I absolutely love my t-shirt so much! It got to me very quick. Your company is so friendly and helpful. You offer more shirt designs than I have ever seen. I ordered 2 shirts for my birthday but I know I will return for more shirts in the future. Your shirts are well made and true to size. Also very affordable. The fact that I am helping an artist makes me feel really good. Thank you for being an awesome place with awesome shirts!

I wanted to express my gratitude towards the Teepublic Support Team. They're nothing short of excellent.
I had placed an order for a few teeshirts, and wasn't entirely happy at first. I reached out to support and over the course of the correspondence, spoke with several different people. Each Support Member who replied to me was able to pick up immediately on what was going on. It was as if everyone I spoke to was the same person. And who they all represented was someone I felt comfortable speaking with. I never once felt ashamed or bad for asking for a reprint on a shirt and being honest about what i was looking for. They were understanding, helpful, kind, and caring. I know I can be extremely needy - they never once made me feel bad about it! And I never felt stressed trying to contact them. Teepublic's UI on site makes it pretty clear to reach out to someone for help with an order. The process was clean and smooth, every time. Process and delivery time were faster than any other company I have ordered made-to-order shirts from. And I now have shirts that I am absolutely crazy about and can't wait to show off to my friends. The quality of the prints came out excellent! Thank you so much for working with me!^-^;
I ordered two different sized hoodies for me and my sister. When they arrived both fit snugger than we anticipated so I reached out to see if we could exchange them for different sizes. The response time from their customer service team was super quick. They were very nice and helpful in fulfilling my request. Once I let them know what sizes I was hoping to get they shipped them out immediately to me. When I received the replacement one of the hoodies was not the size I requested. I reached back out again to the team and they were apologetic and assured me they would send me out the correct size as requested once I sent them a picture of the one I received. This was my first time purchasing from TeePublic and I was very satisfied with the service and would order from them again. Just be ware that the sizes do seem to run small at leas in regards to the hoodies.
As the owner of a business myself, I really love to have my socks knocked off with great customer service. I want to share my first but not last experience with TeePublic. I ordered a Hank Aaron Sweatshirt for my husband's Birthday in extra Large as I thought that was his size. It arrived and is gorgeous except it is the wrong size. So I contacted them via their website and it was so easy to fill out an on line return request form. They immediately let me know that a 2X Lg was on its way. So when I asked them about how to return the current one, George from customer service told me to reuse or donate. Now that is a class act!
This company is very quick to respond to emails. I had issues with the items being small for the sizes ordered. They were quick to resolve the issue with the people I gifted them to! I will be ordering all my shirts in the furrier with this company!
One of my tee shirts was too small. I emailed to ask how to exchange saying I need xlarge. Within a few hours I got response saying my request was filled and shipped AND to keep the smaller one for gift or whatever. Customer service doesn't get any better! Great quality too. Will definitely buy in future. My original order arrived within a week of ordering!
I customer service was exceptional is assisting with completing a partially shipped order. Great quality product. While no company gets everything right all the time it's refreshing to know, help is there when you need it. And this organization will help you resolve your concerns. We will order again soon.
The female classic tees are so soft and comfortable. Recommend ordering up 2 sizes as they run small. Customer service was so very helpful! I will recommend to friends and family for sure.

I've done two orders on TeePublic.
In the second order, there was a problem. One of the t-shirts were not the one I ordered. I also had to pay a €40 custom fee on retrieving my parcel.
I contacted customer service for the wrong order. Not only did they send out the correct t-shirt straight away, but they also paid back the €40! They were incredibly quick and friendly in helping me out.
Rarely have I had such a great customer service experience. They can be trusted.
The t-shirts are very original and the choices are vast! You will probably be the only one wearing exactly the t-shirt you are wearing.
I will continue using TeePublic, and I'd recommend anyone to do the same.
I bought three t-shirts and was delighted with the quality of the shirts. I made the mistake of not trusting the recommendation to size up on my choices and when they arrived they were too small. Despite it being 100% my fault, when I reached out they were extremely helpful and responded within an hour! They told me they were sending new shirts and that not to worry about sending the shirts back just asking me to pay it forward by donating the shirts or whatever I wanted.
I was blown away! Not only did a get great shirts and amazing customer service but I also got to see what kind and genuine people work for this company 10/10 would recommend.
I ordered a ladies small t-shirt that was way too small. Contacted customer service via email, received a very polite reply within 5 minutes. They are replacing the t shirt. I am grateful for wonderful customer service and highly recommend this company.

I was so looking forward to receiving my shirts, and a little apprehensive about online sizing. Much to my disappointment, they did not fit properly, but a simple enquiry to teepublic and new, replacement shirts were on their way before the end of the day. No muss, no fuss. I placed an order as a gift for my dad for a surprise for his b-day. With the event right around the corner I received the shirt and was panicked that it was too small and I wouldn't have time to get it replaced in time. I emailed customer support and they responded back right away. They responded saying they were sending a larger size right out to me. I am so blown away at the amazing helpful customer service. I feel like its not very often these days that a company's customer service goes above and beyond. I wish every company was likeTeepublic. The t-shirt, though too small is a great soft good quality fabric and I'm excited for my dad to get the new one.
I ordered 2 of the same shirts in different sizes for me and my buddy. A medium and a large. I am usually in between small and medium so i gambled. Well I was wrong. After I put on the shirt I immediately knew I needed the small. I'm 5'7" 145 athletic. I like my shirts form fitting. When I exchanged the medium for a small the customer service rep Samuel told me to just keep the medium and that another in size small was on its way. Now I can let my friend try on the M and the L and make sure he gets the perfect fit for his birthday present!
I ordered the wrong size T- Shirt by mistake
I contacted Tee-Publuc Customer Service and they replied within 30 minutes and resolved My problem, no questions asked! Truly a Professional and and Honorable Company. I will definitely recommend them to my Family and Friends. They have Great Products and a Large Selection. Tee- Public will be The only Company I will deal with for Great Quality T- Shirts.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
