Ordered a lot for my whole family and everything was beatiful! One shirt had a little spot and i emailed and they immediately sent me a replacement!
Ordered two shirts, one for a friend and one for myself, during a promotional post-Christmas period. I didn't sign up for an account and forgot to save the order details so I couldn't look up the estimated delivery date, so I contacted support. They have an automated system that did surprisingly well with figuring out my problem and giving me a solution (the package had indeed been delivered to my neighbor by mistake or for safekeeping), and I didn't actually need any human follow-up. Regardless, I received an email today regarding my order making sure everything had worked out. The shirts themselves were good quality and fit fine, though I would suggest ordering up a size if you aren't totally sure. They did have a kind of chemical smell when delivered but one wash later (which I do anyway before waring on anything I order online) and it was gone.
I ordered two different t-shirts in two fit styles (one of each) and there was an unexpected issue with one of them. It was my fault, I gambled on an untested fit and I lost. Normally I'd just accept it and move on. But I was really bummed knowing I'd probably never wear that shirt, or only wear it with a jacket to hide the too-short sleeves. So I contacted customer service and they sent me another shirt in the "good" fit, so now I have both shirts in the preferred fit and I can't wait to wear the heck out of them.
I can't say enough about how happy I am with my purchase. I got my order today and absolutely love it but it was too small. Great quality, detail, and fabric. I contacted the company right away. I wasn't expecting a reply until tomorrow. Not only did I get a reply but they immediately corrected my purchase and resent the item out today. I haven't gotten this great service from anyone in years. Great to work with and will do business again!
Great product, quick shipping and phenomenal customer service. Had an issue w/ my fit and they took care of it swiftly and let me exchange to a different fit w/ no hassle! Will be ordering again for sure
I ordered a shirt for my eight year old and it was the wrong size. I really appreciate the prompt attention from TeePublic. I was sent the right size right away without any issues. TeePublic has earned at least one more regular customer due to there handling of this issue and I will be sure refer as many friends and family to TeePublic as I can.

I'll admit that I like to buy during a sale to save a little money. The quality is fantastic! There is SO much to choose from, I always find more than I'm looking for! Love the quality of the long sleeved shirts, too!
After receiving the wrong size hoodie I emailed customer. Within the hour the problem had been resolved and the correct size dispatched. I was amazed at the quality of customer service. It's rare anything is resolved that easily! Well done to the team at teepublic

Ordered a hoodie for myself and my husband, along with a t-shirt. Unfortunately nothing fit properly. I contacted customer service and my items were replaced IMMEDIATELY, along with being told they would rather me donate the items that did not fit. Excellent customer service!

One of my favorite artists had a sale on many of his pieces through TeePublic. I saw the pieces I wanted on both a shirt and a hoodie ( its cold here! 0 and ordered them even though I am a person that tends not to buy clothes online. My order got to me super fast, but the hoodie and shirt were a little too small. I worried that I had wasted money, but reached out to them via their customer service.
I have to say what happened next was amazing. They got right back to me and sent me the proper size replacement items. No hassle! Everything about this process was so easy (I've had the opposite experiences working with companies like CustomInk). Thank you TeePublic. I will definitely recommend your site to others! (Oh, and if you didnt know, you can get your art printed on a lot of things besides shirts at a really good value!).
I ordered some tees and the large were all way to big. I was annoyed because life is other than easy right now, I own a business and am so busy and live in one of the few states that are not fully open yet, so to send back these tees for an exchange would have put additional stress on me. To my surprise, they exchanged them right away AND instead of sending me a return label, to my amazement, told me not to send them back and I could just gift the larges to someone who would appreciate them! I never even mentioned to them my angst about having to deal with sending them back! I was SO relieved. This simple gesture means the world to me, not that I got free stuff, but that they took a financial hit to allow their customer to not have the additional stress of sending the product back for the exchange. We all need a little TeePublic in our lives right now! You have a customer FOR LIFE!
I cannot say enough about this companies great customer service. I ordered a T-shirt and it came in a very timely manner however it didn't fit. Contacted the company and they responded immediately and corrected my problem. I have never had such great customer service and I have been shopping longer than most of you have been alive. Love this company.
I placed an order of three items. Two which were by the same artist and another that was by another artist. One package arrived one day and another package arrived the next day. Both packages was by the same artist. Which means I did not get my package from the other artist. So I had two out of the three items that I order. I sent an email TeePublic stating what happened. I placed my order number and the day that the order was placed all in the email. I got a reply back same day letting me know that they have already notified the artist and the shipment center to get the process going for the item that was missing out of my order. Everyday since I sent that email they have been in contact with me about my missing item. I couldn't ask for better customer service.
The Peacock shop at NPS in Monterey has complained to the Navy about Tee Public and the NPS products they are selling online. I suggest no one purchases any product from them as it is a scam
This morning I wanted to order a couple of posters for my son. Once I found what I wanted and tried to complete my order, for some reason I was not able to put in my shipping information, and unable to place my order. I tried several times, ugh! Why does this not work?! I sent an email asking for help:)
I kid you not, in no time at all I got a reply. I was asked to send the necessary order information, and they would send me a link to complete my order.
That's exactly what they did.
I am very impressed with how quickly I got a reply, and soon my order was completed.
If you are considering ordering from this site, do not hesitate to do so. I know I will come back to shop again.
I came upon this site while searching for a kid's size The Who shirt. I loved the unique designs and ended up ordering a dozen different T shirts in different sizes for all of us, plus one as a gift. The order arrived on time and we were very happy with the quality and look. I noticed 2 of the shirts had stains on them that did not come out in the wash. I emailed customer service, not sure what to expect, and received an immediate response letting me know that they will ship out 2 new ones ASAP. What amazing customer service! Will definitely order from them again and highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a uniquely designed shirt.
I ordered a crewneck sweatshirt as a gift for a friend going through a rough time. The shipping was really quick and the product was great. Additionally, the packaging absolutely made the gift. I know the packaging was covid-orientated but it really fits the current situation for us as well. I absolutely loved it and will definitely order again.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
