I had an issue with the logo placement on a shirt. I emailed the company and a real person replied that same day and fixed the issue at no additional cost. I would buy from them again
I ordered a large tree shirt for a friend it arrived, far earlier than expected, the quality is fantastic and the art work is very good, unfortunately I realised that it would be too small, I contacted customer service and it was dealt with immediately. Within minutes of sending my email I received a reply saying that the replacement was already on its way and no need to return the smaller tee shirt. I am so impressed by the customer service it's saved me any hassle of dealing with the return. I will definitely be using TeePublic again. Thank you

Tried to order t shirts several time, they declined my credit card. I immediately call my credit card co. And they said they approved the sale at least 3 x. I queried the company but did not get a response. I tried again when there was another sale. Again card declined and my credit card co. Said they approved. I checked that I put in the correct numbers several times, and each time they were correct. Obviously they do not want to make a sale. I will go elsewhere.
Just received 5 shirts w/ different prints, and all of the prints turned out awesome, and the quality of the 100% cotton shirts was honestly better than expected. Super happy w/ the quality for the price. Thank You!
I recently ordered a few T-shirts as gifts for friends. The T-shirts arrived on time and were amazing... top quality (I like the softer material for a few dollars more). The T-shirts turned were a size too small. I contacted TeePublic to request an exchange. I received a personal reply within 24 hours telling me that a larger size was being shipped immediately and there was no need to return the smaller size shirts. Wow. How could you not order T-shirts from TeePublic?!? Great company!
I made the mistake of ordering the t-shirt I wanted in the wrong size. I reached out to TeePublic customer service, and within MINUTES was assisted with my exchange. In fact, they offered the exchange completely for free without having to return the shirt I ordered. They encouraged me to donate or give it away, which really highlights the values of this company. I never thought much about where I would buy novelty/gag tees but I'm sure TeePublic will be my go-to from now on.
I've been a customer for a few years, and enjoy the designs and quality. My last order unfortunately had an issue. It was a great design, looked exactly like what I expected, great quality hoodie, but when I washed it, half the design came off. I've gotten short before so I thought I knew how to wash it. Anyway, I emailed customer service (who has time to call - it's not that urgent anyway) with a photo, and overnights was answered, telling me they were sending a replacement. I don't know if this will turn out different when I wash it, but it's a free, quality hoodie. That's great customer service.
While searching the internet I came across TeePublic and found artwork on a T-Shirt that I could not find anywhere else. Not knowing anything about TeePublic I decided to take a chance. Sometimes taking a chance with internet purchases is a bad idea. I am so glad I did. If you are looking for great artwork and quality T-Shirts. You have to try TeePublic. I recently ordered a t-shirt that was too small. I shot off an e-mail regarding an exchange and I got a response within an hour. I was told to keep/donate the one I received and that a larger size would be shipped to me immediately. Now, THAT is amazing service! Loved the t-shirt and can't wait to get the one that fits! I also sent a link to my kids and encouraged them to purchase from this company. Very satisfied.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE - ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AND SELLER COULD CARE LESS. THEY GOT MY CASH AND I RECEIVED NOTHING. APPEARS TO BE LOWLIFE ASIAN WAREHOUSE OPERATION. STICK WITH AMERICAN COMPANIES - AVOID THIS TRASH.
I've worn XL for as long as I've been buying clothes, so I was surprised when my TeePublic order showed up and fit small enough that I couldn't wear them.
I wrote to their customer service to ask about an exchange for the next size up, and their answer was "don't worry about it, we're shipping your whole order in the next size up, for free. Please donate anything you won't wear to a local charity".

My order was delayed. TeePublic helped me track it down, refunded a portion of the shipping and the customer service was amazing! They communicated clearly and quickly. I never felt out of touch with order and fully supported. I LOVE knowing my purchase supports artists. Only wish is they had a Canadian location!
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size & color. I realized it after it was delivered. I emailed customer service. It took them one day to respond with that they would send me out the correct size & color with no hassle. Great customer service

TeePublic's commitment to delighting their customers is impeccable! I've purchased many shirts from TeePublic. However, on my most recent purchase selected the incorrect size for 3 shirts purchased. Not only did TeePublic quickly replace the 3 shirts with the correct sized shirts, they did not even require me to return the original purchase. In stead, they suggested that I donate them to a worthy cause/organization... which I certainly did. I am a TeePublic customer FOR LIFE!
Great selection of T shirts and designs, great, soft cotton t shirt (though may shrink after being washed a few times, but true to size even then), more than worth the price. Shipped quickly. I needed to exchange sizes and the exchange process was the easiest process I've had with any online company, and I order online all the time. Please consider supporting the independent artists on this site!
I almost never write reviews... good or bad... this company impressed me so much by the way they handled my request for a size exchange that I had to testify! They made it so easy, were prompt in replying and addressing the issue no questions asked. When I asked about returning the ill fitting Ts, they said, " that's ok... give them away" which allowed me to bless others in need. Extraordinary! Worthy of praise and a great review... way to go TeePublic!
I ordered two T shirts for women and they were too small. When I told them that, they said they are sending me larger T shirts and I could keep the two I already have. I am going to give them away. I got a very quick response and I appreciate that I don't have the trouble of returning them! They were very generous.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
