Purchased a hoodie. It was supposedly thick, but it's actually super thin. The print on the back is blurry and poor. I'm not too hard to please, but yeah, this was not high quality or professional at all.
Wonderful people to buy from. They were very kind and understanding when I contacted them about me ordering the wrong size. They replied to me quickly and we resolved my mistake in no time at all. The shirts are high quality and I will absolutely be buying from them again.
I had ordered a shirt. Never arrived. I contacted customer service, they went above and beyond to re ship my order and it arrived just in time for Christmas. The business its self has many options. But the service provided was on another level and couldn't thank them enough for what they did for me.
Loved the shirt! I will say that the women's sizes run very small so definitely adjust to that. But otherwise the quality was great. The customer service was wonderful. Received the order on time. I would definitely purchase from again!

My package got lost during shipping and it was not the fault of TeePublic. They quickly responded to me a resolved my issue. I have had to inquire about a similar issue in the past and they fixed that right away, too. Excellent service! Big fan of the company.
Ordered a sweater for my daughter for Christmas and was led on for days about it being shipped out before Christmas and on the 22nd was told they were canceling my order and I still haven't received a refund so I could order something else. They get your stuff from someone else. Terrible company to order from, try anyone else except for them
My 14 year old was buying her younger 9 year old sister two shirts for Xmas and her bday. When the first one came in, it looked great... but by accident we ordered a MENS large, not a youth large. The shirt quality was great... but clearly the wrong size. I contacted teepublic, and they not only are sending me the correct size, but they told me just to keep the men's large (use, donate, recycle)... and it was MY mistake. I truly appreciate their business and will be back.
I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas. When I received it, there was a hole in one of the sleeves. I emailed the company and sent pictures of the damaged shirt. They responded quickly and shipped another shirt to me. The shirt was delivered to me before Christmas. The customer service team is very efficient. I would definitely order from them again.
From the moment I placed the order, customer service has been amazing! I read some reviews and saw a few that said the shirts run small so I ordered a size larger. Please note that they are true to size and they were too big! I set up an exchange and they sent me the right size and allowed me to keep the larger size and encouraged me to keep, reuse or donate! Initially I ordered the wrong colour, I questioned the order and had feedback immediately. Changed the colour without any fuss or bother. Was concerned then regards xnas delivery and it arrived in good time.
The support team are incredible, always fast to respond and very friendlly. You could not get a better team anywhere, highly helpful.

Offer was too good to be true. Promised a $12 USD shirt with free shipping. It cost me $44 Australian dollars and looks like crap.
Run from this company - The worst experience - we ordered over $600 of T-shirts for Christmas gifts for our family. The initial products were of poor quality, the women's sizes were ridiculously small (a women's 2x was the same size as a Youth XL). The designs look great on the website but do not match the actual products. The screens are crooked on the shirts with one placed so off side that there was 7 inches from one side seam to the start of the design while on the other side only 3 inches - and this was the "fixed" return. The colors on the designs are blurry and muted. We want to support independent artists - but don't waste your money or your time.
Terrible I bought 2 items they were both wrong and when I tried to send a email the I'm not a robot kept searching and wouldn't load what a rip off n just in time for Christmas! Not Happy
I felt the need to write a review bc teepublic is a great company for me for Christmas shopping! They showed me every time how loyal and trustworthy they are.its I'ts important for a business online or in stores to have respect for people, that you can rely on. I ended up using teepublic late Nov and dec for xmas for my kids. Alot of their gifts are things you can't always buy from Walmart or target. U know itl get delivered less thsn a wk mostly. But i could not find certain items and stuff. I ordered like 8 things thru out this month. The orders, every one of them came within 3 weeks. Which I never trust unknown companies when it says 2wks or more so I was apprehensive. And i have had bad experience with many of these. But they worked super hard and got all of my orders delivered before xmas eve! I even got one order, a coffee mug and it cracked during shipping. I emailed them, and let me say they have the best customer service I've felt with in a pretty long time. They immediately responded and saw the pics and promised to expedite a new one so would be here for xmas and I got it yesterday. Business today are so selfish and rude. They don't care about the customers. But they should, and learn from tee public bc they always send it fix it and reply fast. It really made me happy. They didn't even give me time to even begin to worry and stress bc they replied so fast! Teepublic totally made my xmas season and shopping experience all around wonderful. Its never been this easy And that's what CS of a business should be doing too but not many do, teepublic catered so well to my orders that I had a great shopping experience bc of this company. I believe that what makes or breaks a company is customer service and communication. Especially the company's that aren't as huge. Its important to keep your customer's happy and they really did. It was a great experience for me and I'll go to them alot. It's rare today to deal with any employees at any job and them be respectful or know how to handle customers and clients, but teepublic was spot on. Definitely I recommend this place to everybody!
Sooooooo appreciative of the TeePublic team. I know USPS shipping is a nightmare right now with Christmas, on top of COVID. I had a shipment arrive in my town, only to leave and not return... I emailed the team and they responded quickly, gave clear next steps - and when the shipment didn't arrive by their proposed timeline, they got me a replacement A. S.A. P. Now I will have one happy Chicago Bears 80 year old man on my hands come Christmas morning. Can't say enough, I was nervous about buying from a company I'd never heard of - but would order again in a heartbeat. Thank you TeePublic Christmas Angels :)
The breadth of the different image and size options is what brought me to Tee Public. How they perfectly handled a size problem will definitely keep me coming back. Simply amazing customer service! Communication was prompt throughout the entire order and shipping process. You should use these guys!
I ordered tshirts for gifts this holiday season and TeePublic did a phenomenal job from start to finish. USPS lost the first package and I rushed a week ago to get a replacement order and TeePublic sent them out FedEx at no extra charge to me. The lost USPS package arrived yesterday and when I contacted customer service they said to keep both orders as the replacement had already shipped. Love the tshirts and they are great quality (size up if you order the woman's, men's was tts). TeePublic is definitely my go to for tshirt orders. Thank you for going above and beyond especially during these trying times!
I ordered a woman's large-the shirt was tiny! I emailed Tee Public, asking for an exchange. They nicely offered a free replacement with free shipping. Based on the models' pictures, I chose a man's small. That arrived 3 weeks later, and was tiny! I gave up, and will donate both shirts to a clothing drives. Tee Public's sizing is not realistic, and does not reflect American sizes. My friend is a small woman, but couldn't wear either shirt. I'm disappointed that I'm out the price of a shirt, do not have a special gift for my friend. I haven't heard from Tee Public since I emailed about the second shirt.
I ordered three tee shirts fromTeePubic. I used their sizing chart, but perhaps not correctly as the shirts were all too small. They offer to exchange sizes. I requested they go up one size and received a confirmation email I emailed them again to ask the procedure to return the 3 shirts that were too small. To my delighted surprise, they told me to donate them! I'm a life long customer now and think the company's altruistic attitude is amazing.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
