OMG.

Every time I order something, which will never happen again, they get it wrong, it comes defective or the wrong size or they don't have it in stock even when the website says they do. Terrible company. I'm surprised they are still in business!

Targets OK

I bought a big ticket item online from target, and was happy with the product and the service. They do have some really good sales, I used to buy a lot more from this store but have gotten to the point where I have to shop at a store that's going to give me the best price for a product, even if I have to travel for it and it is not at Target.

I cannot believe that the company creates policies to limit themselves in order to help customers and have their best interest in mind. I simply wanted to change the color of my I shipped item and they were saying they couldn't contact the warehouse to make that change simply because it's not their policy. Absolutely ridiculous!

I love to be able to stack coupons from manufacturers and from target and then use cartwheel and the added 5% if you link your bank to a target debit card. So if youre looking to STRETCH your budget go to TARGET

I recently moved to San Diego from out of state and couldn't find Goodlife cat food anywhere but Target online said they had it. I promptly signed up for an automatic subscription online and was relieved I wouldn't have to go on a wild goose chase for my fur baby's food anymore. Nope. Target delivered Purina dog food instead (how does that even happen?), which seemed silly but no big deal. I figured Target would have someone pick-up the food and deliver mine withing 24-48 hours to make up for the mistake. Wrong again! The customer service agent was not at all nice to me on the phone, borderline straight up rude, and she said Target basically couldn't do anything about the mistake except pick the food up within 5-7 business days and my best choice was to exchange it at my local Target, yadda yadda. What? This was YOUR mistake Target and the whole reason I set up a subscription was to avoid a field trip to Target because I don't have any locations near me. I had to choose one of those options and couldn't just get a refund because I had their dog food. Oh please. I explained that this was not fair as Target should expedite me the food I ordered to make up for their mistake and she avoided the whole thing by suddenly saying "Woops! Looks like we're out of stock on that food here. There's nothing we can do. Have a nice day" and hanging up. Again, what?! That's literally impossible unless they are discontinuing the product, as said to me by a Target employee when I finally went to the store because my poor cat was about to be completely out of food. Which they weren't, she checked the system. She said there was no flagging of that product at all and operations should be normal. So the agent lied to me. Lovely. I'm blown away by the irresponsibility of this company, such a large and popular company. I'm not shopping there again.

Target now ships oversea, to Brazil for example.
However we do have and international credit card that works in international stores, used many times in diferent countrys, it doesnt works to buy at Target.

The store doesnt acept credit cards issued in Brazil. So whats the point on shiping to a country where the buyer cant buy with cards facilities from a different country.

Its not very usefull.

Patience and helpful!

I bought my progressive eyeglasses last year and it would always start loosening up and always slipping down my nose. So I went to Target in Milford and asked for an adjustment. One of the staff named Eliott was very very helpful and patient. My eyeglasses were finally adjusted very well. Today, not many are as courteous as him. So happy to see Target Optical hire people like him.

High shipping fees

$4.00 per item seems a bit high for a $7.99 cup and a $3.50 book... online exclusives will not ship to a store for free. Caveat emptor (Buyer beware)
