My daughter loves the retro Hills Dept. Store tee that I got for her! The quality is very good, it shipped quickly, and they are very helpful and very kind! I have already ordered two more shirts for me! If you want a place that has every kind of t-shirt imaginable, TeePublic is the place to order!
I'm a huge fan of this company. They have hundreds if not thousands of great designs. I use them for Marvel stuff and I order from them all the time. Plenty of rare and unique designs, especially for secondary characters you will not find anywhere else. I only had two minor issues with them, years apart, and both times the customer service was outstanding and they got back to me quickly and fixed everything.
Pro-Tip: I recommend selecting the "Heavyweight T-shirts". They are a few dollars more, but in my opinion the quality is way better.
I ordered a T-shirt in the size I thought would be correct, however when I received it it was much smaller. So I contacted the company to do a return and exchange. The company responded immediately saying they were sending the new size I requested and that there was no need to return the original shirt. Super easy, and no hassle with this company! I love the shirt I purchased as well.
One of my orders was lost by UPS on it's way from Ireland to Denmark, and while UPS was unable to help me, TeePublic shipped a new packet with the missing items immediately after contacting them.
I've bought from Teepublic before and love their shirts. They have a woman's tapers Tee which I like better than the unisex. It fits great! Bought some Tee's for Xmas and had to guess their sizes. I had to exchange some of them and when I emailed them they were very easy to deal with. They actually allowed me to keep the Tees that didn't fit and sent me the proper sizes I needed. I was able to give the other Tees away.

Ordered a t-shirt (great selection!) too small, emailed requesting a change of size, immediate reply not only stating my request will be issued right away, in addition stating to keep the original and give as a girt to another or pass it on in another wholesome way

I ordered a shirt for my wife for Valentine's day. We loved the shirt is was a bit to small though. So I contacted them through the website return/exchange. With in 30 mins they already had the new size set up to go out for delivery and told me to keep the the one I had. So I gave it to my cousin who is a little smaller then my wife. I am so impressed with Teepublic! I ordered three shirts for my husband for Christmas (which arrived on time and in great condition) but they were a size too small - I think the COVID '15' has affected us all. I highly recommend TeePublic! I purchased a hoodie for my husband... he always takes a 2X... when he tried it on, it was too small. I advised TeePublic, and they immediately offered to replace. I decided to keep it for myself and order a 3X... When it arrived, it fit perfectly!
Both orders were received within a week of purchase and product is of excellent quality!

First-time customer, ordered a hoodie to support an independent artist I follow on social media. Loved the quality (so soft/warm), awesome art, printed well. Unfortunately, I found myself just on the border of being in between sizes. Unsure if I should exchange for a larger size, what the costs would be, whether the artist's share would be docked, etc., I contacted customer service to ask about the process. They were super responsive and truly went above and beyond to help me make the exchange and ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I was blown away. Wearing my new larger hoodie as I write this. I'm a fan!
I ordered my shirt online and the shirt I ordered was too small. I emailed the exchange link on the site and received a response within 10 to 15 minutes. Samuel, the agent went above and beyond and was able to send me a replacement shirt in the correct size and communicated with even after business hours. It truly was such a nice change dealing with a person and company who appreciates their customers. I will continue to order my shirts from them and hope for their continued success.
TeePublic has some of the best Customer Service that I have ever seen. We miscalculated the size we needed and wanted to exchange them. They responded to the the request almost immediately and we received replacement shirts very quickly.
Most importantly the product is excellent! We ordered Peanuts Christmas shirts... very stylish... well constructed... just what we wanted. We would give this company an unqualified 5 stars!

Recently I purchased a t-shirt from Teepublic. The size was to small. Without any explanation they responded. I sent an email to tell them my dilemma. Within minutes they sent me an email as il saying how sorry they were and are sending a replacement. Outstanding leadership I will have to say. Thank you
I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas Present for my brother in law. Unfortunately, I got his size wrong, but the shirt itself was exceptionally well made. When I emailed about an exchange I was replied to by an actual employee almost immediately. They just asked for the size I was looking for and the exchange was completely free and immediately sent out.
Tee public has all the cool shirts i want and enough size and style options to make it worth my while. I was looking on etsy first but most sellers didn't have women's sizes so i switched to teepublic. I got my order ready. It's declining my 3 debit cards and 1 debit card. They are all fine lol. I got scared and looked up if the site was a scam to get my account info. Looks like it's just some kind of glitch.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
