This company went above and beyond on their great customer service! I ordered a lot of shirts from them (13), and they are all super soft and of great quality also. I've definitely found my go to tee shirt place!
These tshirts ruin my laundry after a second wash first inside out alone but they messed up my order
I am thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service I have received from TeePublic. I found some great shirt designs for a gift for someone; it was my first time exploring the site. I ordered the shirts and when I received them, there was a problem with one of them. I sent a message with a description of the issue and I received a response within one day... and that response was everything that I hoped for but more than I was expecting. I was assured that the shirt would be replaced at no cost with expedited shipping to ensure getting the correct item by Christmas. I received it today, which is certainly in time for our needs. The service I received was not only very professional but was very friendly and empathetic. And, there was follow-up communication to check on the process... Again, great experience... we will be looking to continue support TeePublic and its artists!

I was on the wire to order something unusual for my grown children, we are big into Norse, Odin, because we have Celtic ancestors. So I thought I would prowl around on Tee public website. Needless to say, awesome. I could have spent 1000's of bucks. But I found more than enough for my gifts, they came very quickly considering the season and my late start. One however was too small, (of all the ones) my daughter-in-law! So I contacted them, and when they made me more than right. And it was MY mistake. This is how business should run, a personal touch, helping the small business/creators. I love it. It's a win win!
First I would say I have always loved the various designs by the artists. I had to exchange a tshirt I purchased for a larger size.The customer service was awesome very quick response. I have purchased many tshirts in the past and will continue into the future.
Bought two shirts for my adult son for xmas. One was perfect the other had a bad printing flaw. Got hold of customer support, shot them a few pictures and within days a new perfect shirt showed up in the mail. The tshirts are nice quality and the artists designs are so diverse you can find one of a kind designs that please both the geeks and jocks. Could not be more pleased with this company that has the foresight and infrastructure to leverage unique artists inspired designs.
What an amazing variety of totally cool stuff. Thanks to all you artists. But, this site has so much to offer, you could never see it all. But, total 5 stars all the way.
I ordered a tee-shirt and was sent the wrong size. Upon contacting Custom Service, then immediately send me the right size and said "no need to return the smaller shirt". They absolutely ROCK. Best custom service I've ever experienced. They have a wonderful website and incredible inventory. Highly recommend TeePublic and will definitely order from them again. 5 Stars.

The company response to question was great. I ordered a shirt and it was perfect, Size, Color, and quality was excellent. I have ordered from other companies and the sizes were off, the description was off and the quality was very bad. NOT with this company. I highly recommend and would def. Purchase from again.

I'm a first time customer to TeePublic. I was amazed at ALL the various Artists designs. The hard part was choosing. I placed my order and waited for my order to arrive. Of course I ordered during the Chridtmas season. But I placed my order way ahead of Christmas. There was a slight hiccup. One of my two gifts (for my Granddaughters) did not arive. I got ahold of Customer Service and they quickly made a wrong right. Their response was quick, helpful and apologetic. Who knows what happened BUT their team made it right.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my Son for Christmas. The shipping was quick and It was exactly what I ordered except, it was way to small. The sizing must be a little different or I accidentally ordered a child medium instead of an adult medium. Either way, it was not going to fit. I emailed TeePublic to request an exchange. I was a little sad because I figured I would have to wait for the new one to be ordered after they received the incorrect size I had. It would not make it before Christmas. To my unexpected delight, I received an email the next day confirming my exchange. Not only were they going to honor my exchange but they had already ordered the corrected size and encouraged me to donate the original sweatshirt to someone who it may benefit. The thoughtfulness of being able to pass it along made me feel like people were their priority, not just money. This was not the first shirt I ordered from them and it will defiantly not be the last!
I placed an order and had an issue when checking out with the shipping speed. I sent an email and got a quick response. They were very polite and helpful and corrected the problem so I could receive the order before Christmas! The t-shirts are good quality and true to size! Would definitely use them again!

So I order a kid hoodies (majin Buu) for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I ordered a xs thinking that it will fit. Unfortunately it was too small so I reached out to customer service team and they responded immediately. Also unfortunately they are out of stock on all kid hoodies given this time of the year. They offer a different product for swap but only has kid t-shirt which didn't work for my daughter. They offer a full refund and apology (which they didn't have to btw b/c it wasn't their fault that I had ordered the wrong size). This is beyond great service which doesn't exist now a day. They even let me keep the hoodie to use or donate which again is absolutely stunning. This again is just incredible characteristic of a great business and people that worked there. I definitely will shop here again in the very near future. Thanks TeePublic!
I ordered quite a few shirts for Christmas for my family. Their shirts are so cute and great material. Unfortunately I selected the wrong size and had to ask for an exchange. I contacted them on a Sunday and first thing Monday AM I had an email from Gabrielle from their company letting me know they have already reordered and sent me the new sizes. As for the incorrect sizes, she told me I could keep them and donate to friends or people who they might fit. I was stunned, talk about amazing customer service. I will 100% be using this company in the future again and plan to recommend them to all my family and friends!
Tee Public got right back to me concerning a sweatshirt that was ordered that was too small they are sending a larger size so I may still be able to get it in time for Christmas. We love the product and are looking forward to giving it as a gift. I would order from Tee Public again
I was ordering really cool harry potter shirts for both a friend and me. Well I double checked the sizes with her and looked at the size chart on the site. It seemed right, but I ordered larger sizes for me bc I like it bigger. When my order came I looked at the shirts for my friend and didn't think they would fit her even though she's tiny. So I wrote for an exchange ready to repay shipping etc, but they compensated everything and I was allowed to donate the shirts that wouldn't fit. I donated it to a local charity for the homeless and they were very appreciative. So folks this is a great company with great products and wonderful customer service. Go ahead and order just make sure of your size and maybe order a size up. Better bigger than too small. Enjoy and Thank you TeePublic for the great stuff. I will totally order again from you guys!
I placed an order for Christmas at the end of November. I got a shipping confirmation on 12/1 for some items and 12/4 on the rest of my order. However, neither order ever shipped! I sent a message and it was promised to be expedited for Christmas. It's still sitting there with a label printed and not shipped. Not to mention 2 items were canceled. Regardless, I have NOTHING. STILL. I will never order again.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
