My experience with TeePublic customer service was excellent. I received an order that ended up being too small. I emailed TeePublic via their contact us page and they promptly replied and resolved my return/exchange. 10/10
My son loves the shirts and sweaters we ordered. All of the items were top notch. The sweaters were a little smaller than anticipated, so we needed to exchange them for a youth large (from a med). The process to exchange those was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend purchasing their gear.
Love the artwork on this hoodie. Received it for Christmas and it's perfect. The print has a slight worn-in look, which I love. Had to exchange the size and they were super easy to work with. Great folks behind this company. Thank you... for a real good time!
I ordered a gift for my husband for christmas from Teepublic. It was a great quality product and I received excellent customer service! I will be ordering from Teepublic again after such a pleasant buying experience.
I contacted TeePublic's customer service to try and exchange a shirt for a larger size. They emailed me the next day saying that I should keep the one I have and they would send me a new shirt, free of charge, with no shipping fee!
I was dumbfounded. What company cares enough to do this? It wasn't their fault that I ordered the wrong size. They just took pity on me and helped me out. Amazing. They essentially gave me the good cheer I needed to make me less of a Scrooge this holiday season. Thanks TeePublic!
I had 3 items in an order. They were all shipped separately. The first two arrived on time as expected. The 3rd still seems to be lost in the mail. I reached out to Teepublic over the New Years weekend (not expecting a reply until a business day) and received an apologetic email back within a few hours stating that a new replacement order was already created. Not long after that I had a shipping/tracking email about the replacement. I will have no hesitations about ordering from this company again.
I ordered 8 T-shirts during the sale for Christmas gifts. I was beyond happy at the product I received. The art on the shirts was amazing and the shirts are super soft. However, when my two siblings opened their gifts and tried them on, I had the mens too large and the female shirts too small. I sent a message to support letting them know about the sizing issues. To my surprise, they emailed back letting me know that they had replacements on the way and to dispose of or donate the other shirts however I chose. I was very happy. However, on the replacement order, I noticed two of the replacement shirts were put in as the wrong size again. I emailed again and they were so helpful and are replacing those as well. I would rate this customer service as some of the best I have ever encountered. Shipping was timely even without the faster options chosen. I hope to replace all my nerdy Batman t-shirts with T public. I highly recommend them to everyone.
As with any online clothes order, a customer has concern about fit. We ordered 2 shirts and were excited when they arrived, but unfortunately, they were a bit small for us. I contacted TeePublic customer service and they were TERRIFIC! They quickly agreed to an exchange and immediately shipped out the replacement shirt. High integrity and concern with customer satisfaction are valuable traits in today's world--I highly recommend TeePublic, who have exhibited both characteristics.
These guys have designed a pretty funny T-shirt that sums up Brit humour. I ordered one for my buddy in deepest, rural, rustic France & it got there & he loved it! Fit good, quality great. Incredible service & communication.

The order process was simple, the fabric soft and bright and the customer service and exchange couldn't have been easier. The Tshirt ordered was a bit snug. CS responded promptly and placed a new order without any glitches. We will order again! Keep up the good work.
As a first time customer of TeePublic I was beyond impressed with their customer service. This year because of the pandemic I did most of my shopping on line and took a chance ordering from different websites I wasn't familiar with. I ordered a large tee shirt as a secret Santa gift and it arrived promptly on time. However, the sizing ran a little on the small side as the large fit more like a medium. I sent an email out on New Year's Eve regarding an exchange and on New Year's Day the XL was on its way! My emails were answered within minutes and on a holiday! The best part was that I didn't have to send the original back. They simply sent the new size. Free. How easy was that. I would definitely order from them again.
My shirt that I ordered the size ran a little small, TeePublic exchange the shirt no problems, no hassle. I have order from them three times shirts were great. Thank you again for easy exchange

The first time I ordered, my ordered thing wasn't arrived. Because the address I put in the order sheet somehow changed on the way... I asked the customer service team of Tee Public. They found the reason why my parcel can't arrive. After that, they sent it again as soon as possible. Finally the parcel safely arrived in 2020.
It was a little bit disappointed the print was a little bit out of position.
But it is no problem! I satisfied with the Tee Public service! Thanks for everyone!
I purchased 5 shirts and a decal from TeePublic for Christmas. The were shipped in a timely manner and I was please with what I bought. However, I made a mistake on the sizing. There is a chart, use it. I will say the shirts run a tad small. I contacted them about my mistake and lets just say, their response in taking care of a problem I caused was more than I could have ever expected. I will but from them again in the future.
Ordered a royal blue tee with brown and green print. Unfortunately, the tee was too dark to show the image very much. The tee came quickly with a follow up email from the sender, which was nice. I only wish I had ordered a lighter colored t-shirt, such as grey. I sent a message to the sender and they promptly quided me through the process to make this situation right. I completed an online form and took a picture of the shirt and uploaded it to the form and sent it back. Again, they promptly responded and asked what color I wanted, I told them grey, and a new one is on the way. They followed up with another email, clarifying the tee was in route along with a very pleasant message. Definitely great customer service.

My son found a sweatshirt on this website and asked for it for Christmas. I did not know anything about Teepublic, but I ordered it for him. Due to a post office issue (not the fault of the company), it did not arrive in time for Christmas, and when it did arrive it was too small. I sent an email and went to bed completely disappointed. When I woke up this morning, I found an email stating that another sweatshirt in the right size had already been shipped. I am having a return issue with a larger sportswear company, and Teepublic has completely restored my faith in customer service. We will definitely be back! I cannot recommend Teepublic highly enough
Ordered a child's t-shirt, website was easy to use, lots of choice. Delivery was expected before Christmas.
When the item arrived it was incorrect, an adult sweatshirt had been sent instead.
I found the contact section on the website, which was really easy to complete and awaited a response.
Received a reply from the customer service team very quickly. They were polite and professional and offered to resolve the issue quickly.
I requested a replacement and was kept updated throughout, every email was friendly, helpful and polite.
As it was so close to Christmas delivery in time could be guaranteed, but it was upgraded to priority and I received the correct item on New Year's Eve. The t-shirt is great quality, the colour is really bright and the print quality is fab! The recipient is delighted.
I cannot fault them, the service was amazing from start to finish and I would highly recommend Tee public to anyone.
TeePublic offers such a fun, diverse set of tee options. Bought a round for the family at Christmas and they were a big hit. The one knock I have is the sizing. They mention their shirts run small but I'd say they run VERY SMALL. But I get sizing is a really tough problem. On the plus side, customer service was VERY quick to help provide resizing support. Overall very happy with the experience and will definitely be buying again.
These black lab t-shirts were so great I just had to order one for each member of the family! 2 were too small, so I emailed asking to exchange for different sizes. The company responded the next day and offered to send out the larger sizes right away. I'm anxious to get them and will order from this company again.
I recently ordered a Tee shirt for my husband this past Christmas and the shirt was a little small. I contacted TeePublic a few days after Christmas and they got back to me the very next day. They said my order had already been processed for the exchange and not to worry about sending back the original back! They had encouraged me to keep, donate or reuse the shirt! Just wanted to say thanks for such great customer service. Looking forward to receiving the new one!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
