I ordered a series of classic Hollywood icons on various colored t-shirts. All the t-shirts were quite stunning and exactly what was represented online. They are beautiful images reproduced on t-shirts with high quality. I am so pleased with my order!
My order got lost over the Christmas period. It was not TeePublic fault, but that of the postal services. Tho TeePublic took full responsibility and dispatched another order without delay, after being notified of the non-delivery. Thanks for the GRAND service. I will use TeePublic again and again! I ordered a couple of t-shirts just a couple of weeks before Christmas and received both items in plenty of time. However, I noticed one of the shirt designs had a typo on it, which was actually on the picture on the website but I just didn't notice. They graciously asked me if I would like another design that was similar or a full refund. They sent me the new shirt within days and I didn't have to mess with returning the original one. FAR better customer service than I received from much larger merchants/vendors over the holidays.
I bought several shirts for Christmas gifts in late November and the package ended up getting lost in the mail. When I reached out to customer service for help, they responded in less than 24 hours and immediately offered to reship a new batch out to me as soon as possible (I didn't even ask them this, they just offered to replace my lost items right off the bat!) I got them in less than a week and the quality is amazing, even better than I had expected. The shirts are so soft and the prints are all really unique. I will definitely be purchasing from this site again. The customer service was phenomenal and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchases.
I purchased several t-shirts as Christmas presents. The print on one of the shirt was faint and the shirt was not a bright white as it should have been. Customer service was incredibly prompt and efficient. I thought I would have issue as I live overseas but all was handled extremely well and effortlessly on my part.
I ordered "How Planes Fly Magic" shirt for myself and my husband, who is a pilot. He got a good chuckle with the humor. Unfortunately, the shirt I ordered did not fit so I emailed TeePublic and was impressed with their professional and speedy service. Not only did they immediately ship a larger size for my husband, but allowed me to keep the shirt - very kind of them!
The original size I ordered for my husband was medium -- I recommend sizing up for adults in general. I usually wear small myself, but ordered medium (female size) in the same design and found the medium size to be a good fit for my 5'5" height and 120lbs weight - not too snug and comfortable. Husband is 5'10" and 180lbs and the large works for him.

Ordered at-shirt which turned out to be slightly too small. The service was great / no need to go to the hassle of returning and getting refund and instead they sent me the new size right away and no need to return the original one! Very quick responses and amazing service. Would 100% recommend!
I have been purchasing t shirts from TeePublic for a few years. I was sent a T shirt that was not as expected, i contacted them via email this morning about 8am EST & by 3PM EST they resolved the issue and are sending me the shirt i was expecting. TeePublic has a grand selection of merchandise to peruse. I found things I've never seen anywhere else, AND they support the artists as well. Which is what enticed me to take a look in the first place. The best customer service I've ever received online. Usually trying to contact a company is a hassle, but TeePublic went above and beyond my expectations. They reached out to me with professionalism and understanding. I greatly appreciate it and reccomend shopping through them.

Just *after* his birthday, my dad hinted about wanting an Orioles sweatshirt. I wasn't going to wait another year, so went on a search online. Most of the ones I found seemed too pricey (to me). The one by Rick Morgan was exactly the look I was looking for AND it was within my budget! My dad received the sweatshirt yesterday and LOVED it! He said that it's "beautiful and oh so warm!"

We ordered a special shirt for my son for Christmas and it took awhile to get here. I emailed the company to question the arrival date and didn't hear back for over a week. When they did respond they emailed several times to see if we had received our order and if they could be any assistance. The shirt arrived in time for Christmas but it was too small. I attempted to do an exchange online but my order number and email address didn't match so I had to email them. They were quick to respond and help me and ended up sending me a replacement T-shirt with the right size without having to return the too small one. We are gifting the smaller shirt to a fire fighter that loves Chick-fil-A too :) I have been scammed in the past by online merchants and was so happy to have a happy ending to this experience! Thank you TeePublic for sorting this out with me and making it right!
I ordered a couple of shirts but one ended up being a little small. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do anything since it was a custom order. They responded within an hour and shipped out a new size. Easiest company I've ever worked with and their t-shirts are awesome
I have eleven grandchildren & due to the COVID19 pandemic, I decided to order everything online. Around Thanksgiving, I started requesting that each one of them send me their wish list. One of my Grandson's wanted a hoodie that I ordered from TeePublic which was exactly what he wanted. I was unaware that I actually ordered an adult large when I thought I was ordering a youth large. When I emailed them to fix the problem, they responded quickly with an email which said that I could give the first one away & they would send me the size I needed. I ordered an adult small & received it in a few days from emailing them. I will definitely order from them again & would recommend to my friends.
We love our monster truck tapestry... exceeded expectations! I hope the artist of this is proud of their work. Our shipment was sent in plenty of time to get here by Christmas, not the company's fault it sat in a distribution center for 3 weeks from postal service. However customer service was so nice and made up for the delay, even when I didn't ask. It's a company trying to do a little right when things in this world are not always so right. Will buy from this company again
I was super excited to order my kids Among Us sweatshirts. Yes, due to COVID it took a little bit longer to arrive, but that is to be expected. The sweatshirts arrived and they were beyond small. My daughter who's almost 9 weighs less than 50 pounds and a child large was too small for her. My 11 year old son generally wears a large.
Highly suggest sizing up a lot! Also, they have a no refund policy even for items that are not the same size/ measurements as the sizes listed.

I have been shopping at TeePublic for years now. They are my "go to" for gifts. The selection of shirts, either ready made or customized, is enormous and you can find absolutely any style to fit any personality. My family and friends love receiving them, and of course, I have to indulge myself as well! I also need to mention that their customer service is amazing! Immediate response to questions and very helpful.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
