Just got scammed out of just over £400. I see lots of other users here getting the same template responses I got. Hopefully Paypal will assist in getting my money back.
This is not a company, it's a one-man operation,
Kei Chuen Lee, a fraudster.
He takes your money, gives you a fake delivery date and a fake tracking number. Makes up loads of bull$#*! stories about how they courier is holding your parcel for an unknown reason. AVOID THIS SCAMMER
It was my first time ordering from this company. First I was scared about the negative reviews but everything was well-delivered later even though it took slightly longer than estimated.
I was worried at the beginning due to the invalid tracking numbers but my item turned up at last and was good value for money. I am pleased with their service.

Say it how it is! Simple. I purchased a Samsung galaxy 20 plus from this company, not knowing until payment was made that is was in fact in Hong Kong, I used PayPal to purchase as a safe guard, £554.00 later! It arrived on the 8th day, then problems! It was not 4g, it was LTE, 3g, would not pick up 4g after reset etc! Came with a 3 pin adaptor for use in the UK! Battery life was shockingly bad, I did question if it was in fact a new Phone! But was told it was. Any way they accepted my request to return and emailed where to send it, a UK business address, So I sent it back and it was delivered the next day using DPD! My postage was £40.00 pounds of which £30 pounds to cover loss for insurance. Thay have refunded my money for phone but nothing for my postage costs! So I am out of pocket for the privilege! I personally will never purchase anything like this again outside of the UK just to save a few pounds! Lesson learnt

My shopping experience from this website is quite different from most of the customers you can see on this page.
First, my parcel was delivered within the 6-8 business days they are advertising on their website, actually, it was faster, and I didn't even purchase the rush delivery.
Second, I have been receiving notification letters from them from the moment I placed, I think this shows their care towards their customers.
Also, although I was told that the Samsung A51 is an international version, it works perfectly and I'm quite satisfied with it.
For those who are still considering, I would suggest not hesitate anymore, I do not regret buying from this website for even a second.
I was after a set of Sony WH-1000XM4 that only Techinthebasket had on at an amazing price compared to all other shops/websites. I did read other mix reviewed and after weighing up the Pro's & Con's I decided it was worth the risk. Honestly the whole process was hassle free with the headphones arriving within days of ordering. They were a Birthday gift. All I've heard back is how amazing the headphones are! Totally satisfied.
Was dealt with efficiently. Friendly and polite. A great company to deal with. Nice guys and would highly recommend them!
I made a purchase, having been waiting over a month, tracking number does not exist and have now started ignoring my emails. Please take notice of this warning, its simply not worth it. I seriously question the validity of any positive review of this place!
Ordered a Samsung Active 2 on last Friday for my son's birthday. Arrived today and he loves it! Price was £160... saving £90! Great site which I'll use again!
My shopping experience in Technithebasket is not bad.
The parcel was received within the advertised shipping time, the iPad was brand new and came safe and sound (I was worried they might send me a fake or used product).
Not the best choice for the people in a hurry but it was a good deal...
I have recommended to my friends, some of them tried this website and turned out to be great as well.
Overall very satisfied. Second iPad ordered from this firm and the latest order arrived OK though unfortunately with an incorrect power adapter. However on request a correct adapter has, with slight delay ( owing to COVID 19), now been received.
I believe this firm tries hard to satisfy customers and no doubt in the present climate of severe restrictions difficulties may arise from time to time.

Ordered APPLE air pods pro and was a little apprehensive as the price was nearly £80 cheaper than apple but they came very quickly and are the real deal, very happy with my purchase, would definitely order again from Techinthebasket
