I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson for Christmas. The ordering process was easy and they processed my order within hours of placing the order. I received the product within a week of ordering it. The quality of the sweatshirt is very good and my grandson was thrilled when he opened the package. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I contacted TeePublic and asked for an exchange. They responded to my request within 1/2 hour of e-mailing them and said they were sending the right size immediately. They even told me to keep the too small sweatshirt or donate it to someone. I had a very good experience with this company and will definitely use them again! Thanks TeePublic!
Very pleased with this company's customer service. I emailed them to ask for an exchange due to issues with the size of the T-shirt being much smaller than expected. They responded the next day and shipped a replacement immediately. Communication emails about the status of orders and tracking are also very good.
These Ts are the best! I ordered 2 for my husband for Christmas, they are so soft and the screen print on them is great! Their customer service is awesome too! I ordered the wrong size and they sent 2 new shirts out the same day I emailed them with my problem!
I will definitely be getting all of my special order shirts through them from now on!
I've never had such a great experience with customer service. I had ordered the wrong size and they sent a correct size at no charge. Not even shipping! The art wirk on the Tee is terrific. I highly recommend if you are on the market for a great buy
TeePublic has a ton of designs & types of shirts to choose from at reasonable prices. Upon arrival, I culd tell the shirts were of a good quality, too. Unfortunately, I had chosen the incorrect size and had to exchange. The TeePublic Customer Support responded to my inquiry within a couple business hours and had fixed me up very quickly. I very happy so far with TeePublic and plan to purchase more shirts from them.

We ordered a shirt with a unique design that I couldn't find anywhere else. When it arrived, the cut of the shirt, quality of the fabric, and printing were all excellent. I was very pleased. However, the sizing seemed way off. It was for a person who usually is a women's small/medium, and the large was still too small. When I emailed to see if I could get an XL (expecting to just eat the cost and pay for a new one), they went ahead and sent a replacement in a larger size for free! Now THAT'S excellent customer service! I would definitely order from this company again.
I ordered three t-shirts from TeePublic for Christmas presents this year. They had exactly the type of design I was looking for, and when I read about their mission to support independent artists - that was a huge plus for me. The shirts arrived as expected - although two were quite a bit later than expected. However, by the tracking data, this was obviously the fault of the USPS and not something that TeePublic can control at all. (I wish more people would realize this in reviews!)
The shirts were of great quality and the prints were exactly as expected - however, I picked a size for two of them that I thought would be good for the recipient... and it wasn't even close. Like unwearably bad. The female shirts are significantly smaller than a typical unisex. This was my fault though - as they have the sizing chart *clearly* posted on every product page... I just didn't bother looking at it.
I sent a message to see if it would be possible to exchange the two that were incorrect - and I heard back in less than 24 hours that they went ahead and shipped me replacements free of charge and that I could just keep/donate the incorrect ones. No questions asked - even though it was my fault.
The communication I received during the initial ordering process, the updates throughout the fulfillment, the quality of the products, the mission of supporting independent artists, and the outstanding service I received after the fact - even for an issue that was my own fault - all demonstrated to me that this organization cares about their customers and that you can absolutely buy with confidence.
Order all of your shirts from Tee Public. The quality of the shirt is amazing - very soft/high quality! I had a shirt that was a Christmas gift and a size too small. I sent a request to exchange and received a reply within 5 minutes telling me our replacement shirt was on the way. Fantastic experience. Thanks!
The shirt arrived before Christmas, and my son loves it! Your company did a great job of filling the order faster than expected and providing prompt communication. Even when I accidentally provided an incorrect email you figured out how to contact me. Next time I want shirts for gifts, Tee Public will be my first stop.
First time customer and I was very pleased with my experience. I ordered a hoodie as a gift for my nephew, but I choose the wrong size (too small). I expected a hassle, I expected to have to purchase a larger size, I expected to have to fuss with returning it, I almost said ‘forget it, just run to the mall and find something else'. But I sent an email anyway and boy was I blown away. The company responded immediately with kindness. I actually felt like they wanted my long- term business and appreciated me as a customer. They told me not to worry about returning the too-small hoodie and they would be sending me the larger size with no additional cost. Wha!?!?! I just purchased a new truck from GM and they made me feel like a burden and couldn't have cared less for my business. General Motors could use a lesson from TeePublic and I've been telling all my family and friends. Exemplary
Found a great variety of themes and interest on the website. I bought a total of two mugs and 4 t-shirts (2 long-sleeve and 2 short-sleeve), the quality of all the items is great, the t-shirts overall seem to be on the smaller side. I would recommend ordering a size up from your regular size if you prefer a less tight fit. I needed to exchange two t-shirts for a larger size and customer service response was super fast. The exchange was offered for free. Great place for unique gifts at a good price.
My first time ordering from this site, I ordered a couple of t-shirts as holiday gifts. One for my lady and one for my niece. The quality and graphics of these t-shirts are excellent. I ordered a youth small for my 10 year old niece which turned out to be too tight. Jumped on the site the next day to return/exchange for a youth large (why not go big?) and received a response within 24 hours proactivity sending me a larger t-shirt and allowing me to donate the original version all at no added cost. People, order from here you won't be disappointed in the selection, quality and customer service!
I ordered a cute t-shirt for a dear friend, as a Christmas gift. The shirt arrived in a timely fashion, (unlike other companies I had ordered from), and it is a lovely shirt, very high quality with an adorable design, etc. Unfortunately, somehow, I was sent the wrong size.
I contacted the company, and they took immediate action to rectify the problem. They immediately sent out another shirt, in the proper size, and told me just to keep the original one. This saves me a trek to the post office, plus, now I have an additional cute shirt, this one for myself.
In the future, I'll be ordering more from Tee Public, as the products and service are exemplary.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirts and when I tried to return them they told me to donate the first set and immediately sent out the correct size. There are so many websites to order T-shirts from but none beat this customer service and the quality of the shirts. I have ordered shirts in kids sizes all the way up to 4X and they are all great material and the designs stay on after many many washes. I will only buy from this website for my funny t-shirts.
Had some sizing issues. TeePublic customer service was prompt and very helpful, even during a busy holiday. They took care of my issue immediately, and I could not be happier. Will recommend to my friends!
I ordered an item and they shipped incorrect size. I received a response to my email on Christmas night!
The next day another, more expensive item was shipped at no cost and no shipping fee.
I buy online at least once a week, and never found a friendlier company.

I ordered a hoodie as a gift but requested wrong size. I reached out to inquire about exchange process and received a response in minutes. Customer service rep completely exceeded my expectations. Also, the hoodie is of high quality and very pretty. I'll definitely do business with TeePublic in the future.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
