Where to start? Easy to order, great communication and quick delivery. Had an issue with the sizing of two tshirts and from the get go every person I dealt with was professional, helpful, efficient and genuine in delivering top notch service. A huge shout out to David, Madalina, Ioana, Diana and Teodora for the exceptional service you provide. TeePublic is very lucky to have each of you on their team.
I bought about 8 shirts the a few weeks ago on a whim. Expected wish.com quality. I was wrong. All the shirts are great quality. Very soft. Good fit. (I bought 2 for my bro, 1 for my sister and 5 for me)
My 5 didn't fit me and I needed to size up. There was zero hassle at all. They sent me the same ones in xl and said I can keep or donate the larges. I was shocked. I was okay to eat the cost to return and they didn't even ask.
Buying all my shirts here now. You can get whatever fits your style and artists add shirts every day. I love the retro stiff like Polk high and, the summer of George, and a new final fantasy shirt haha.
Very disappointed. Quality of fabric nowhere to be found. $62 (shipping & conversion to US vs canadian dollars) for a t-shirt I won't even wipe my a** with. First time customer and no way I'm buying again.
Been a customer for 5+ years. Product and sales experience is always top notch. Customer Service is always helpful in resolving size issues quickly even when it's the customer's fault.
I ordered two women's small T-shirts and am 100% appalled with the quality and sizing. They are paper thin and non stretch. I am 104 pounds and 5'2" tall and they are skin tight?! I typically wear a size 0 however these t-shirts are like a child's medium in any dept store. I should not have ordered 2 shirts to start. A complete waste of my money, I will be donating them to good will.
Do NOT buy from these guys, the quality of T-shirt is terrible.
Variable sizes for the same sized t-shirt and worst of all the fabric is very thin and $#*!ty.
I brought 7 to last well into Autumn, they'll barely last 4 washes each.
We got 2 Graphic hoodies and sz L was perfect true to sz and graphics were as described we have ordered from here for 2 years and love the quality and that you can pick what you want A++++++
As this is my second time to order from this company. Was highly impressed with my first shirt so I placed another order, it arrived tonight an it looks awful. Has a stain or something honestly looks like mold on the emblem. I'm hoping this company will get back in touch with me soon.
I'm a long time customer and have had 2 customer service issues and both were handled with total care for me rather than for their own costs.
This time I sent o note explaining that a shirt I purchased in May unraveled where the sleeve attaches after 3-4 wearings. It was past their normal "complaint" window so my only goal was to let them know as the other 10+ shirts I've acquired never had that issue.
In addition to a nice note they waived their rules and sent me a new shirt. Obviously they really care about satisfying their customers. Thanks again AJ & TeePublic!
I made a error on the product I ordered, the company is refunding my money, and I do not have to send the product back. I didn't expect that and they encourage me to donate the item. This makes me want to do business with them again, if I need to order a product that they offer.
I received my T shirt which was great but unfortunately it was the wrong size. I advised Customer Service and they advised they would send me the correct size without having to pay one cent! On top of that they said keep the original tshirt and donate to someone who may need it. Unbelievable. I will recommend this company to any one - they seem to have heart and compassion. You should be very proud of yourselves as I am.

NO WAY TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE
Unbelievable... they tout all their amazing service and guarantees - but NO WAY to reach them. Phone number. No, they think they give better service without a phone number? (Corporate Speak for "we don't want to be bothered by customers".)
Ok, fine, so i'll just try the "live chat" that they mention over and over. So... where is that located? NO WHERE. Lots of descriptions about it - but no where to actually click or link to to find the chat box. Facebook maybe? NO. Any message thru FB is ignored. This is the epitome of a company that only wants your money, doesn't want to deal with issues - but tries to appear that they have all the right answers. There are many competitors in this market - FIND ANYONE except this company for a better customer experience.
I received such excellent and quick customer service I asked outright to leave a review. I had my hesitations when I placed my order but when a discrepancy came up, TeePublic quickly resolved it to my great satisfaction. Thank you for your help and I will definitely buy here again.

First off...let's talk about the amazing packaging the tee is shipped in... I ran to open it as soon as I saw it. Quality of the shirt is amazing... I'm a huge boxing fan, so I got my Spence -Crawford Tee... The color is such a pretty rich color purple...design is just on point... They kept me up to date on my shipping which many companies don't do.let me know it arrived. I'm just so happy...go get yours.you won't be disappointed! I promise.I already have more in my shopping cart! I'll be back with a pic!

The designs are great but it's expensive in Australia, the designs flake and come off in the dryer after 3 times the doings can't handle the heat very well but it's thick fabric so it can't dry unless you use the heat
Using a clothes line in summer will be fine unless your in the inner west, it's best not to be committed to this company and their hectic designs because it flakes off, it's really disappointing actually it's like $70 or more and that includes shipping and Americans don't get paid thats amount normally it's a lot it's than the international standard.
Feel disappointed, Redbubble is even worse.
I guess, it's not cheap stuff though so it sucks.
Don't buy, it wont last it's best to get stuff off of Amazon or really save
Ordered many times from here. I ordered a different fabric blend needed an exchange on 3 shirts I ordered as I personally didn't like it compared to my usual. Very fast response and fast easy resolution (in my favor too) If all companies did business like them the world would be a better place

I was impressed with not only the quality of the t-shirt and long sleeve hoodie I ordered but their customer service as well. The T-shirt I ordered was too small and I requested an exchange for a larger size. They not only sent me the larger size I requested but allowed me to keep the smaller one too as a donation. They responded quickly and clearly to my needs with prompt email responses. I know I will be using this company for a long time! Excellent selection of items and wonderful customer service! Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
