I HIGHLY recommend this company for both the quality of the t-shirts, as well as the fantastic customer service. I ordered 12 shirts for my family for Christmas. We are going to a lake on a vacation in June and I wanted matching shirts for the family with some sort of image and/or name of the lake so we can get a photo take while we are there. The image I chose was so appealing to all the age groups who are going. (ages 61 down to 9), and everyone really liked it. The shirts are made of very durable material---not cheap and thin. I got everyone to check the size chart to make sure I ordered correct sizes, but despite that, we still had 4 that didn't work out after we tried them on. I contacted the company and they immediately ordered the new sizes for me. I expect to get them in the next few weeks. Thanks to TeePublic for providing such a great product and amazing customer service!
I am very pleased with the service I received. I ordered a medium T shirt and found it to be to small for me. I contacted the company and they another T shirt in a larger size to me at no cost. I really appreciated the friendly correspondence and I feel the company went out of the way to accommodate me, the customer.
I have been a customer of TeePublic for a while and their products and customer service are exemplary. Any time I have had the slightest problem, I have been able to exchange the item or get a refund with no hassle. My latest purchase was the X-files hoodie "I want to Believe." The sweatshirt is very high quality and the design is beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted.
Ordered a t-shirt for my wife but when it arrived I realized I had ordered a size too small. Contacted customer service, they resolved it immediately and shipped it out that same day without any issues whatsoever!
Ordered the wrong size of shirt and inquired if I could make an exchange. I was very surprised that not only would they send me the correct size free of charge but that there was no need to return my previously ordered item! Will definitely shop here again :)
I had an issue with my order and contacted customer support a few days before Christmas (a Friday this year) and they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and quickly addressed my issue, so much so that they had a new order already in the mail on Monday. This level of customer support plus the ridiculously wide range of t-shirt designs they have (I like really esoteric stuff) has made an extremely positive impression on me and I am looking forward to ordering from them again.

I ordered two t-shirts in December. They arrived today and one was the incorrect size and colour (lovely quality t-shirts though)! I emailed customer support, who were back to me within 5 minutes. After providing the requested photos showing the incorrect item, they'd offered an apology and confirmed a request had been raised for a reprint to be done/dispatched. All sorted within the hour. Very happy with the service and would use again.
(Photo may look like the t-shirt was fine, but it should have been a grey colour and a large - not medium - fit. This one wouldn't last my son very long at all!)
I ordered a tee from this website, and it was not quite sized properly for me. Followed the links in the website, reached customer service very easily, they processed an exchange for me within 24 hours. I am greatly pleased with the service I received from this company and highly recommend.
This is the coolest T-shirt company online. I received my shirt and the shirt was nice and soft and was not cheap looking. I am now ordering Ali and Banksy.

I highly suggest TeePublic for your tee-shirt needs. The level of customer service is 2nd to none! I had a delay in my delivery, which it was suggested I wait a few extra days and if I still didn't get it they would send another no problem at all. Well after waiting it did come but it was a tad on the tight side. Again after asking about an exchange policy, instead I received an email saying a replacement was on it's way in a bigger size with the suggestion I simply donate the original. This is beyond any level of customer service I have received in a long time... Bravo!
I ordered a few shirts for holiday gifts and was very happy with the unique design and quality of the shirts for a very reasonable price. Shirts were not made of that cheap scratchy, wrinkled material. Very soft and comfortable. Shipping was fast (which is amazing since it was the holidays and 2020). Unfortunately one of the shirts did not fit, when I contacted customer service they responded within 2 minutes! And had already processed the order for a new shirt! Will definitely be buying from again!
After my son received a shirt that was too small as a gift, I emailed TeePublic to inquire about an exchange. Not only were they super fast to respond and sent a larger shirt ASAP, they did not even require me to send the first shirt back. They suggested I pass it to another child or donate it to someone who needs clothes. What a wonderful mantra! Will recommend this company to everyone I know.
My one Xmas gift to myself was lost in the mail because I moved even though I forwarded my mail it never made it to my new address. Email customer service, they asked what my new address was and no more than 5 minutes later I had a confirmation that a new "fetch the bolt cutters" sweatshirt was on its way. I lost my job in the restaurant biz so this act of kindness that saved me having to pay for another sweatshirt was greatly appreciated.
I ordered 5 tshirts for my family for Christmas, i have just received my oder ( late because of covid restrictions, not a problem though). 4 of the 5 tshirts were too small because of my rubbish measuring skills. I emailed and filled out an exchange form. Got an email back next morning saying the new sizes are being sent out, out of courtesy and to keep, donate or re- use the original ones. WOW what a fantastic service. I then emailed back asking if they were sure or if they needed more from me, they said no, just give an honest review of my experience. So this is it, TEEPUBLIC are a breathe of fresh air in a stale covid environment, thank you, you have restored my faith in humanity. So much to offer in the first place, but then this, such great customer service. People out there shop at Teepublic, you won't be dissapointed.
In early December 2020, I attempted to place a T-shirt order with TeePublic, and got all the way to "submit your order". At this time, I received a notice that my credit card had been declined. After several attempts I substituted another credit card, and received the same message. Attempts using PayPal also resulted in the same message. Out of frustration, I emailed Customer Service and explained my problem. Over the course of several days, TeePublic Customer Service was able to resolve the problem and my order was placed. In the meantime, the 33% off sale had expired, and my order was changed to reflect the higher price. Again, I notifed TeePublic and within a day that issue was resolved, and the order total was corrected to reflect the sale price. I received my order within a week, complete and without any discrepancies. I will be placing more orders in the future. The products are well made.

We ordered a t-shirt for Christmas, but when it arrived, the logo didn't show up as well in reality as it had done on screen, and my daughter was really disappointed. We contacted TeePublic to ask if it was possible to get a replacement, and they got back to us immediately - literally within the hour - offering a replacement item at no extra cost. They were so quick to respond and so helpful, I have been really impressed and would recommend TeePublic to anyone!
PS We also ordered another T-shirt which was absolutely perfect straight away.
I bought four T-shirts from TeePublic for my husband for Christmas. I had ordered an XL and he needed a 2XL. I emailed them to request an exchange and they promptly got back to me, said that the new sizes were on their way in the mail and "As a courtesy, there's no need to send the original back—we encourage you to keep, donate, or reuse it!". They did not charge any shipping, as well, on the exchange. What a GREAT COMPANY! I rarely write a review, but was very impressed with their customer service and I have never run into a company that does not require the original item back. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely order from them again! Thanks TeePublic
I'd referenced the size charts (or thought I had), but when I gifted my spouse with the shirts, they were too small. I was worried they wouldn't let me exchange them for another size, and since it was the holidays I was prepared to wait. Instead, I got prompt response, wonderful service (thanks, Andrew!), and now I have two shirts my spouse absolutely loves.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
