Ordered two like items (hoodies) in different colors. Received one and not the other. Was told the item was backordered, then delayed, then another excuse. Finally after two months I canceled the order. If I had been given other options I could have ordered another item, size or color. Even to the store and got the runaround.
I ordered the Durban Bay Pro Bicycle as a Christmas present for my girlfriend in plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I received the wrong bike! Instead of the Bay Pro TARGET.COM sent me a cheaper version-the Bay model. At least $100 cheaper! I jumped through the hoops to return this and get a replacement. And guess what-TARGET.COM sent the wrong bike again! Seems like a bait and switch to me. I was just on the phone and told I will have to return and can't re-order because they made a mistake twice(not that I would re-order)? I even offered to bring this to a store to replace and I was told this wasn't an option. Really? The worst online experience ever.
Decent prices for better than average stock. Nothing really WOW's me, but I suppose there are worse places to be.

I love this place. Anytime I go into Target I end up leaving with more stuff than I originally went in for. I love the dollar bins at the front, I can always find something cheesy in there that I can use for a gift or something. They are reasonably priced on everything. They usually have a good selection of clothing at an affordable price. I do not have any complaints about Target.
I love that Target will deliver to your home and has free delivery specials. I do not always shop at Target but sometimes they are the only place that has a specific item I buy. They are dependable and a good store to shop at.
I had an order that got lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and they were so great to work with. They re-shipped my items and quickly refunded the items that were no longer available. Great company!
The employees are helpful. The prices are a bit more but worth it.

This place is really clean, and the staff is usually rather nice.
On December 23,2015 I called to Target Customer Service to make and order for store pick-up for Electric oven. The Target representative created order and misspelled my name. I pointed his attention to his mistake, and he said that he is cancelled this order and creating a new one.
After I picked my oven in the nearby Target store, on January 13,2016 got delivery of similar oven to my home. I called Target and found that initial Target's created mistaken order was not cancelled. Representative suggested to send me return UPS label and send it back, and confirmed that money would be immediately credited back to my credit card, so I returned it. In 10 days money still were not returned, and after several calls finally today, on February 3 2016, after my fourth phone inquiry representative agreed to return money.

1. Target representative on the first place made mistake on order name.
2. He mislead me by assuring that they correct the mistake and cancel the order incorrectly created by Target representative, but did not do it.

5. Keep my money more than month and finally after 4 attempts agreed to return.
Conclusion: Target Customer Service is unqualified and non-professional. Very unsatisfactory and not recommended.
Other than the high prices, the stores are clean and the service is good. Just avoid Walmart and you'll stay sane, Target is worth paying a little more to shop at but if you need a lot of things, avoid Target because of the high prices.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TARGET NO MORE SINCE I WAS BREACH IN TEXAS.AND I HAVE NOT SHOP AT ANY OF THERE STORES PERIOD.
After searching for the best game deals, Target was the cheapest.
Target is just one of those stores where you can't go wrong. I will go in there for some mascara and come home with clothes, shoes, and a bunch of other random impulse-buys. They have a huge selection of makeup that is cheaper than most drugstores, and their clothes and shoes are always trendy. It is also a very pleasant environment to shop in.
They literally dont take their workers for nothing
Target has a lot of products you can order online. They have furniture and bigger things that are not it the store, that you get online. They let you use their 5% card to deduct money if you have one. One of my favorite stores
Thanks for screwing up my order. I only shop with them online now but they messed up my order so I have no more confidence in target. They got my information stolen in the store and can't send out the right size products to me... One more chance and I'll be fed up.
I've tried several times to buy things on the Target website but each time encounter many many items that are 'unavailable online'. Why are they listed on the site if they are unavailable? I was trying to buy a rug today and the first 8 I looked at were not actually for sale. It is frustrating because you can't tell if something is actually for sale until you click on the description and choose the color and size. But then I figured out that all the colors and all the sizes are unavailable - so they aren't actually selling those items anymore. I think they are making their selection look better than it is by including a lot of things they aren't actually trying to keep in stock.

To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
