I bought a great T-shirt from Teepublic; I love the unique design and I'm very happy with the quality. The T-shirt is exactly as described online and sizing is accurate. Living in a remote(ish) place, I contacted the team about logistics, they were very responsive, knew what they were talking about and they seem such nice people. I'll certainly buy more from Teepublic.
I ordered several shirts from TeePublic and was excited when I got the email that they had shipped. There was even a tracking number given. Disappointment hit when the package was marked as "delivered" but I hadn't received it. I checked with neighbors but it wasn't there. USPS said give it an extra day in case it was marked as "delivered" accidentally early, but it didn't show up even with the extra two days. To be honest, when the package was lost, I was pretty discouraged, thinking it will be impossible to get the problem solved, and that I'd just have to accept I've lost the $50+ I'd spent. But I contacted TeePublic just to see if anything could be done. TeePublic's customer service blew me away. I truly am shocked, in the best possible way. They followed up and quickly sent a replacement order, and sent it by FedEx. I never thought that was a possible outcome. They were amazing. I only wish there were more companies who treated their customers as caringly as TeePublic. And I hope TeePublic is rewarded with many more loyal and frequently-buying customers like I plan to be. This website always handles any customer issues with solid professionalism. They exchange sizes, reprint any graphic issues on shirts, and answer emails super promptly. I will be a long time customer of this site!
Found this site by chance. Not only did I find the perfect gift I was looking for, may I add amazing customer service (sent a question regarding delivery no sooner hit sent and they responded), and amazing turnaround time (ordered Dec. 23 and it was rdy for shipment 27th... height of Xmas). Had to return a t shirt that I bought to small. Emailed them and within minutes had a reply and new shirt was on its way! Great company!
These are the best ever! I first bought these because of how cute they are... Then i was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and realized that these were the only shirts that my skin could tolerate as i go through radiation treatments. I highly recommend to anyone in this situation! Hoodie arrived but it was too small, great quality though. Contacted TeePublic. No hassle exchange and able to keep the original. If I lose weight - bonus, if not, my daughter wins.

I'm a huge TeePublic fan and would recommend to anyone! My kids both received t-shirts from TeePublic as gifts from my Sister in Law for Christmas. My son wears his immediately every time it comes out of the wash and he's received many compliments! My daughters wasn't the right size but she loved the shirt. I reached out to TeePublic to see if we could exchange for size even though it was a gift. They got back to me almost immediately and even followed up when I forgot to reply. After looking into the sizing chart and deciding which one would fit best, they replied they were shipping the new size out almost instantly. I was able to exchange the shirt even though I didn't purchase the item and never had to reach out to my sister in law for the order number etc. I was able to provide her name and email address and TeePublic did the rest. Really excellent customer service. Great quality product with so many different design options and styles of shirt to put them on. The shirt is soft and the colors are vibrant. I have a feeling our family will have a closet full of TeePublic shirts very soon!
I use teepublic often for gifts for friends and family. I have never had a complaint about any of their merchandise, one shirt I had ordered for my son in law had the image coming off. Wrote to their customer service and within a few hours had a reply. They were sending g a replacement shirt right away. They are a great company for any occasion and stand behind their products. Well be doing repeat business with tee public and telling friends family about them.

My experience with Tee Public has been excellent. I was excited to find a company which offered such a wide selection of artist-based designs at a very reasonable price. Sometimes it's hard to find new designs enough for all the gamers and anime fans in our family! So I made a large order at Christmas which shipped promptly and was scheduled for delivery Dec. 15th. Unfortunately, it got stranded at the bottom of a pile in a post office warehouse just before Christmas.
A week ago I finally contacted customer support for help. They replied immediately and shipped a replacement order that day. Everybody loved their late presents, which arrived in two days. It was a nice surprise, since we have all been sick, fearing covid, and needed a little cheering up.
Then yesterday, the original order showed up. I contacted Tee Public today to explain I was sick and broke, and returning might be delayed. They sent back an email which said " feel better" and to feel free to keep the original order. It felt like Christmas all over again! Now I can give my grandkids "I love you" presents, which really lifted my spirits!
Sure is nice to find a company which offers competitive priced apparel that is well-made and a little different than the mainstream. A more individualic selection with focus on the artists. It's even nicer to find a company which offers efficiency and real integrity. I am definitely sold.
I purchased a shirt, custom made, on the website. It arrive much sooner than I thought it was supposed to.It did not fit properly so they are sending me another shirt out I have not received it yet, I am waiting, it should be coming any time now and they were very easy to work with.
I have been buying clothing from this site for several years now and I have never been disappointed. Every item has been exact to order, shipping is fast (when we aren't in the pandemic, can't fault the company for that) and I love their sizing chart. They even have models of different body types showing how each size and cut fits. They also advise if an item should be ordered up or down a size. Best part is you are buying from an independent artist and getting a one of a kind item. I am always getting compliments on the clothing I have from TeePublic. Also, the customer service is fast, accurate, and friendly.

My order arrived in good time for my daughters birthday but the size was smaller than we anticipated. I was a bit worried about contacting the company for an exchange as I think I gave them an incorrect email address so had no order number or confirmation. They were brilliant!
They swiftly found my order and said they would make the arrangements for they exchange. Unfortunately the size I wanted was temporarily unavailable but by the time I got back in touch with alternatives they were able to send it.
This is not the best bit though. Throughout all this every person that emailed back was just so helpful, really really wonderfully nice, polite and most of all, had a brilliant sense of humour.
I have worked in customer service nearly all my life, for some upmarket companies who pride themselves on giving the best service, TeePublic put them all to shame. I plan to buy all my presents from them now. T SHIRTS ALL ROUND! They have a brilliant selection anyway.
If I could give them a higher score I would ask they have excelled at every part of this journey.

Bought a Lifted Research Group shirt that said would be 100% heavyweight cotton.
Received a very thin cheap 50/50 shirt with the LRG logo on it. Very disappointing!

I ordered a couple of sweatshirts from TeePublic and when I received them they were a little too small for me. I contacted the Customer Service Department and they took care of the issue immediately and without hesitation. The quality of their products is very good and their friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Department is even better. I will definitely order from them again and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Ordering shirts for Christmas from TeePublic was an unbelievably wonderful experience! We decided to order some shirts for our family right before Christmas, very unexpectedly we received an email saying they were on their way, then a follow up a few days later. All of the shirts were a great quality, very cute and funny. Everyone loved them!
We ordered an incorrect size for one so I inquired about an exchange. Incredibly I got an immediate response on Saturday, I didn't see it until Sunday, because I never thought I would get an answer until Monday, stating they had already processed my replacement!
I just can't say enough, what an unbelievably wonderful customer experience!
I ordered a T-shirt the other day, which arrived quicker than expected. Opened it up and it looked great. The print cane out well and the material was good (usually custom print t-shirts can be a bit rough, bit this was nice and soft).
Tried it on and unfortunately it was a bit too small.
I contacted customer services requesting to exchange for the next size up. No more than an hour later I had a reply back telling me they'd processed my request for a new size, and that I could keep, donate or reuse the original one, rather than worry about sending it back!
Absolutely amazing customer service! Couldn't be happier. The last who helped me (Adeline) made my whole day!
At the busiest time of the year, I was able to get a replacement shirt for my granddaughter. The original size I ordered was too small. I contacted TeePublic and the representative got back to me immediately and instructed me what to do. I was told to keep the shirt that did not fit and donate it. How kind is that? Then the shirt in the right size was sent to me immediately. I am very impressed with the service and the shirt and will buy from TeePublic again.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
