I made my first order to Teepublic and I am so happy I did. Not only did I get a bunch of amazing new t-shirts that make me smile like a mad woman, I got some great decals, too, to jazz up my computer. I had an issue with some pricing and customer service took care of it right away. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of what I received and the great response when I had an issue. Will order again!
Shirts are excellent quality, but I had a slip up with the sizing - the seller rectified it immediately no hassle, beyond pleased! Couldn't recommend more!

I ordered a shirt for my husband. It arrived and was too big. Exchange process was easy and responsive.
Ordered a large T-shirt but found it too big. Emailed asking for exchange and got reply very quickly saying new size requested was already being sent out and to just keep first shirt. Received new one within a few days and it's better size.

During the pandemic, the one thing I hate while ordering online is, "Package delivery may vary due to Covid-19." Having your delivery take awhile becomes frustrating. But TeePublic products are always worth the wait.
One day, I get a notification that my package was delivered. Arriving at the post office to find nothing, and I get sad. I become worried because the Post Office makes it seem like this package never existed. I was afraid I'd never see my orders, but I take a chance to email TeePublic for assistance. Hoping they could help me and with quick responses they assist me and make sure I'm a priority. I received my package and will gladly purchase any product they produce for the art and quality that's worth it. Always trust TeePublic.

Let me tell you a little something about above & beyond and bending over backwards, because that's what you've done for me. Since Christmas my tiny order of 4 stickers has been haltered twice, with 3rd time being the charm. I received my stickers yesterday (3/9) and was so happy.
Sorry it appears someone loved my stickers on the 1st two shippings, and I hope they are also enjoying my order, lol. Hopefully they will become customers as well, enjoying great products and OUTSTANDING customer service, placing many orders to make up for your costs on this one. I ordered two t-shirts from TeePublic. When they arrived, they were too small. I went on line and re-ordered them both in a larger size. In less than 24 hours, I received a personalized email apologizing for the problem, thanking me for my re-order, and on top of all that, I was told NOT to return the first t-shirts, but to give them to someone or donate them! This is unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Most times it is such a hassle to return, get refunded and re-purchase! Congratulations on having a company that truly cares about its customers! I will certainly spread the word and be back to repurchase. Thank you so very much!
I had to make an exchange recently because the size didn't fit, and I got an immediate response with easy instructions and excellent service. I will certainly order from TeePublic again and am impressed by their customer care!
I ordered three shirts and one was clearly the wrong size. With a quick email I was responded to promptly and a new shirt was shipped to me immediately. They didn't even require me to ship back the wrong size. I already loved the shirts and designs, but Orlando and the rest of his crew earned my business for life. Thanks for being awesome TeePublic.
I ordered four AWESOME shirts and one appeared to be mislabeled so it was too small. Within a few hours, Teepublic had a new shirt shipped to me (no charge) and told me to keep/donate/recycle the one that was too small. That's seriously good service!
Oh - and everyone whom I encountered at the company was so helpful and friendly! I have a bit of a tshirt addiction and TeePublic is my new go-to site!:-)
I've had 2 issues with shirts and both were taken care of immediately. I won't buy from anyone else for this reason.
I got a phone case for my new iPhone 12. Quality is exactly what I wanted, tho there was a small issue with it and I emailed them to see if it was fixable. Quick replies and felt like there was an actual interest from them to make it right. They did and I'll be getting my new item soon. Will be buying more from them for myself and my lady. Highly recommended!
I have ordered from TeePublic prior to my most recent order, and I haven't had any issues. However, I did have a small issue my most recent purchase. I was sent the wrong size of shirt, but TeePublic resolved the problem so quickly and easily! I received the incorrect item on Friday, and the correct item was sent and I got it on Tuesday! Everyone who I spoke with regarding this, was so nice and helpful. I will continue to shop with them, and am happy to give them my business!
I purchased two small men's classic t-shirts only to find that they were a bit smaller than I'd expected (soft and beautifully-printed, but a little snug). I messaged Customer Service to inquire about an exchange, hoping that I'd be able to ship the shirts back for free in the package they came in. They did me one better - I was allowed to keep the old shirts, and they are sending me two new medium-sized shirts! The new order was processed within hours of me sending my message, and I'm looking forward to receiving my new tee's and sharing the smaller ones with a friend!
For my sons' birthdays, I always order fun and funny t-shirts. Normally, I wander around the Internet until I find a t-shirt that makes me laugh, and then I just place my whole order there. This year, I was delighted with TeePublic's inventory, and I placed my son's birthday order with them Unfortunately, he had put on some pandemic weight and the shirts didn't fit. I contacted TeePublic, and they IMMEDIATELY sent out the whole order in my son's (larger) size! I was so surprised and happy! My second son's birthday is this week, and this time there was no searching around the Internet for t-shirts. I went straight to TeePublic -- and will do so from now on! Great company!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
