I had some sizing issues with my order. Even though this happened twice Teepublic was willing to send out new hoodies at no charge to me. They answered emails within 24hrs and we extremely nice. Will buy from Teepublic in the future!
Tee public is a good site overall. Prices are great, and quality is excellent. But apparently they are using some sketchy shipping providers. I live an hour north of Atlanta GA. My package has been in Atlanta for a week, and the tracking hasn't been updated since the 17th. Absolutely inexcusable.
I LOVE tee puplic! I have bought about 6 shirts so far. I had an issue with the fit of one of them. The customer service was so EASY and FAST with handling my issue. I appreciate that so very much! Every single shirt has had great quality. I'll definitely be buying many more!
I contacted customer service, after my order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. I spoke to Eliza, who was extremely helpful, she corrected the mistake quickly and with no fuss, overall it was so much easier than I was expecting. Thank you Eliza and Teepublic. Ordering online always feel like a gamble and this is the kind of thing that will make me come to Teepublic again for my next order.

Recently, I received a hooded sweatshirt which had a minor defect in the printing as it had blurred. I emailed their customer support a photo of the defect and they immediately processed an order for another sweatshirt with no further questions.

Had an issue with a coupon not being applied. I emailed them and was reimbursed that and sale money when the sale didn't even apply to the day I ordered. EXCELLENT SERVICE!. Which is not easy to come by these days.

After having lost a little weight, I find myself between sizes in shirts. I ordered a tee and decided to order it sized Large. It came today, and even though the rest of the shirt was perfect, of course it was just a bit too small. I contacted Customer Service via email and set the shirt aside so that I knew where to find it for the return. Within minutes I had a response from Andreea indicating that the had placed the order for the shirt as an XL. Not only that, I was told to keep the original shirt. "We encourage you to keep, donate, or reuse it!" So I end up with the shirt in the right size, and someone will get a shirt in fantastic condition as a donation to our local shelter. You just can't ask for anything more from a vendor. Well done, TeePublic!
I have bought a hoodie form them. The shippment was way too long, but when they got to know that I havent recieved my order yet, they sent me another and when the first came, they let me keep the second hoodie for free. Its first time I have encountered it and Im impressed. Aslo the quality of the cloth is really good and very nice to touch.
I ordered my wife a tee but I got the size wrong. I reached out to customer service and they were so nice and fixed the issue lickety split.
I am so impressed with the quick response I received this morning for a returned item. The process was so simple with a few questions about the reason for return and BOOM my new shirt is on the way, It gets better they told me what to do with the shirt that didn't fit me and I loved their suggestion ( i wont tell you what it is until you have to return something :). Kudos to Andreea and Samuel that took care of me! I am a very happy customer!
I ordered a nezuko phone case (protective) from hackneydagger and it came out great and quality of case was better than expected. I will say it is a little pricey and wish there had been more of a description between the different types of cases. Also shipping bounced that price even higher but it was worth it.
Recently I ordered Tshirts from TeePublic I actually found them on Facebook. After I saw the tshirts and the design of what they make.
I was thrilled so I immediately order some tshirts the prices were reasonable and the fabric is great. But i realize i had done something wrong. The tshirt i order was not my fiancee size. I sent an email out explaining to th them my situation. I had check my email. And they replied, telling me they understand the situation and told me to go had and donate or give to a friend's or family member.
And they would greatly send out the right size tshirt@ no charge who does that? You certainly couldn't go to some mall and do that. But recently again I had purchase two more tshirts for my friend and his wife who lived in CA. I asked my friend before i purchase the tshirts he told me xlarge an a LG for his wife. So once again I sent my friend a picture of the tshirt.he was happy that I got them. But he apologized he asked if I can asked where I got them if they would re do the sizes and he would send me the$$ to have them done again. I email TeePublic again I was so embarrassed about it because they have a chart showing the sizes of female and Male tshirt. But as I sent that email they were quick to send me an email the next morning. Saying we understand your situation with ours product. Please donate are give to someone are ware around your home we would gladly resend you the right sizes,@ no charge. I was so overwhelmed because you don't find a lot of companies that will go above and beyond to help customers with product that they have purchase. TeePublic thank you guy's I am completely satisfied with my tshirt &I look forward to continuing buying more tshirt in the coming months keep up the good work and I would definitely recommend anybody that wants to know where I got it from. My first order to TeePublic was for five tee shirts. Sorry to say I ordered the wrong size. Around 10:45am I contacted TeePublic with an exchange request. By 11:00am I received an answer. Then by 12:52 pm I had been contacted by George and Orlando. I was informed that my exchange was on the way. The best part was I was told to keep the tee shirts that I initially ordered. I promised to find homes for the original shirts.

I honestly cannot say enough about the entire team at TeePublic. I had an issue with USPS not getting the items to my friend when USPS stated they had been delivered. Upon contacting TeePublic, I had communications with staff that were fabulous. They were going to send more items out immediately, but being that it was Saturday, I said let's wait a few more days, in case the mail carrier marked it as delivered but went home for the long president's day weekend instead. We all agreed but I was told if she didn't receive the items they would definitely resend. I emailed with approximately 6 team members, keeping the line of communication open regarding this matter, and everyone was an absolute delight. Once my friend received the original package, on Wednesday, she loved the t-shirts. The graphics were bright and wonderful, not washed out and janky looking. I will definitely purchase more items from TeePublic. Many thanks to the great team there!
I've purchased multiple shirts as gifts this past year. First, the quality of the premium of shirts is excellent, everyone has loved them. One time I selected a dark print on a dark color shirt - the art didn't show up great. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a new shirt! THEN, I've had two instances of sizing "issues" where the recipients needed smaller/larger sizes than I had ordered for them. Again, customer service got back to me promptly and happily exchanged the shirts - even letting me keep the wrongly sized one. I look forward to finding someone to give it to. Everyone I've spoken with has been kind and prompt and I will keep shopping with TeePublic for a long time!
I recently received two t-shirts that I ordered for my children, and XS and a S. My kids are on the small side, and they're thin, but these shirts were just too small, particularly in the length. I was prepared to send them back for an exchange, but was then kindly told that I could keep the shirts and either donate or reuse them. I was so pleasantly surprised! And now my kids will have the correct sizing within a week or so too. Win/win!

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
