The size was tight on an order so I sent an email about an exchange. Less than 15 minutes later I had confrirmation that the new order had been placed for a replacement.

I have purchased from TeePublic before and shall again.

Purchased two tshirts and one was on the small side, emailed for an exchanged and had an immediate response with no questions asked. Very pleased with the service and quality, was also delivered very quickly

I ordered a T-shirt that I was really excited to receive. When it arrived the lettering was almost invisible and I was disappointed because I thought it would be such a hassle to get fixed. I almost just wrote it off and was going to let it go. I'm so grateful I decided to contact support because not only did they reply extremely quickly, they apologized and explained what had happened. I ordered the shirt in a dark color and that was why it was difficult to see the lettering. They immediately sent me a link to choose a different color and are sending me a new shirt to replace the original! They're even allowing me to keep the first one, which I was not expecting.

This was the easiest customer service experience I've ever had. I've ordered from them before, and I will for sure order from them again!

I ordered 4 French Resistance shirts and they were well made but did seem to run small, especially the 2 women sizes. My niece and I usually wear men's L or ladies xl but exchanged to women's xxl. They were very prompt and helpful and even allowed me to keep the 2 smaller ones to donate to a homeless shelter. That's the type company I like to give my business to.

Ordered two womens xl t shirts... one was too small so asked for an exchange... within the hour I received a reply... I could keep the smaller t shirt and they would send me a larger t shirt for no extra charge... amazing... will pay that forward... cannot fault the speed or service... excellent. Fully recommended... definitely buying again.

Pretty much every day one of my family members is wearing a TeePublic shirt. Such cool designs, everyone can find something personal and perfect from them! They can be real conversation starters! We feel really good purchasing from a company that works with artists like they do. I love knowing the artist is compensated every time I choose their artwork for my attire. The quality of shirts is really good. We have several from a few years ago and they are still going!.

Late the other night, I went on a little shopping spree because of the great sale I saw. I wanted to get the fam's approval before finalizing order. When I pulled it back up first thing in the morning, the sale was gone and the price was higher. I emailed and asked if there was any way to still get the discount, please. Quickly, I got a response that she'd be happy to help. They got it all taken care of much faster than I would have thought! And I have 8 awesome shirts on the way!

Ordered this bespoke Tee-shirt for my daughter. A couple of emails (to clear up an address issue - my fault entirely) and within a few days, the Tee arrived here in London. Fantastic service and very speedy resolution of the small amendment to delivery address. Hats Off to all at Tee Public. I will recommend you to friends and family.

I ordered a T-shirt as a gift for my BF, and I guessed the size wrong. ( new relationship lol) The graphics on the T-shirt were perfect and the colors were great. Customer service was quick to help me with the right size. They asked me to donate the one I ordered in error and sent me a new one. What a great group of people. I will be ordering more shirts from them in the future, as I love to support artists who make a difference in this world with their vision and kindness! Thanks again!

Received my shirt yesterday... I was blown away by the quality and art!
But it doesn't start there!
While I was in bed sick with COVID, I saw some shirts on sale that I really wanted. By the time I got around to purchasing, the sale was over :(
SO, I reached out to customer service

My t-shirt and stickers order didn't arrived. The carrier has some how lost it.
The people at TeePublic was fantastic and send my ordered things one more time.

I love supporting Independent artists and smaller companies. I placed my first order with this company about 2 months ago. I ordered a few tshirts for my bf and a hoodie for me. When the items arrived, I felt my hoodie was smaller than a normal size large.It was also a very lightweight hoodie. I wear a med usually but prefer my hoodies bigger and this size large hoodie fit snugger than I liked. On my next order, I decided to go a size up on the hoodies. I was so excited when they arrived and as soon as held one up, I knew these hoodies were going to be way too big for myself and my bf. These were sized more like your typical hoodie and was much heavier than the first. I decided to reach out to Teepublic and see if there was anything we could do. I wasnt expecting or requesting a refund but rather a size exchange. I truly was expecting to be told that SOL, since each item ordered is specially printed at the time of purchase. But much to my surprise, I had a email the very next morning stating they would be happy to exchange for the sizes I needed. I messaged them what sizes I needed and asked them how I would go about shipping the items that didnt fit back to them. Their response... Keep them and donate them to someone in need. Really, I was blown away and very impressed. This is the kind of things I love about this company and the reason I will continue to order products from them! In a very selfish, self centered world, Teepublic, you are a breathe of fresh air!

Every T shirt I've gotten from Teepublic has been great quality, after a year or more of wash and wear I've had no issues with fading or shrinking.
The only time I've had any issue (I accidentally chose the wrong ahirt color) they made it right ASAP. Excellent site to shop from!

Tees and customer service... I love the tees and they got to me in record time during covid... would highly recommend...

I ran into a sizing issue with the shirts that I ordered. When I reached out to the company I expected the same run around type of experience typically found with online orders. I was amazing to find a proactive, professional customer service experience that set a new standard for my expectations. I cannot say enough about the way I was treated. They quickly resolved the issue and made things right. Great work!

Am so impressed with the communication and excellent customer service. A really helpful team that sorted out my issue with no extra cost to myself. The tee shirt is great and I'll definitely be ordering from this company again.

Awesome experience. Shirts ran a little small and these guys flat out replaced them without needing to return the original ones. Awesome designs too!
