I ordered a shirt for my husband on republic. It was to small so I emailed them the day after Christmas about an exchange. They got back to me that day. They told me they would send me a new size and to keep the one I got. That is wonderful customer service. I will definitely use them again!
We had a sizing issue with some apparel. Not only were they more than fair with the exchange, they responded quickly and took great care of us. Best customer service I've ever received!
My daughter found a beautiful iPhone case created by one of TeePublic's artists and sent me a link so I could get purchase it for her as a Christmas gift. I hit the link and purchased the case. I don't know whether she sent me the wrong link or I didn't vet it properly, but when the case came it was for a different phone from hers.
Having not dealt with TeePublic before, I sent them an email through their contract form. I didn't know what to expect as many of their products are original creations and not some mass-produced item that can be easily recycled to someone else.
Within fifteen minutes, Vanessa in customer service go back to me and said they would send the proper case right out and that we didn't have to bother sending the right one back. Just donate it somewhere, pay it forward.
This was a delightful surprise and I am thrilled with the way they handled this. We're very happy customers and devoted fans.

My gift was stuck in the shipping world and Teepublic shipped out a new shirt for no charge. My original shirt was 4 weeks late, the new shirt came 3 days after the original. My daughter loves the shirt so she will be happy to have 2. Thank you for the awesome shirts.
I ordered a total of 12 tees for my family. Suggested by my daughter who has ordered several times from TeePublic. All tees were great except one that had a defect on the front. I contacted TeePublic and within minutes I got a reply and a replacement tee sent my way without having to return the defective tee. My family absolutely loved all of their tees. TeePublic has great product and fantastic customer service. I will be ordering again in the future!
As a stupid guy, I accidentally ordered women's 2X instead of men's 2X on a couple shirts. Day after Christmas I sent an email to TeePublic asking if I could do an exchange. They got back to me same day, said no problemo, and told me to donate the wrong size shirts! I compare that to some other on line merchants I've dealt with. One took four months to exchange a Chiefs Jersey they sent me that was for the wrong player... and the mistake was on them! Thanks TeePublic for treating people right! -George B, Independence, MO-
I placed a fairly large order that got delivered earlier than promised by the Company, which was quite pleasant surprise as it arrived days before the Holiday. The items were fine insofar as design and quality, but the female shirts had some sizing issues. Thinking the sizing would never get resolved, or weeks later if at all, I sent a short e mail explaining the problem the day after Christmas. Shockingly (and for the positive); within hours I received a full and completely favorable resolution to our sizing issues. I own a business and am fairly busy so don't write many online reviews, but when things go so (unexpectedly) well, I felt compelled to do so. My experience with TeePublic has been great.
I purchased 3 shirts, 1 woman's large and 2 Men's larges. The sizing of one of then Men's t shirts was smaller than the other. Less than 24 hours after my initial email, I received a response email and then an email confirming a new shirt was being shipped for free.
Ordered a tee for my son. Came in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the size of the tee was a bit small. Emailed TeePublic to exchange the shirt for a larger size. They responded immediately and are sending a larger tee to me-without me having to return the original tee!
I ordered a hoodie for a family member and recieved a crew neck sweat shirt by mistake. Not only did they allow me to keep the sweatshirt and sent me a hoodie, they allowed me to size up because the sweatshirt was too small for my family member. I love this company. The products are beautiful and original and they really value the customer.
I have had a superb experience with Tee Public. Love the shirts ( usually Banksy!) and often give them as gifts. USPS & UPS delivery has been problematic this year but Customer Service has offered me a full refund or replacement! I was stunned... just a great company! I'm cheering them on from the sidelines...

Teepublic offers a huge variety of designs to print on your choice of shirt. I had to reach out to customer service and they were fast to reply, polite and they were very kind. The most difficult part of ordering was picking the design because their selection is overwhelming. But since they are a great company and reasonably priced, may as well order more than one.
Purchased what I thought was the correct size of hoodie for my husband as a gift. Needed a larger size and requested an exchange. What I didn't expect is that they asked me to not worry about sending the hoodie back to them AND another was on the way! That was unexpected—Great customer service. Luckily I love the podcast too (Strange Familiars) and the hoodie fits me :)

I ordered a t-shirt as a Christmas gift for my husband. I chased the delivery as it was strange it hadn't turned up. TeePublic responded to my e-mail immediately and not only were they very apologetic they offered the option of a full refund or an expedited replacement before Christmas. I asked for a replacement and didn't really expect to see it before Christmas. The t-shirt arrived well before Christmas which was brilliant but the response I got from several different customer service agents was really impressive. They were friendly, personable and very professional.
I think excellent service should be highlighted and even though I didn't receive my original order TeePublic turned my shopping experience into a very positive one. I would highly recommend buying off them. Thank you and Merry Christmas

As I removed the t-shirts from their packaging the graphic print quality went from bad to awful to you're kidding me! I read about the printing process used on their t-shirts before I ordered them because I did not want rubbery, plastic, heat set designs. Two of the designs are light colored, fuzzy, and blurry, like the print registration couldn't be held. The third shirt was a nightmare... a heat set, sticky graphic. Really? Come on! Please manufacture and sell what you advertise. Not a Merry Christmas for me. 2020 what a terrible year and what terrible t-shirts I received.
I understand that this online shopping season was a mess all around so I won't fault them too much for my late order, but I did order on Dec. 3 for Christmas and had to pick it up myself from the post office on Christmas eve. Then when I get it home I find out they sent me the wrong size. Never again will I order from this company.
I ordered a t-shirt (duh) but I misclicked and ordered the female size instead of male. I never even realized until I received the product that definitely wouldn't fit me. I wrote in and explained what happened and they not only sent me the size I meant to order but allowed me to keep the other shirt. I ended up giving it to my mom in law as an early Christmas gift so we could be twinsies. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
At the beginning of December, I ordered two refrigerator magnets for Christmas gifts. They shipped quickly and then I waited... and waited. By December 16, when they still hadn't arrived, I emailed customer service at TeePublic. Not only did I get an immediate response but had a replacement order in my hands 3 days later. They shipped it priority so that I would have it on time for Christmas. Fantastic job by customer service -- I will definitely order from TeePublic again.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
