I haven't recieved my products yet so I am not reviewing them, but I can 100% say I will never purchase again from this company because shortly after I placed my order I started receiving phishing emails and texts. I have not created any other accounts lately or given my phone or email address out, it seems directly connected to my tee public order. It went on for a few days then died down, so not the worst thing in the world, but not a sign of good business practices, either.
I ordered 4 tee shirts from their designers. 3 movie, and one TV. The 3 movie tee shirts turned out fine. But the TV shirt was poorly done, with the right side of the character's face all lopsided and a very droopy eye. Like Sloth from the Goonies. You bet I returned that one for a full refund. Not sure I will reorder.
I received 2 t shirts as a gift and one was too small (thank you pandemic). I sent them an email and received a reply the next day. They gave me such great service i would recommend them to everyone.
I signed up the Teepublic yesterday, made one design that in no way could have violated any terms and conditions, just to have my account deleted and an email sent saying their terms and conditions were violated. I see the products on the website and some of them are copyright infringed products. My product was simple and in no way could have violated any terms and conditions. In my opinion they are being discrimatory. They don't give people a chance to start selling products. I was on the site ONE day and they kicked me off. I sent them an email and they refused to write back. So, I don't recommend using Teepublic for selling or purchasing products.
I have brothers that race, and I found a design that matched both cars perfect. The reviews I was told, after I ordered weren't good. But our shirts came and everyone loved them. Other family members ordered them, they were happy with their orders too. Then I ordered more for gifts. Some were great, but some were discolored. The orange car looked pink and we needed it to be the bright orange, (to match 1 of the brother's race cars) in background. 1 tee shirt was all stretched. I was not happy. But I contacted them and customer service was GREAT! They fixed problem, and were sorry for it. I had new awesome shirts within a few days. Because of that they get 5 stars! You can't beat awesome customer service these days Sending in another order.
I ordered a couple of tshirts, it took them about 3 weeks to get delivered. But even worse was the intens rash I got all over my body after wearing a shirt. They must use be using some really bad chemicals...
In the past I have purchased a few items from this site and although they have some very interesting designs I will not be back. I am tired of clicking on something I am interested in, such as a face mask showing $8.00 as a price, then clicking on it to order and finding the price is in fact $15.00.
Been using TeePublic for about a year now and have been mostly pleased. The shirts are good quality and come pretty fast. However, my last order they send me a card with a 35% off discount code so I ordered another shirt. I put the code in and pressed Apply and the discount didn't come off! Then they were rude and unhelpful when I inquired about it! If this issue isn't resolved I will be buying my shirts elsewhere!
In November 2020, I ordered several stickers for a laptop. I tracked my order on trackmymail.biz and saw that my order had come into my city and was staged for delivery but it was then routed over to another city due to PARS processing which means it was identified as undeliverable-as-addressed. I waited to see if my stickers would somehow get out of PARS purgatory but of course once it got there, it remained in that blackhole forever. I contacted TeePublic Customer Service and confirmed that they had my correct address. They promptly reshipped the stickers and this time they were successfully delivered to my home. The stickers are now all over my laptop. Maybe I've arranged them too excessively orderly though.
I want to say how professional and courteous the TeePublic Customer Service were with my correspondence. I have confidence in ordering from TeePublic in the future and also have confidence in their Customer Service team if any issues come to light.
The quality of prints are poor now, colors on material not filled as it should.
It is similar to an ordinary printer that you can access it around.

2 years ago when I had a similar order the T-shirts quality prints were much better and vivid and lasting.
The quality is so cheap for the prive paid. After a single wash, there was a hole in the T-Shirt, and the colours faded
So after reading the reviews about TeePublic I was a little skeptical about how my experience would be. I ordered about 6 shirts during a sale and I heeded all the warnings about the sizing. I went with XL and they all fit perfectly. I paid a little extra for the ground shipping and it arrived in about 4 days! The art on the shirts? I would have to give it about an 8/10. The quality is good, but not the type of quality you'd expect from zumiez or hot topic. I'm not planning on washing these shirts anytime soon because I've read bad things... In conclusion, These are rare designs that you won't typically find in your local retail stores, and that's the part that wins me over.
