I ordered Bee Happy Tshirt for a female friend. Size Medium. Was excited to receive the item but found the Medium was a bit small. Contacted TeePublic and wanted an exchange for a Large. Customer service was great and responded right away. Thank you Emanuel! My Tshirt is on the way and I hope it will arrive before Christmas... will see!
I've been working on teepublic for 2 years, last november teepublic deactivated my store, and they didn't send me my money (more than 600$), I contacted them several times but they don't answer me.
They are thieves.
Teepublic is one of the best websites I have ordered from. Their customer service is amazing too! I accidentally ordered the wrong size for a t-shirt and submitted an exchange request. They were able to get back to me within 24 hours and informed me that I will be getting a shirt within the right size I wanted. Plus, I was able to keep the original t-shirt sent me.
I had ordered a hoodie and t shirt for my 11 yr old daughter for Christmas. I ordered too small. I sent an email and received a response within hours(maybe 8 or so). No questions, no hassle, I explained that I needed for Christmas(5 days away) and they said they woiould do their best to accomadate.
Within a few more hours or so, I received confirmation that the new hoodie and t shirt was being processed and I should have by Christmas. No charge. The graphics and colors on the 2 items that I did receive were VIBRANT and really cool. Colors were bright. I am VERY pleased with BOTH the fast, and courteous customer service along with the quality of the product. I will highly recomend to my friends and I WILL pirchase again without hesitation!.

I ordered something in wrong size and the customer service department fixed it without question and sent out a replacement immediately. Even within the busy Christmas season the replacement arrived—in Canada!—before Christmas. I've had to talk to customer service a couple of times and both times they were very fast, friendly, and accommodating. This company is absolutely amazing—they stand behind their products, and treat their customers with respect. This was my first time using them, and I'm a customer for life.
I bought eight different items from tee public the quality was great it came earlier then expected I I deffenitly will buy from them again

TeePublic rules! I have found both masks & t-shirts with so many of the things I love featured on them. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the products. What's also really cool is a lot of the designs can not be found anywhere else!
I ordered a Christmas present from TeePublic and I received a notification from the USPS that my package was delivered. Low and behold it was not. I walked up and down my street looking on neighbors porches to no avail. I contacted TeePublic and explained the situation. They responded quickly and said they would resend my order and expedite it so I would receive it for Christmas. They did this without any prompting from me. What a wonderful company. Clearly they put their customers first. I must say, I received far better customer service from this small company then I received from Samsung (had an issue with brand new TV not working) Bravo TeePublic. I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you for all of your help.
I ordered a shirt for my son of the brave little toaster size 5 and from the pictures it seemed like you typical tee with a logo. No high expectations were had especially with the ongoing promo for 30% off which made the shirt $14 plus shipping and tax over $22. I received a confirmation on the webpage but no further email about the order (completion/delivery) so I was kind of in the dark on when to expect my tee. It finally came in today and I was excited! But after opening the package I noticed a few things off about the product. First I noticed the color which seemed a bit faded from the black it was supposed to be. Second thing was the logo just didn't seem shiny or smooth and itself seemed faded. Third was the screening method that was used was very poor you can very clearly see cracking and a waffle pattern from the screening process. Overall it seemed like someone else owned the shirt and washed it a few times before I received it. I would say I'd refund the product but I typically avoid products/ manufacture that seem to not work out. I rate a two because I received the product and in a reasonable amount of time. Picture is the short side by side to another clothing item that's been washed at least 30 times and has been owned for a few years.
I had a great, positive experience with Tee Public. I've had to cancel or change a couple of orders and they were wonderful about it! I will definitely go to them again!
Don't bother they are lazy and worthless stoners. Ordered on November 30th they keep losing my order. I will make sure to spread the word of how crappy they are
Disappointing selection, poor service at inflated prices. Hard to get a worse combination. Do not waste your money.
They owe me $1500 and deleted my account and will not respond with any proof of what I did wrong. It says in their terms and conditions that they will let you know what takedown request and let you dispute. Here is my question... If my design violated their terms and conditions in December how do they think they don't owe me for items sold in November?
If you notice it will be the same reply from Stephen telling me to read the terms and conditions and contact them if I dispute. Which is a revolving door since I've obviously done that!
Only received 1 of my 2 shirts both ordered from same artist, vestiart.No phone number to talk to a live person to resolve. Supposed to tweet them. My god. Won't be ordering from them again. Feel scammed.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizes on several tee shirts but the customer service reps at TeePublic quickly resolved this issue by sending out replacements at no charge. I highly recommend supporting this company and the artists who make the tees.
I have always loved the products from Teepublic. The variety is amazing, and I love supporting artists. Yesterday an order of t-shirts were stolen from my mailbox. I sent an email, and the Teepublic customer service team responded quickly and resent the order. It was a stressful situation they made much easier!
I ordered 2 t-shirts, all in Large, but 3 of 4 measured 21" across and not 22", so they were too small. I contacted them and they sent XL replacements free of charge and told me to keep the originals. Excellent service, good quality, but unfortunately the XLs are way too big. At least I've got both sizes for if I lose/gain weight!
I loved going through all their selections from all their artists. It was so fun just picking out stuff and customizing the art on shirts, mugs, stickers and masks. I bought one of each! The quality was great. And even though the shirt size was too fitting and small, the process of exchanging it couldn't have been easier - and I shop alot online!
Received my order quickly and correctly. The problem was ordered the wrong size. They corrected and I am 100% satisfied and will be ordering more soon. Thanks you TeePublic
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
