They let people with a full buggy and loads of coupons in the express line. I had to walk out 2 times without my groceries. Also don't go to the restroom with a shopping cart, they will put your things up before you come out. How frustrating. Prices are also too high.
Whoever came up with the idea of expanding to Canada needs to wake up. Poor guys lost millions of dollars doing that. Great prices in the States though love it
Did my baby registry there, customer service was beautiful, I was assisted and shopping was made easier for me, this is a plus for me, because I was pregnant in my 8 months and they made it quiet quick and easy for me. Thanks guys.

I buy around twice a month at Target. The prices are a bit higher but the sales are often better than in similar stores. Customer service is good. However, the selection of produce is bad, overpriced and the quality is not very satisfying.
I had so much difficulty getting statements via snail mail or email. They set it up so you don't make payments by due date, by sending the statement so that it arrives 1-3 before the due date, not letting you in with your password that you wrote down, or allow for automatic payments. It is a gimmick for them to charge interest than for you to save the 5% as a loyal regular customer. Due to this practice of trying to rip me off, I will not support them in any way, by shopping there. It's too bad because I enjoyed the store and the online ordering experience. They lost a customer.

I have been Make Red Card Payments On Time and Still Get Hit With Late Fees... makes you wonder if Target is owned by Bank of America or Comcast. After being hit with late fees on three occasions for making on time payments online & on time I closed my account. I went online to make a payment on my closed account only to find out that you no longer have that option available once the account is closed.
Don't get me started on how well their phone system works... got hung up on four times when asking for assistance.
I ordered something online for pickup and I ended p having to go back and grab the item myself because it wasn't ready after 24 hours. I love the store but this was really annoying. It seems to happen at every company that I try "in store pickup".
For once, Amazon didn't have exactly what I wanted so I veered away and checked another online source. I ordered the item because it said it was in stock and I would have it in 5 days. Yesterday I received an email saying it will be a week later. Today I received an email saying it will be two weeks later. Amazon never did this - it's listed honestly as in stock or out of stock.
Waiting for more emails from Target.com to see how much later my item will be...
Sucks so far.
UPDATE: The item came in one day after the original date it said it would be. I guess those follow up emails saying it will be one - two weeks late doesn't really ring true...
I love Target but I once ordered a christmas present through Target.com and never received it. I had to fight to get my money back twice! I ordered it and it said it would arrive on a specific date (no warning about it being out of stock or backorder or anything). I patiently waited for the estimated arrival date and it never came so I called and was told it was out of stock when I ordered it and they will send another one, told me another delivery date which I also waited for, and it also didn't come. After this I just asked for my money back which was a struggle. I was very disappointed and never bothered ordering anything from Target.com again although i do visit the store.

I ordered some underwear online and it shipped the same day. Very impressed with that. However, didn't like that they said it was in store at our local store, but they didn't offer service desk pickup of them. I bought enough for free shipping, so I went with that. Don't need right away.

Answer: Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: Sometime from other sites, malware can be picked up to track your internet history. I don't think target's website would carry that!
Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
