Overall I am very pleased with the level of service I received and will be happy to use teepublic again and also recommend to others. I had an issue with a design fault from the artist but teepublic response was quick and resolved an issue I had with my order professionally and appropriately.

The shirt I ordered came in exactly how I expected; maybe better even. Also really good service + shipping.!

I had problems with my orders (it wasn't Teepublic's responsibility at all) and their customer service took care of everything, have been so great, kind, nice and smart... The choice of items is huge, it's impossible not te be tempted... so do not resist: be sure you would be helped in case of need by them. Thank you so much!

I ordered a gift for a friend and somehow managed to type in the wrong address, when I realized it, it was almost to the wrong address in my home town. When I contacted them about what I would consider my own error, they not only were quick to respond, but they even sent a new order to the correct address without charging me a cent. I had even offered to pay whatever the cost was to reroute the package if that was possible... You don't find this level of customer service anywhere these days... I would highly recommend TeePublic and I absolutely will purchase from them again in the future.

I purchased a tshirt for my son and I did not read the sizing properly even though it is quite clear. I emailed and received amazing service. They rectified my error immediately. No hassle and they have sent me a new tshirt in the correct size. Amazing and I am so happy.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service of this company. I made an error in ordering sweatshirts for my Grandsons. They opened them Christmas morning to find 2 adult size sweatshirts with rocket league logo. They loved the logo and the look of the sweatshirts but so disappointed they couldn't wear them. The black was the only color one grandson wanted and they were out of stock. I imagined months of waiting but no, I found out today they are shipped. I'm thrilled and appreciate the timely response and such personable and delightful service.

Customer Service team is fantastic! I had an issue on my order and they corrected it right away without hesitation. Then when the order didn't show, they helped out again without hesitation.

I ordered my wife 2 shirts for Christmas and the biggest mistake a man can make is to buy his wife clothes that are too small. So of course Christmas morning I had that happen... I didn't know what to do so I went to Teepublic.com and wrote them a email and I never expected to hear back... maybe a robo response if anything but low and behold they wrote me back and the customer service department is absolutely amazing...
They took away all my fears and made my mistake right... they went ABOVE and BEYOND what I was expecting. I will forever be Teepublic customer! If you want a one of a kind shirt and support a independent artist at the same time then this is the company to use!

If you're looking for hard to find designs, this is the place! I've ordered many times and have been given all-star service. If you're looking for a specific design, chances are they have it. I'll be ordering more in the future for sure.

It's sooo frig'n scary to order from companies you see on Instagram not knowing how the quality of the shirts are or if they will even fit! This company is legit! My shirts and coffee cup came fast too! I'm just regretting not ordering more at the sale price! I only ordered 2 shirts because I didn't want to order a lot if the company wasn't legit. I will definitely be ordering more and I strongly recommend this company!

I ordered an item from this company ( first time buyer) and when I received it I realized I had ordered the wrong item. I reached out to the seller and the issue was taken care of quickly. Bought 3 tshirts, 2 mens, 1 ladies. The ladies size fit very small, so had to order a large. I have never ordered a large tshirt. I'm 5' 3", 115 lbs, but I liked the tshirt so much I decided to eat the cost and ordered the same one again. When I communicated with TeePublic to reorder, they said they would send the replacement for FREE!
I was completely surprised! Have received the replacement, fits ok (a teeny bit smaller than id like still).
Outstanding customer service. We showed tshirts to friends and they are ordering some from TeePublic as well. Good quality.
Be advised, at least for the womens, you have to order up at least one, if not two sizes bigger than usual.
