I'll come back to again and again and also share with my friends and family. Just think of what kind of world we would all get to live in if every business was like this business making all of our lives easier when we make a mistake and purchase the wrong size! The 1 star is for their uploading system, better than Redbubble's.
However, I uploaded over 20 designs at one go, with each design I took time to write the title, tags, and description, edit the deisgns on the products, etc. No spamming, just quality keywords.
After all that, 6 hours later they deactivated my account. I have tried emailing *******@teepublic.com and *******@teepublic.com and have not received any acknowledgment of my emails. My suspicion is that they thought I stole work from my redbubble account. But I wrote to them trying to confirm that that is my work and it is my redbubble account. Anyways, not sure it's worth making an account here if they're just going to de-activate without a fair warning of review.
I ordered two shirts from their website. Upon receiving them realized they were not heavyweight as described but rather the same thing, cheap material that Walmart uses for their work shirts. Same brand too. Contacted them to let them know they were not as ordered and told a refund would not be available because they are not defective. Which is ridiculous. I highly recommend staying clear from this site.
Ordered a Tee shirt for $28 plus shipping. Never received a confirmation code and never received the order dispute being charged. Never returned my phone calls.
TeePublic treats its artists very, very BADLY. They ban their stores out of the blue without giving any explanation or previous warning, if they decide you broke the T&C they don't even give you the chance to fix what you're doing wrong according to them. It's just so cruel how they don't care about the hours and hours of work the artists put into their stores. After not giving you a warning or at the very least an explanation, as decent people would do, they tell you to send them an e-mail if you want to know what happened, but they can choose to ignore that mail anyway. So you have to basically beg them. You can find many complaints about this behavior on the Internet. They have been doing this for years, and they even owe some of their artists money. I wouldn't trust these people, and I really hope they start respecting other human beings soon because they clearly don't care about others.
I was attracted to TeePublic by the awesome artist designs and treated the whole family to t-shirts that we loved. Unfortunately, the images got sticky and began to flake off and fade after the first few washes (regular wash, regular detergent, warm/ cool water, hung to dry). We've been wearing these shirts for less than a year and they're more faded than second hand shirts I've owned for 6-8 years! Sadly, I don't think I'll buy from Tee Public again. Love the designs, I just wish they were printed to last.
I placed an order for some stickers and never received the package, I suspect it got lost in transit, so I contacted customer service and in less than 8 hours they sent a replacement package. The agent I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely order from them again!
One of the shirts I ordered was too small. I reached out to them and received an immediate reply. They are shipping me a brand new shirt and told me to keep the other shirt or give it away. Amazing customer service! I will order again!
I paid $120 for 5 tee shirts that were never delivered. Customer service requests were never answered.
These guys rock! I was able to find a rather obscure design I had wanted on their site. I then ordered a kids medium instead of an adult medium on accident and didn't realize until I received it. I contacted them and let them know and they quickly responded letting me know they had already sent out a replacement in the right size and thag i should just keep the kids tee they had previously sent and donate it to someone! Absolutely fantastic customer service! It's so rare to find a company that cares on this level and I can't recommend them highly enough! The tee they had sent was of high quality too and prices are reasonable! Give them a try!
This site has a great selection, which helps me find great gifts for my family and friends. I get a lot of positive comments along the lines of "how did you find such a perfect t shirt for him/her/them".
I live outside the USA right now and many companies won't ship here. TeePublic sent the package very quickly and the shirts are great and match the photos and descriptions on the site! It's great to know I can count on TeePublic!
I ordered about eight t-shirts with two separate orders over 2 months ago they're telling me that both orders have been lost when they get to my post office and they doubt that any more would get there either sounds like they're running a scam to me I wouldn't order from this place I still haven't received my money back
Never done business with this company. But they send me messages and emails everyday. I have asked them to stop sending emails and messages but they keep sending them
I have to brag on this company. In a time when our world is full of negativity this place is AWESOME! I ordered a couple of shirts thinking they would fit and they did not! I sent a request for exchange and got a response in less than 24 hours! Easy exchange process and very helpful staff! I will use them again and again for all my T-Shirt needs. Check them out!
Are used to love this place, but my last couple of shirts have faded in the wash. Very disappointing

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