There are so many fun designs to choose from. I bought five different designs of the face masks. Unfortunately they were a bit small for me because they didn't completely cover my nose and chin at the same time. I contacted Tee Public and they generously shipped me replacements if all five designs in a larger size!
I've bought several items from this company and thought they were good enough that I'd join their army of artists who design and sell their work through them. I set up an account on a Friday and by Monday morning, they had shut it down and disabled my account due to breaking their terms and conditions, or so their incredibly vague and canned email from their legal team said. All of my designs were original and not too different from a bunch of other designs they sell - that's why I thought it was a good fit. I sent three emails asking for at least some info on what I had done wrong. There's nothing worse than being punished and not even knowing what you did wrong. The real kicker is that in that short 3-day period, nine of my designs sold! But guess how much I got paid? Yep. Zilch. As far as I can see, that's pretty much the definition of being ripped off. So as a customer, take your chances. But as a contributing artist, steer far, far away.
Bought Cool Math Games sweatshirt from site. With shipping, cost $50. Already peeling and cracking after 2 washes. It was turned inside out during washing, and never put in dryer, and this happened after only 2 times in the washing machine. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I contacted the site for a replacement. I'll update this review if they respond decently.
Update: they sent me a replacement quickly. I don't think it will hold up any better though. Good customer service, questionable quality.
Excellent customer service. Products are great and TeePublic was really helpful and supportive when there was delays and an exchange request. I definitely recommend!
Worst printed tshirt that I've experienced from online. It looked like something my 7 year old ironed on and the fact that you can only exchange is awful. Won't purchase again.
I HAVE EMAILED THIS COMPANY 6 TIMES IN REGARDS TO 2 T-SHIRTS I NEVER RECEIVED NO RESPONSE they don't have a phone number last time i will buy anything from this company
Buyer beware
I ordered three T-shirts in L, but after arrival I noticed that i had made a mistake and would have needed M. I contacted the Customer Service via a website they set up especially for exchanges/returns. The process didn't take long and the reply came on the next day (I asked Sunday and the answer came Monday). I don't have to return the shirts and the new shirts are delivered without additional charge! Great speed and very supportive customer service, I'm very happy!
My first purchase from TeePublic was back in 2018; the quality of the shirts was great, the prints were amazing, and the shirts were all a standard brand so the look/fit/feel was the same for each shirt.
Fast forward to 2019, I placed another order, different designs but the same shirt colors I'd ordered before. The shirts that I got in 2019 didn't have the same look/fit/feel of the ones from 2018 & the shirts were all different brands (but the colors were consistent). So I contacted support and was basically told that they know better than me & the quality was the same even though the look/fit/feel was different between the new shirts & different from 2018 shirts. Apparently without alerting their customers, they made a business decision to let the artists/printers supply their own shirts, which lead to massive variance in the shirts. Supports response from 2019 below.
I wasn't planning to buy from them again because of my 2019 experience, but I really liked the designs so I ordered in April 2021 & hoped things had changed for the better. Out of the 9 shirts that I ordered, 4 had terrible print quality, and 2 of the colors had completely changed their look from 2018-2019. Purple is purple & blue is blue, right... colors don't change, especially when their description of the color & pictures of the color are the same. But the purple heather went from purple to a very light lavender. The royal heather went from a dark teal blue to a very light pale blue. The prints which looked good on the darker colors, looked like garbage on the new lighter colors. The ones with print quality issues were crackled & missing chunks of color & looked worse than the same designs on shirts with 2-3 years of wear. I have contacted support on these issues, no matter their response, even if they fix the shirts & resend them... the hassle that I have been through for this makes my 1 star review stand.
Support Response to look/fit/feel issue 2019
"We understand this change may come as a surprise, but we think the focus for purchases from our site should be on the designs and the independent artists. The products are still the same, even though they may look a little different when they arrive!"
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
