I recently placed an order for some shirts. I have several Tee Public shirts already and have really enjoyed the look and feel of all of them. Unfortunately, this recent shipment never made it to me as there was a disconnect between UPS and USPS and the shipment is lost. I reported this to Tee Public customer service and once they confirmed this was the case, they immediately offered to replace the shipment no questions asked. I thought this was going to be a challenging exchange but it was not only easy, but also incredibly friendly and fast. Thank you for your understanding and support. You've created a loyal customer for sure.
Placed an order with Teepublic with an independent artist, the order was for a band shirt and I like supporting artists by wearing and buying their merchandise throughout different means and channels.
The process was quick and in no time I had the shirt I was a little disappointed with the color quality but I thought not much of it and wore it regardless, I then decided to let Teepublic know that I had received the shirt and was a little disappointed with the color quality.
They showed and presented concern apologised and offered to make it right I wasn't exactly aware of what this meant at the time I was honest and I told them I had worn it but they said that's not a problem and still encouraged me to present evidence of the delivered shirts low print color quality.
Once it was confirmed that I was telling the truth they immediately processed me a new order free of charge for a reprint and a new shirt they allowed me to keep original shirt also!
I have now received my new shirt and I am very pleased with the reprint and the colour printing quality it resembles the advertised image from the original order this company is excellent polite and very efficient I highly recommend them!
I ordered the wrong size for a custom shirt. I did the silly thing and ordered a new shirt (whole new order), then sent a note to Customer Service asking them to fix my error. I was expecting things to be a challenge, since I was now asking for support across two orders. To my surprise (and absolute delight) within minutes, they sent me a note telling me they found my replacement order, are sending me the right sized shirt, and crediting back charges from the second order... and I didn't need to return the original shirt. So now, I get to make a second person happy with a great customized tee shirt - all for the price of one. Extremely responsive and customer focused... would definitely buy again.
I'm extremely pleased with TeePublic! T-shirts arrived within days of my order and they look great! I needed a larger size and emailed TeePublic. They responded quickly and processed an exchange for me & I don't have to ship back the originals that were too small. They are a pleasure to work with and responsiveness is terrific! Highly recommend!
I ordered a T-Shirt at TeePublic which I had to exchange - it was a gift and did not fit properly (my mistake!). So I asked to have it exchanged and what I got was the best customer support. Not only was my request worked on AT ONCE but also did I get the right sized shirt in no time PLUS I did not have to send the wrong shirt back OR pay any shipping fees. I was encouraged to keep the shirt or donate it instead. THANK YOU!
Due to some errors on my part I needed to change the shipping address for my order, so I requested a change. Within minutes I had gotten a reply detailing an effective solution which prioritised the customers satisfaction. There were also some other errors (again, my fault) that needed to be edited so I replied to their previous email and was able to get help from several people from their customer service department who were readily available to hear me out and help in any way possible. Overall, amazing customer service and I would gladly shop here again. Thank you so much to everyone on their team.
The sweatshirt is wonderful quality and the print was done beautifully. Customer service was top notch as well! Very pleased, will definitely be ordering more in the future.
I purchased a tee for my friend's Birthday. When I received it, in good time, it was like Oh no what was I thinking I ordered too small. I was freaking and thought I'll probably be stuck with it. I contacted seller and they contacted me back in less than an hour. They took care of my situation right then. Honestly I have never had this quick, happy, taken care of experience. Quality is there. I highly recommend for all your tees
My grandson loves The Battlecats and this seems to be the only place to find those shirts. I paid almost $60 for 2 shirts that were to be youth small that arrived (after 16 days!) that looked like toddler shirts. The quality was SO poor you can't even give these away! It looks like somone just slapped a transfer on the shirt and gave it a quick ironing. Terrible quality and service. NEVER AGAIN!
Not only are the designs available amazing and original, the quality is perfect and the cusToner service is out of this world good. I can't remember the last time I was this happy with a purchasing experience from start to finish. Responsive, affordable, and supporting unique artists. What more do you need?
I've ordered a few shirts from TeePublic in the past and have always been really happy with them. With my most recent order, there was a slight difference in the print size of the shirts I received and the sample photos on the site. The print was slightly larger, and in my opinion, gave the shirts a different look. I let them know that it was not a big deal, they were still okay, just not what I was hoping for. I wasn't upset or demanding anything, and I wasn't expecting anything. Maybe an offer of 25% off my next order or something like that. Nope. They insisted on making it right. It took a couple tries, but eventually the print matched the sample on the site. Everything shipped immediately and at no cost to me. They were extremely kind the entire time and it really felt like their biggest concern was not cost, but me being happy with my order. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. I've always recommended TeePublic to people when they ask about my shirts and I will continue to do so.

I ordered for the 1st time and underestimated the size I needed. My exchange was arranged the same day and I even got to keep the one I already had. Will definitely recommend and order again.
The variety of artists is out of this world and the quality of their shirts are soft and comfortable! And if you need to retirn, no problem! Their customer service is on it!

I had been looking for something unique for a Valentine's Day gift, and found the perfect starting point in a shirt on TeePublic. I liked it even more that it benefitted an independent artist.
So, I ordered the shirt, and it was on its way within 24 hours. Liked that.
Valentine's Day comes, I arrange everything, she opens the shirt- and I realize that I never took into account her chest size. Let me just say that they are above average, and this shirt would be a TIGHT fit. Very tight. We laughed about it, but I wanted to get the right size immediately. So I sat at my Macintosh to shoot off an email to request an exchange. Keep in mind, Valentine's this year was on a Sunday, immediately followed by President's Day- that being said, I didn't expect any response for a few days. Nevertheless, within an hour, I received an actual personal response from Alexandru, informing me that he ALREADY processed my replacement request, and on top of that, at no additional cost, and to keep the original shirt as well, encouraging me to donate, use or simply keep! I honestly was blown away by this. So often and to an exhausting level, companies grow large, and they lose the human element in the middle of it all- TeePublic does not fall into this category. I gladly would have paid for another shirt if I had to, but they understood the issue, going above and beyond what I expected. In turn, they have earned a lifelong customer.
Really amazing TShirt design choices, and types of shirt sizes to choose from. Nice to see women's shirts. I got a size too small, and they volunteered a new TShirt at no cost.
My order of two t-shirts did not arrive, and after six weeks I contacted TeePublic. They were extremely courteous, helpful, and quick to respond. They sent two more t-shirts, which arrived post haste. If every online company was as friendly and competent as TeePublic, Web shopping would be a dream. 10 out of 10!
TeePublic has the most amazing customer service team! They were able to find an order that never arrived and we're not only willing to replace the missing order, but since my order changed because of a life change, they replaced some items with new items that fit my new situation. They truly want above and beyond to help me and we're so responsive!
Not only that, but everything I've ever purchased from them had been great quality for a good price. If you find it expensive, remember you're also supporting an artist that has very few outlets, so their prices reflect that payment for the artist's time and effort. Even so, they are competitive and fair.

Found designs that I haven't seen elsewhere. Great communication, great customer service. I needed an exchange and was impressed with the customer service.
I love the huge selection of T-shirt designs by some very creative and talented designers. Once ordered, I received emails advising of the progress of my order and delivery. Unfortunately I missed the comment that purchasers of this style often buy 1-2 sizes larger than usual, so when my t-shirt arrived it was too small. However I had been sent an email that exchanges would be possible for unworn t-shirts which didn't fit, so I contacted TeePublic about an exchange. Within hours I had received an email to say my replacement item has been ordered - no quibbles, no recriminations, just excellent customer service, thank you!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
