You may never get it. Takes days & days for them to print the shirt. Customer service is a robot. Abysmal. So many other great tshirt companies save the hassle go elsewhere
Terrible customer service! Not only would they not give me a partial refund on the item I ordered after it went on sale 24 hours after I purchased it and prior to me receiving it, but they also don't accept returns! Unbelievable never my life have I dealt with such terms and conditions and horrible customer service. Stay away! Scam artistic.
Idk how they do it but all 3 shirts I've bought from teeshirt21 have somehow fit me perfectly every time. They were kinda slow@ mailing them out to me but I'm not complaining@ all bc they've most definitely been worth the long wait.
I ordered a long sleeve tshirts in a kids medium on accident. And when it came I was so upset I had made a mistake. So I called them and they were extremely nice and they immediately sent out a new one in an Adult Medium and told me to keep the wrong sized one. The shirt came quick and fits great and looks great. I really appreciate good customer service and will recommend TeePublic in the future.
I had a problem during my purchase because my 30% discount code didn't work out and I didn't even had the choice to try another code, the payment came in. I was very frustrated, then I sent an email to the customer service and they answered me quickly and even reimbursed me the 30% referring to the coupon that I was unable to use. The quality of the t-shirts is great, my whole family loved it! I will definitely buy a lot more from TeePublic.
Another anti free speech company with a political agenda that fell to the woke mob. They're more than happy to allow people to sell and even advertise the latest political narrative and propaganda calling for death and destruction to people and cities everywhere but dare try to make anything pro free speech, pro american, pro freedom, or anything questioning the gated institutional narrative and get your account deleted despite having a huge following and a huge demand for your merchandise. A really disgusting example of big corporations trying to determine what's okay for you to think and purchase.
I thought my t-shirt was all wrong, until I tried it on! The t shirt says it all! Every customer I styles wanted my t-shirt. I'll be buying MORE!
They were amazing to work with on my order - I had one of the items that came back as faded in the printing and they sent me a new one for free! They really do take care of their customers!
The shirt I ordered was a 2x. The shirt received was the size of a Large.
Thought a 2x would be plenty big and it was a bit snug.
The overall quality wasn't that good. Material was not the best quality.
I originally ordered a hooded sweatshirt & stickers for delivery abroad (to South Korea). The sweatshirt arrived before the expected delivery date yet the stickers, which were packaged separately, ended up getting lost somewhere along the way & never did arrive. Fortunately, when I reached out regarding the stickers, every single customer service agent was efficient, effective, helpful, honest, & supportive. To my surprise, they quickly guaranteed the stickers would be resent abroad (at no additional cost to me). This was actually quite surprising, knowing that in a day & age where profits & greed rule & if a customer is not necessarily satisfied, the attitude is generally ho-hum, too bad, you can re-order & pay again & hope it shows up this time... but TeePublic went above & beyond, quickly re-shipped the stickers, openly & consistently communicated throughout the second delivery process & were always pleasant, helpful, & seemed to legitimately enjoy their opportunity to support a customer when an issue arises. I had never used TeePublic before but am certainly encouraging friends & family to utilize TeePublic based on the tremendous customer service & attention to quality & satisfaction of both the products & the service. Do yourself a favor & support independent artists through TeePublic, they deserve the publicity!
How easy can it get? Very easy with this company! Tshirts are good qality to! They follow p with emails and delivery is spot on!
I purchased two long-sleeve tees for my grandson's birthday. Delivered on time, he was very excited about the designs - one celebrating being 8, the other identifying him as a Lego master builder. How disappointing when I saw the photos. The sleeves of one shirt reached all the way to his knees! When I checked my order, I realized I had mistakenly ordered an adult large instead of youth large.
I emailed TeePublic to inquire how to arrange an exchange. After I confirmed the correct size, they promised to ship another shirt immediately, which they did. TeePublic further informed that as a courtesy, there would be no charge for the new shirt, not even a shipping fee, AND that we need not return the adult shirt, even though the error was mine! I was overwhelmed with gratitude and became an immediate fan of this creative company.
P.s. The adult shirt went to our local church.
I had a small quality issue with two shirts, of my previous order. I contacted customer service, and inquired what could be done. The response was quick, and quick to the point. The two shirts were replaced, and the customer service team seemed happy to do it. They make you feel important, and take the time to make sure any and all issues are resolved, and that you are satisfied with your product. It's rare nowadays to find a company invested in their customers, and put them first. But, TeePublic does. I applaud them for that, and will not hesitate to buy from them again. A ton of other businesses should take note of how the customer is treated by TeePublic, they could really learn something. Well done.
I ordered 4 shirts and a mask. I loved the designs but three of the woman size shirts were to small. I sent an email and Tee Public responded with in a few hours and my exchange is on the way. It was simple and painless. I do request that they list the brand and where the shirt is made.
I recently ordered a shirt from TeePublic and was disappointed in the quality and fit so I completed an exchange request on the website. Within just a few moments I received a response and a solution! I even explained in my message that I was really wanting the shirt to wear to an upcoming concert and was fearful it would not arrive in time. They responded they would do what they could to ensure I had the shirt in time! It's hard to find people who care in the cyberworld, but they have renewed my faith!
Teepublic customer service is so on point! I ordered the wrong colour by mistake and not only I was able to make the changed online by edit order ( which a it's a great option to have) but also I sent them an email asking for confirmation of my change and minutes later they got in contact with me with the confirmation response. Great communication! Thank you TeePublic :) B from London -UK
This is the 3rd time I ordered T-shirts at TeePublic... Besides the great, divers and coolest shop inventory I must say it is also one with the kindest and fastest customer support. You can leave messages for your package, and sending back items is no problem... Their T-shirt designers are already an experience to watch... I give myself a budget every time I buy Shirt's otherwise I will end up with a 30 items shop order. One last tip for near future? Having the ability to watch like 100 shirts in one infinity scroll page would be awesome! (no more next page clicking...)
Till next time!
Purchased a shirt for my wife, didn't notice that the print was on the back of the shirt long story short was disappointed with the shirt. Messaged customer service and they told me that was fine and I would not have to return the shirt and they would send me a new one. In today's day and age very hard to find people as helpful and friendly as this customer service team. I LOVE TEEPUBLIC!
I bought the wrong size t-shirts for my wife (facepalm). I sent a message, they fixed my mistake (and were very nice about it) and mailed me new ones. They asked me to donate the ones that I bought my mistake. They are amazing! I will be back (and I'll try to get it right the first time next time)!
Just want to start off by saying I'm not much of an online shopper and I believe it is better to buy locally. Not only to support your locally economy but to also get the face to face interaction we seem to be missing as a society due to social media and technology. That being said this is probably the best experience I've ever had buying online. Not with my actual purchase as I had some difficulty with the payment but with the way this company handled themselves in times of adversity. Their customer service was top notch. Something was messed up with the website payment I guess but the team emailed me back and forth found exactly what I needed and put in the order for me themselves. They really did a stellar job and went above and beyond. Great customer service, communication and attention to detail. It was quite refreshing. Way to go guys. Keep up the great work. Kudos
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
