I heard of TeePublic on Facebook when I started looking for a gift for my mothers Birthday. I placed my order, and it came in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the shirt was a size to small- however I emailed TeePublic and asked for an exchange for a bigger size. I received an email back within minutes and they informed me that they have processed my exchange order and it will be in the mail today. Wow- now that's customer service done right! And to make it even better with less hassle, I don't have yo send the other shirt back. I can keep it or give it to someone else! Again- wow! This company is wonderful and I will be sharing my experience with my friends and family! So thank you TeePublic for making my day!
I ordered a few shirts from Teepublic. When they arrived they were not the type of shirt I was expecting. I sent an inquiry their way and wanted to see if they accidentally sent me the wrong shirts. It turns out that I was in the wrong and had made the mistake. I am of a taller build, so I wanted a certain type of shirt that fits me better. Without hesitation, Teepublic was able to place another order for me with the correct size, color, and type of shirt and send it my way without an extra charge. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic with me. This type of customer service is what will make me want to come back and continue being a patron of their store. Thank you Teepublic!
I had such a pleasant experience with TeePublic that I had to write a review! The customer service responses were prompt, helpful, informative, and (best yet) extremely friendly. I felt like a valued customer when working with their customer service to perfect my order. Thank you, TeePublic, for adding such a warm, personal touch to your customer service! It speaks a lot about the priorities of this awesome company!
Oh yeah. Great prices too.
Had an error in order. They took care of it immediately. Anything you can imagine and more. 10/10
Ordered wrong size. They replaced at NC. Nice! Their response was quick and no questions asked. Just unexpected outstanding customer satisfaction service.
Teepublic have the best choice of shirts for sci fi shows such as UFO, Star Trek etc. The images are always crisp, the quality really good on the t shirts themselves.
However what makes them stand out is the customer service. Got a problem, solved in minutes even when you are on another continent.
The shirts are often funny, or that little bit different to the rest - an example: a Calvin and Hobbes inspired Colonial Viper image, just sublime.
Love this company
My family ordered a variety of shirts for our Universal Studios vacation next month. I normally wear a 2X in women's fit clothing. Their 2X was very snug, uncomfortably so. So I planned to exchange for the 3X.
We accidentally ordered a M instead of a L for one of my husbands shirts. And one of the shirts for my 13 year old daughter ended up ordered in my size. More exchanges, and these were my fault.
I was concerned due to the shirts being print on demand. However customer service blew me away. Not only did they accommodate ALL of my exchange requests, the let us keep our mistakes! They asked we donate them or pass them along to someone who would love them.
Now we have the correct shirts on the way, and some fellow geeky friends of ours got surprise gifties!
I ordered 2 t-shirts and they were smaller than I wanted. My son also decided he wanted a different color. When I reached out for an exchange, they wrote me back < 1 day later and just me new shirts. I did not even need to return the first ones. They were very kind and easy to deal with and I was impressed.
This is horrible! I am trying to return and it will only let me exchange! The size chart is WAY off! I'm stuck with a tshirt that doesn't come close to fitting. Also, IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human! Horrible customer service!
After my recent purchase from TeePublic, I am one of their biggest fans.
In a word they are "AMAZING!"
Here are the nuts and bolts: I purchase a hoodie and t-shirt from TeePublic; When I received my package, I noticed that the brand of both items
Was Gildan (tremendous quality and made in the USA-Canada). The hoodie I ordered was too small (my mistake), the Tee was perfect. I reached out to TP to talk about an
Exchange….before I could even blink, Robert from the staff quickly responded and said "Your New hoodie with the correct size, is ordered and on the way".
NO QUESTIONS ASKED. No need to send back the original ……please donate it.
Two key reasons to LOVE TeePublic 1. Their "DON'T LOVE IT, WE'LL FIX IT FOR FREE Policy and 2. They Empower Indie Artists.
Moving forward I will buy all my Tees from TeePublic….I hope that you will do the same.

A New & Very Loyal Customer
Where do I begin. I guess first by saying that TeePublic has a fun selection to pick from…more than any other! The quality is also great…what you see is what you get! Lastly and most amazing is the customer service. If there is any issue (for me it was simply sizing), they want to make it right. They're quick to communicate and ship the right size and even if it's something besides sizing, they are happy to make that right too. Definitely recommend!
Here's the short version: I put up some designs, sold a few products and received less than %25 of my profits. Their backwards reasoning was as such(as proven in an email I received that I will gladly forward to anyone who asks):
"I could see how on the face of it, making ~25% per piece appears like it isn't much when you do the math per product. Just for your context, >>>>we've<<<<(not me, THEM) chosen to do fixed earnings here because we have discovered over years of market research that customers actually prefer a fixed price. Basically, the volume of sales is the difference-maker here. Consumers are charged the lowest price per product to entice the audience that is looking for the lowest-cost version of your product. The folks who are doing that are usually organic shoppers, and organic search and sales are huge on our site (the TeePublic Marketplace gets millions of visitors per month, which means lots of chances for your products to be seen!)
So when folks are already buying, they're more likely to come across a really cool product like yours and want to buy it, too. During sale time, for example, site volume and sales grow by 2x, thereby usually making up any differential you'd see per product sold."
Yeah, cool story and all, but I don't recall OK-ing that when it came to MY design, Teepublic. Maybe respect your designers more and ask for their input BEFORE you put up their work for peanuts? This is to say nothing of the fact that they should shoulder losses in profits when THEY are the ones who choose to put discounts up without the original designer's input, or the fact that the designer has NO say regarding the price of the item at ALL outside of the set price per type of item, or...yeesh. The moment you make ANY money on this site, a bunch of red flags appear. PLEASE: AVOID TEEPUBLIC LIKE THE PLAGUE, AS BOTH A BUYER AND SELLER.
A lot of designs to choose, but garment quality is horrid. Material is weak, thin and sizing is if off. After it's all said and done--NO RETURNS. So you're stuck with poor quality.
I learned my lesson. I'll donate to the Humane Society for their chihuahuas.
This company TeePublic is Legit and 100% honest. They sell quality clothing and their return and exchange policy can't be beat. The communication and shipping was 100%. This company deserves the customers! Wow. They are not in this for the money. They are in it for happy customers who love their products in hopes they return to purchase again. I definitely will be! Everyone deserves a raise! Including the owner. Thanks again TeePublic!
Order delivered as promised, as described, in timely manner. Good product and would buy from again.
I've ordered from TeePublic multiple times. On two occasions I've had size or print errors on parts of my orders. Both times customer service has been polite, efficient, and effective. The issue has always been resolved quickly without costing me an extra cent. I'd recommend them to everyone.
So, for the past 30 or so minutes, I've been trying to upload my design but this error kept coming up "The Change You Wanted Was Rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to." I looked up any solutions and nothing worked, I even downloaded every browser I could find and it still wouldn't let me, so. If you're looking for a place to sell your designs, go somewhere else.
TeePublic Rips off designers. Closes designers accounts for no reason. When you respond to find out why they ignore you.
Company has closed many designers accounts for no reason whatsoever. Then keeps their earnings instead of paying the designers for their designs and hard work
Sketchy company
Don't buy anything from TeePublic

I ordered a sweatshirt that was slightly defective, I e-mailed their customer service team and a new one was sent to me free of charg,e and I got to keep the old one. No fuss no hassle just excellent customer service.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
