Poor quality T-shirts and if you order a group of products like a mug, a T-shirt, and a sticker from the same soccer team in Peru they'll send you the T-shirt but don't send you the mug or the sticker and when you complain their response is to pick something else out that's not available anymore...:, no mention of giving me my money back so I give them one star and buyer beware review

I ordered a printed tee shirt from Tee Public for my son-in-law. It looked like it had been worn and washed for year with letters wearing off. Certainly nothing that could be gifted to anyone. 'No excuse for sending out merchandise that looks like that! They said to send the order number which I had saved on my pc. It wouldn't open. Some much for that!

Their sizing is a little off. Regular short sleeve t-shirts run 1-2 sizes small. Long sleeve are true to size. I say this from experience. Both times, the sizes I got originally were off and I needed to make the above adjustments. I thought the long sleeve would run like the short and bought those sizes, but I was wrong again. Both times all I had to do was email them. Even in the holiday shopping season, I emailed them Saturday night around 10pm and they responded before 8am on Sunday! Super impressive. I offered to exchange, but they are sending me the replacements at no cost to me and told me to keep the others, both times. Very responsive! Shipping is fast considering they must make the shirt first. I usually have product 6-10 days after ordering. Stickers are good quality too!

I was so excited to find a one of a kind t-shirt from TeePublic. When it arrived it was the wrong size, but Oliver in customer service quickly replied and offered to exchange it immediately! I will use TeePublic again!

My husband ordered me a hoodie from TeePublic, and dang, is it warm! I'm really surprised and delighted by the quality. It's got this very soft, fuzzy inner layer that keeps you toasty, and the print quality was excellent, too.

Would recommend.

I ordered a tee and mug from Tee Public with matching design. They arrived when promised, were exactly as shown in promo materials, and at a very reasonable price. I had to contact customer service because of a mistake I made when ordering. Tee Public responded right away and were exceptionally helpful. Great company with great products and a corporate mission that deserves support!

So, ordered 5 shirts. And, up until they arrived, I was quite excited to get them.
So, there are no pros about these items.
Cons. The material is VERY thin. It's supposed to be t-shirt material. Instead it's more like undershirt material. Extremely thin.
The logs are all iron on's. Nothing is printed, just all cheap iron on's that'll just peel off after a few washes. I always wash my print shirts in cold water, cold rinse and always hang dry. That won't help these. These are guaranteed to peel fast. That's how cheap they are.
The sizing is just a disaster. All 5 shirts are different sizes. I wear an XL. So, I ordered XL's. Every shirt is off. They range from M to L. That's it. They crazy tight. And, after a wash they're just going to get tighter.
Avoid these guys. There is no quality control.
And something tells me getting a refund is going to be a nightmare.

I have purchased several shirts from them for my son. All of the graphics have disintegrated with 2 washes.

I recommend this company percent. Very nice quality and very fast shipping. I ordered vintage style shirts from my husband's birth place.
I ordered wrong size and company responded very fast and customer service solved this immediately.
I couldn't be happier with shirts and most amazingly how they helped me to correct this matter.
Will definitely recommend to others and continue to order custom shirts again.

I ordered a women's XL Jimmy G tee shirt for my sister and the size was off. I thought an XL would be larger. I sent an email to customer service and explained the situation and they are sending out a Men's large and told me not to return the first one to keep it or donate. This is a birthday gift and would like to thank you for great customer service.

I already ordered a lot of Products from Teepublic and I never got disappointed. The quality of the Products is very good and if I had a problem with something then I asked for help at the Customers Service. The people are very friendly and also helped me a lot! It was efficient and uncomplicated. :)

I have requested help from customer support for missing order so many times with NO RESPONSE! The chat option on the website doesn't work AT ALL and the phone number answers with a message saying that the only way to contact teepublic is through email or chat! I am so displeased with this deplorable silence from the company over a very simple issue and fix! What is even happening with this place?

Ordered a sticker.Never received order."Artist" that I ordered from could not be found.My order number could not be found.Funny,my PAYMENT could be found.Contacted Cust. Service twice.No response.Asked for refund.Wanna bet what the odds are of that is? Will NEVER,EVER,order from this site again.

I was super bummed when I didn't receive my T-shirt and procurement(third party was super rude). I reached out to teepublic and they were so responsive and quick to come to a resolution. Gave me faith to try again!

I have purchased several t-shirt and I'm pleased with each and everyone. The colors are brilliant and the material is strong.
