TeePublic is fantastic! I placed my order late November and everything was going fine, until it got stuck/lost during shipping. When it wasn't moving anywhere for about 2 weeks. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and worked to resolve the problem. Every person that I communicated with was extremely helpful, polite, and never left me confused or frustrated as to what the next step was or how to resolve the problem. I cannot thank TeePublic enough for helping me! My purchase arrived in plenty of time for Christmas and was beautiful. I would buy from them again without hesitation! 5 out of 5 stars!
I recently contacted TeePublic concerning an exchange for a holiday gift purchase. It's the holiday season, COVID is complicating things, and the USPS is overwhelmed (as many of us have been). Taking all of that into consideration I was in no rush.
I received a very quick response as well as a solution to my inquiry within 24 hrs. TeePublic was sending the size replacements I requested and they insisted that I keep the original shirts I was expecting to return. No worrying about packaging or a trip to the post office (@$%#&'n COVID!)... no additional cost... and the potential to gift the original shirts to someone else!? Amazing. They made this so easy on my end and went above and beyond what I was expecting! Sincerely appreciate the jesture and the consideration of their customer's time and well being. I can't recommend TeePublic highly enough and will be using them exclusively from now on.

This Christmas was the first I've ordered from TeePublic. My order came earlier than expected and the Tee was great! Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, but getting a replacement exceeded any of my expectations. The service was prompt and there are not enough stars for the kindness. I ordered a gift for my father in law and accidentally let autofill put in the wrong city along with the zip code. When my father in law didn't get the gift I finally realized my mistake. I reached out to TeePublic on their website and they reshipped it that day for free! I am grateful for TeePublic's help and will order again in the future. My father in law is very particular and I thought this gift fit his personality perfectly. Even though he will receive it late I am glad that the order didn't get lost or cancelled because of my mistake. Times are tough so I am extra grateful to not have to pay for shipping again! Looking for a unique gift for my teenage son for Christmas. He loved his visit to Ely Minnesota and no one else does seem to understand. Your shirt was perfect and I loved the style of the sweatshirt. Both great looking and quality upon arrival, but I was surprised to find the mens Medium sweatshirt a bit smaller than anticipated. I'd already washed it, but when I reached out your amazing team offered to send a new Large so he could wear it through the season. I'll be back to buy more!

I received a TeePublic shirt for Chrstmas as a gift and was given the wrong size. I contacted TeePublic without much information to fulfill the trade. I contacted TeePublic with the information I had and they responded on the same day with a mission to make sure I was satisfied. The were polite and responsive and I had the replacement within days. (This was during the holiday shipping busy times!) TeePublic provided the best customer service expereince I ever had. Just fantastic.
Cute designs, fast shipping (considering it was Christmas time), super-soft tri-blend tee, easy return policy when a size didn't fit, friendly and supportive service. Will be a returning customer.
Great service, very good support. I will very surely buy at teepublic again! T-shirts had a blurred print, and I became the option to choose two t-shirts with another print and even could keep the paid t-shirts, which I will donate.
When I realized I was missing an item from my order, they quickly advised me they would send a replacement. Then, I realized it would ship to me, instead of my sister and asked about shipping it to her and they immediately changed the shipping address!

I've purchased several t-shirts from TeePublic over the last year or two, for myself. But this Christmas, I ordered several for family members and friends. I was able to find shirt's with everyone's individual interests (TV-'Friends', 'Justified' 'Archer', Movies-'Young Frankenstein' so they were 'easy gifts.' All of them were hits with my family/friends.
One shirt didn't come in when the e-mail said it did. I contacted customer support and they immediately took measures to make sure I received it before Christmas. I also contacted them about a screw-up I made in the mailing address. Once again, right away they got right back to me.
Great product, but their customer service is 'above and beyond' and they're incredibly nice. I'll continue to use and recommend TeePublci.
I ordered 4 shirts as gifts for Christmas, and the quality of them is awesome. However, I needed to exchange 2 of the shirts for larger sizes. The process was extremely smooth and pleasant! Not to mention there was excellent customer service provided by the representative I dealt with, Adeline. I had issues on the website processing my exchange and reached out to customer service.
Adeline promptly responded to my exchange questions and the process of which to go about everything. I couldn't have had a better experience dealing with TeePublic! Professional, polite, courteous, and a quality product.
Already a fan of the great designs and quality product, but the customer service is also exceptional. I ordered wrong size for my daughter for Christmas (even though website has extensive sizing instructions and guidelines), contacted customer service for an exchange, and they handled it promptly and politely. Replacement shirt was shipped right away without requiring return. Great business all around - will be a loyal customer for years!
I ordered a T-shirt from TeePublic. When my T arrived, to my horror, the shirt was the wrong colour.
I got in touch with customer service not expecting a lot. To my surprise they offered to send me a new T in the correct colour free of charge.

Bought a sweatshirt for a friend for Christmas. The package was delivered earlier than expected. Unfortunately the sweatshirt size ran smaller than ordered. I emailed regarding an exchange and received a response within 1 business day with an exchange and options for colors. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful with next steps. I look forward to shopping on this site again!
I ordered the wrong size for an order and a couple weeks later asked for an exchange. I got a response so quickly and my return came within a couple of weeks! I am super impressed with their rapid response and how easy they made the experience.
I love the fact that this site is helping independent artists. I ordered a t-shirt for my son and he didn't receive it, although the tracking showed it was delivered. I noticed TeePublic and they responded the next day stating they would send another one. In the meantime, my son found it as the condo where he lives had been receiving an excessive amount of packages over the holidays and had placed some in a different location. I notified TeePublic that he received it so they didn't have to replace it. My son said the shirt is very cute, and he normally doesn't say something like that, so I know the shirt was great. Thanks, and I will definitely keep you in mine for future purchases!
I had ordered a large pegasus t-shirt for a friend of mine for Christmas. When the shirt was delivered, in less than a week the shirt was the size I ordered but the shirt seemed to run smaller and it wouldn't fit my friend. I emailed the company and requested if I could exchanged the shirt fir an extra large. Ryan responded very quickly and apologized for the issue. He then informed me that he ordered a replacement in an XL and that it would be sent out quickly. I emailed him back asking how i should return the large shirt. I was told to keep it and donate it or use it but not to bother returning it. I was totally shocked. Then to top of his thus company works, I just received the replacement shirt in less than 10 days. They are remarkable. I will order thru them again when i need another shirt. Thank you everyone. I love your t shirts and especially your people. Give a very prosperous and healthy 2021. Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
