Ordered three shirts that my kids love but mine was brown instead of black. Not sure if it was misclick or picture or what but they sent a replacement shirt to make it right. Extremely happy and will buy again
The quality is great. I had an issue with one of the t-shirt. However, customer service was amazing in explaining and assuring my issue would be resolved. I highly recommend them.
While browsing Youtube, I came across an amazing "Cage Fighter 2.0" shirt that one of my favorite youtubers was wearing. Knowing I just had to have it, i was luckily able to find it here online. I got one for My girlfriend and I, and while mines fit perfectly hers was a little on the small side. I contacted customer support via email requesting an exchange and by the next day they responded and were more than happy to help me get a better size for her. I was really impressed by the speed of their response, and how hassle free they made the experience! I am already looking for more shirts to buy! 10/10 would recommend for any special tees you may see.
I have previously purchased from TeePublic & have always been happy with their product. However, my last order tops them all. One of the shirts I ordered was a surprise gift for a friend. She loved the shirt but I had underestimated the size. I contacted Customer Service to set up an exchange which was totally completed within an hour of my request. Not only that, I was told that I did not have to go thru the hassle of returning the shirt & there would be no additional charges. In this day & age, that's amazing! Thank you, TeePublic! I will definitely recommend you to others & be sending future orders your way. Great products & outstanding customer service!
I purchased a shirt as gift and didn't realize that they run small.
When I sent an email to exchange it. The person that help me got back to me one, two, three and was so super helpful. The entire experience was great!
The pillow is more like a small pillow. Even tho it says "medium" it's very small for a 40$ pillow. It's definitely not 18x18… (Do not buy the pillows). On top of that, the tracking number never updated until last night. This pillow was coming from Texas. They didn't help with anything! No customer service at all!
I contacted customer service about a delivery and they responded in a very timely manner. The problem was handled immediately in a friendly, professional manner. It was the easiest customer service interaction I think I've ever had. Plus, the tee shirt is made of quality material and fits well!
I had a slight issue with t shirts I ordered (wrong size) and they quickly and efficiently took care of the issue-with no hassle or headache.

I ordered 4 shirts and when they arrived, 2 were made on 1 type of brand shirt, 2 were made on another. 2 fit great, 2 were just too snug. I emailed them about how to exchange them for larger. Within a day I was responded to, within a week I had the replacement shirts. I must have gotten used to poor customer service on other sites, like ShirtPunch.com, where I would have a question about an order and it would take 3-4 days for a reply. TeePublic took care of my entire issues in less than a week and the shirts are awesome.
Original order was thought to be lost in mail. Customer service responses were timely and helpful. Order finally was delivered (was carrier's fault). Quality products at a fair price. Have purchased from TeePublic three times and have never been disappointed.

Great service as the T-Shirt I ordered didn't fit but I wrote to them because I wanted to make an exchange and within 5 minutes they had already answered me and they immediately sent me the right size back, communication was therefore very smooth, I can only recommand as they solved my problem so quickly
I loved my T-shirts when they arrived but I quickly realised I'd ordered the wrong size. I was blown away but the prompt response from TeePublic and not only are they going to exchange for a smaller size but I was told that I need t return the big ones but to pass them forward to a charity or friend. I love supporting artist so after purchasing a t-shirt and receiving it quickly I was a little disappointed that it fit a little tight but no worries because within 10 minutes I requested an exchange and they reached out and got the new size sent out! Great customer service! Would highly recommend they want you to be satisfied!

I ordered 2 shirts based on designs I had seen elsewhere and they had both the design and style of shirt I was looking for plus good pricing and reasonable priced shipping. Problem was that the shipper lost the package and I never received it, but at only 5 business days passed the original due date the re-shipped my order and I got it within a week! Amazing customer service and a good product means I'll be going back for more!
In addition to the countless number of designs, ranging from Vintage to current themes the prices are very reasonable. And delivery times and service are top notch. No Jabroni's here.
I've been ordering all my shirts from Teepublic for the last few years. My most recent order had a shirt with a small hole in it. After a short and prompt email exchange, they are sending me a new shirt. I always value when there is minimal friction when dealing with customer service. They've now secured me as a loyal customer.
Highly recommended order from Teepublic, I ordered youth small t shirt for my daughter and unfortunately too small her, I emailed customer service and they response immediately, we be able to get exchange and they ask me to keep or donate the t shirt! I will definitely will order from them again! Great customer service!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
