1st time ordering from teepublic. Ordering was easy, price was good. They strongly suggested ordering a size or 2 up when ordering a women's T & it was spot on! I received email updates (order, delivery), suggestions ("is something wrong" & what to do about a return) etc. after my order. I even got my order 2 days early! Loved the message on the outside of the package! Will definitely order thru teepublic again!
Can't say enough about how amazing the service is from this company. The logos and colours are beautiful! I've told anyone who will listen about this site! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I have already bought a lot of shirts for my family and I. We love them and everyone else does too. I recently ordered some masks and the masks for my kids were too small. I emailed Teepublic about it and almost immediately, they responded and have resolved the issue. Thank you! I plan on shopping with them again and again.
I recently ordered 3 shirts. They arrived well before the anticipated shipping date (even though I live in Canada and it was an international shipment). I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the quality of the shirts and the printing. One of the shirts I ordered as a gift for someone else didn't fit them, so I requested an exchange. I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received. Within an hour of my request to exchange for a different size, I had a notification that the new size was already being shipped, and a separate email letting me know I can keep the incorrect sized shirt to give away to someone else.
I am so pleased with my experience with Teepublic that I will never hesitate to order from them in the future!
Their customer service is the best. I ordered the wrong shirt and they sent me out a new one within days. I am so happy with my purchase and so is my wife. We love our new shirts. Will be back
I received my order with super cute artwork but should have ordered a larger size (my grandson grew). I requested an exchange. I was pleasantly surprised that the size larger was already in the mail to me! I was so happy that I ordered another one immediately. What a great company!

I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend but I initially put down the wrong address! After a week of the package being stuck in limbo I tried to get the issue fixed through UPS, but it was impossible to figure out. I emailed teepublic with my issue, and they promptly responded, and corrected the problem! Thanks teepublic, you're doing god's work
I returned to TeePublic to buy a gift for my 12 year old grandson. In fact, this was the 5th t-shirt I have ordered from TeePublic and I have always been impressed with the variety and quality of design, the pricing and the speedy shipping. After confusion with the sizing, I ended up with the wrong size and set about trying to exchange it for the correct size. My enquiry was addressed overnight with specific instructions. Within 3 days on my enquiry, I was assured that a replacement was on its way and amazingly, I wasn't required to return the wrong t-shirt. I am delighted to pass it on to a nearby charity and am super impressed with the courtesy and generosity shown by TeePublic - their customer service has been exemplary! It's so rewarding to do business with an online store that has great values and integrity!

I ordered 8 shirts from Tee Public. Unfortunately only 3 of them fit. I emailed the company to request an exchange for the other 5. In less than 24 hours I had a response that the exchange was processed and that I didn't need to send back the other shirts. They asked that we donate them or regift to someone who could use them. I am very impressed with this company. I hadn't heard of them before but am intrigued by their mission. I love that we are supporting independent artists! Highly recommend!
They have exceptional customer service - Ordering clothes online is always a risk as sizes and colors can be off - I had a sizing issue with my T-Shirt and they were more than happy to get it fixed! And completely resolved my issue with in an extremely fast timeline.
The designs are also amazing and best in market. I recommend TeePublic to any shoppers trying to dabble in buying clothes and apparel online.
They have so many great different and fun t- shirts on this site. It was easy to find some fun shirts and figure out sizes.
I did have one shirt that was too small and they sent me a new one with no questions asked.
I highly recommend them for shirts you aren't going to find in stores.
I recently purchased a Greenville Swamp Rabbits Hoodie for my grandsons birthday. I mistakenly ordered an adult medium size rather than a youth medium when the shirt arrived I realized my mistake and contacted the customer service team. They were professional and went beyond my expectations. They replaced my order with the correct size no issues or questions asked

I ordered a couple of shirts from TeePublic, but someone stole them out of my mailbox. When I reported this to TeePublic, they were more than happy to send me 2 replacement shirts and I'm very happy with them. These guys have a customer for life!
I ordered a GhostBusters tee shirt for my four year old grandson. Upon arrival he loved it and immediately wanted to wear it. In fact he wanted to sleep in it so he did. However the next morning his parents saw that parts of the tee shirt were stuck together and pieces of the decal had come off. I emailed TeePublic. They immediately emailed me back requesting photos and saying they would correct this problem. I have heard back three times, TeePublic apologized and stated a new teeshirt will be sent to my grandson. For customer service I would give this company a 5 star rating--I only did 4 stars because of the condition of the product. I look forward to seeing the new tee.

After emails and emails of trying to change the size of a shirt I ordered they literally replied with this.
"Sorry for the confusion, but that design is no longer available at all let alone any sizing."
This being said they literally sold me something they didn't have. I only want that one shirt. Paid a fortune to find out after weeks of waiting that they don't even have it. I don't want another shirt I just want what I ordered, that seems fair. Very upset.
HUGE fan of the new MORTAL KOMBAT movie. Got 2 stickers from them + my awesome Travel! Super sick and will be using it starting tomorrow!
This business is very easy to deal with. I ordered a couple of T Shirts for my grandsons on 26th of Jan. They were shipped very quickly. I kept checking on line to track the shipments. They seemed to be stuck in limbo. On 23rd of Feb. I notified them that I had not received my shipments. They would reship they said. No questions asked. Then wouldn't you know it, one of the shirts arrived the very next day. Feeling bad about that I notified Tee Public asap. Unfortunately it was too late to stop the reshipment. " No problem" they said just keep the second one when it arrives. Although I haven't seen the shirt as I had it shipped directly to my Grandson I gave them 5 stars anyway. Bravo
Since stumbling upon Teepublic and buying my first shirt in their Tri-blend material 6 months ago I have probably bought 50 of them at this point and almost every one has been amazing and the number of designs is endless.
I had one issue with a T-shirt being changed to a different supplier for my last 3 shirts I ordered and reached out to customer service and they got back to me in an incredible manner and resolved the issue and sent me out 3 replacement shirts immediately without any hassle.
This company's quality of product and selection is amazing!
The only area that is a little behind is the search window on their website as you will search for something specific and get a ton of results that may not be related to what you typed but just click through the pages and you will find it, a small adjustment to the filter would fix this but otherwise, perfect!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
