I ordered one shirt, fit great, ordered another shirt in the same size, and it just felt different. I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange. Instead, they sent me another in another size, free of charge. Excellent product and customer service!
Love the art! Im a local artist in Canada down around Nova Scotia east coast! Been a folk artist for 30 or more years! And if this help people i know for they done the same for me in cool with that! Battling degenerative nerve damage is not easy! And i will do my best as always for those who show me the same love and respect!
Exemplary customer service with true personal connection. They went above and beyond to help us get the perfect shirt when my husband was picky about the fabrication of the shirt we received. I am absolutely delighted with my two snake t shirts from teepublic.com. They arrived recently and they fit very well and they are absolutely brilliant. I have never seen shirts like that anywhere else either in the shops or online. I would recommend teepublic.com to anyone who is looking for a long or short sleeve t shirt, especially if they want an unusual or unique design on it. It's pretty simple. I love tee shirts. I always find one or two I really like at TeePublic.
Customer service is stellar. The tees are good quality and I'm supporting an artist. Why would I shop anywhere else, TeePublic's got a great track record with me.
Print and everything seems good but I won't know how it is after washing, as I will never waer it but as a Night Dress. I have L and XL shirts and I am normally 18' arms and big shoulders and this L shirt is way too lose on me.
I love the idea of the site, I love the designs! But the prints on clothing are garbage. This isn't from a single purchase either! Three separate items (2 t shirts, 1 hoodie) have all been extremely disappointing. With very minimal use and careful washing, the designs come off very quickly. The hoodie design was completely destroyed after a single wear and wash. It's not worth it!
It feels good to support independent artists and getting things you can't get anywhere else. I had a problem with my order but it was immediately remedied. Customer for life! Thanks for the great service and products.
I had started a new shop on here, within 3 days they completely removed it due to a "Violation" that they never explained and won't return emails or tweets to bring it back. Worse customer service and since all my designs were my own, I wasn't taking someone else's work.
I love TeePublic. I've bought from them several times, and while most of the time the shirts are fantastic, the couple times I've had a problem, they answered the email right away and made it right. I've had a couple issues with sizing, and they let me donate the wrong sizes (rather than send them back) and quickly ordered me new sizes. The other issue was a quality issue because the artist had left a black spot on a design (which I couldn't see on my computer screen). Again, they let me order another t-shirt for free and told me to donate the mistake. You can't get better customer service! I will continue to order from them.
I had an excellent experience with TeePublic customer service today. I had ordered the wrong size t-shirt. Someone responded almost immediately to my request to exchange. Customer service then responded right away each time to a few back-and-forth questions on my part. And finally, they said to keep the old shirt—that I didn't need to send it back. All this was by email and the form on their website.
As a 1st-time TeePublic customer, I made a foolish mistake and had the order I placed as a gift sent to the wrong address. I contacted TeePublic and they immediately handled my problem with exceptional understanding, professionalism and kindness. I recently placed an order for a tank top and t-shirt. The t-shirt turned out to be the right size but the wrong kind of shirt (ladies' instead of the men's) which made it too small. I contacted TeePublic and was put in touch with Samuel via email within minutes. He arranged for the desired item to be mailed and told me to keep/donate/gift the too-small item, which I'm happy to do. GREAT customer service experience!
I ordered a shirt and paid additional money for quick delivery to get here in time for Father's Day. When the shirt arrived (in time) I was so disappointed that it was the WRONG SHIRT! I quickly went to the website and wrote to customer service, within 24 hours, they corrected the order, refunded the additional cost of shipping and got the shirt out to me (arriving within a few days). This was exceptional customer service and I will DEFINITELY order from TeePublic again!
I ordered 3 shirts for my son. I used the ordering guide but the shirts were too snug but he loved the designs. I requested an exchange and I received an email within hours saying they processed the order and we could donate the shirts that didn't fit or keep them. I was floored! We will be donating the shirts and are extremely pleased to be getting ones that fit. I have my eye on a few designs already and will definitely be ordering from Tee Public again! Great customer service!
We love one of our pod casts drunk3po and Gina Carono so we ordered the welcome to the rebelion t-shirts and they got to us we were so excited. My boyfriend put on the shirt it fit great and when I felt the shirt it was soooo soft. I want to order more. We love the shirt and will wear it alllll the time. We will be ordering more in future only other thing I would recommend is going tagless but that's the worst thing I could say about the shirt. We love it. Thank you.
Ordered something luckily it wasn't that expensive ended up getting shipped to one of their warehouses and getting "lost". Contacted customer service and i got the same result. Now they said my address is "undeliverable" yet i can order stuff from Amazon or anyother website and receive my product fine.
I was a consistent seller/designer on Teepublic for months until one day they just shut me down without any reasoning. I have tried contacting them through various emails and even social media, weekly for 2 months now and haven't heard back from a single person yet! I still can't believe it!
Don't bother, ordered a t-shirt which turned out to be way too small. Tried several times to use the "exchange" facility on their website which just keeps crashing and giving error messages. Tried contacting their customer support but TeePublic continuously ignoring my emails. Do not use! Terrible customer service experience
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
