T-Mobile's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from perceived deceptive practices regarding promotions and service quality. Many customers report issues with billing, unresponsive customer service, and difficulties in resolving problems, leading to frustration and a sense of betrayal. While some reviews acknowledge initial satisfaction with service and product offerings, the overwhelming sentiment reveals a trend of distrust and disappointment, particularly concerning support after the sale. This feedback suggests a pressing need for T-Mobile to enhance its customer service approach and better honor promotional commitments to rebuild trust and retain customers.

I have planned to buy a Smartphone online. At the time one of my friends suggested to purchase from t-mobile.com and said me that it is one of the best company.
So I ordered one phone from them, and they delivered the product within the 3 business days. Their customer support team is not responding properly.
I have send a mail to them after paying the bill but there is some delay in reply. Otherwise the product quality is just okay.
It's a very simple phone that will basic feature. So after lot a searching finally set my mind on it. Small phone yet good grip, speakers are loud enough, voice clarity good. Torch is really useful. But battery performance is poor. Apart from this facility, the phone is good.
T-Mobile customer support and the tech cleared cache from the phone. This did not work and the technician reset the phone to its original state. The smart phone is still not operational. The technician then proceeded on offering to send a used “replacement” phone to me. I have asked for a new phone, since my phone was only 2 months old. I was told that that was not possibleT-Mobile, they even suggested we must have sent back an empty box and still have the phone. Finally we got an email address to forward the email we got from their warehouse that the phone was received.
I have bought one mobile phone for my personal use. My friend is used the T-mobile. It is much quality compare to others. So i have buy this mobile immediately. It is very useful for all the activities like charting, sharing, direction, File saving etc. It is very useful for all the business men and professionals. I feel very happy to use this. It is more attractive for my friends and my relatives. It is more convenient to me.
We left Verizon because they didn't offer current customers an unlimited data plan. T-Mobile offers that plan and the extra bonus of not having to sign a contract. Right. But what's the point of unlimited data and no contract if your services are extremely limited? I also connected my iPad to their mobile services and have found it to be exactly like my cell service. Very poor. Great as long as I don't travel more than 5 miles out of my city. Unless they increase their coverage areas we are going back to Verizon.
I really would like to ask with the people who have put positive feedback here, for what sake you guys writing like this. This is the worst site that i have ever seen. There is no proper customer care service. My bad luck that i purchased a cell phone from her and with in a month it started having problem. Now i am really don't know what need to do with that
I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years. 7 of those I have been on family plan contract. Kids have left home so now I have 4 lines with only one being used. If I cancel the other lines it's going to cost me $200 per line in early termination fees. I even have one line suspended since my family member is currently deployed overseas - but suspending doesn't help - still paying the monthly data charge for a phone that is not being used because it's on contract. If I actually thought any of the other companies would be any better I would switch, but these nightmares seem to be universal.
Love the cheaper fees than ATT and the no-contract policy. What I didn't like is that the ATT cancelation fees, which Tmobile pays for, are pretty difficult to apply for, since their website URl didn't exist. Also quality of network is not as good as ATT, but I love to save $50/month for a bit less coverage (in Miami).
End a contract with this scum company and they delay the number port until they can squeeze another month out of you. Never again and I won't pay their last bill either. Let them come get it.
Really awful customer service, even after 6 years I still have problems every few months. Recently got a new phone and someone turned off my unlimited text messaging. I got a bill for my family over $1200 and it took me 11 phone calls to get it fixed and figure out who turned it off since it was not me. It was part of my package plan. Really expensive too, as soon as my contract is up this time I will leave!
Hello,
I have a complaint against Terry Communications which is a mobile dealer and unfortuantely made me purchase a product of 500$. After purchase of the handset, I found no warranty or no official card inside the box. I was suspicious, and contacted the office but they refused to hear my complaint. I then realised they were selling second hand sets. This must be really complained, and I even approached the http://consumerboard.org. I hope my complaint would be accepted and addressed.
Thanks
No stars what-so-ever. T-Mobile has the worst customer service ever or you could say zero customer service. I order a new phone from them and it was sent to the wrong address. They would not send me another phone until they confirmed with UPS that my phone was really incorrectly delivered. They said they will contact me within 72 hours. NO One did. I called back and they did not a good job of finding out from UPS. I spoke with UPS. They told me it was their mistake. T-Mobile keeps denying and keeps making me re-explain my whole situation each time I call. So annoying. They also tell me my new phone (that I never received) has been in use for the past eight days. Impossible, I never received it. T-Mobile rep I spoke with the day my package was supposed to be delivered to me, assured me that the person who wrongly signed for my package and stole my phone would not be able to use it. LIE! LIE! LIE! So they tell me I will be liable for the charges that the thief has incurred. I call back several times and finally after threatening to cancel everything with T-Mobile, the T-Mobile Representative suddenly gets a confirmation from UPS that it was their fault and they had really delivered my package to the wrong address. The T-Mobile Representative tells me that T-Mobile will send me a new phone right away. After all I been through, I want to have nothing to do with T-Mobile. I am canceling everything and don't even want the new phone.
PLEASE potential buyers beware. I do not wish for anyone to go through what I went through. Try SPRINT. Another person that I did not know responded to my facebook complaint about T-Mobile on the T-Mobile website also went through the same thing I did. So PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH T-Mobile. I also plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the FCC.
I don't like this site at all. I've ordered from them in the past and the service was terrible. I never recieved a confirmation e-mail and when i e-mail them for information on my order they never replied; i had to call a million times to make sure i was getting my order. I just recently re-ordered from them... i thought maybe they were just having a bad day and i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! But nope... they're just not worth spending the money on. I would suggest going to a tmobile store... i'm sure the service would be a tremendous improvement. I DO NOT reccommend this shopping site for anyone.
onlysidekick.com = SCAM - I order a screen protector and a booster which is to boost a signal on my sidekick phone
I got NO order number/ NO confirmation #/ it been almost 3 weeks and still NOTHING.
I sent them email and no reply, talk to them on live chat, they ignore me after telling me that my order is still in the shipping department(yea right ok.)
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I'm mad and frustrated
Cheap cell phone plans, but be careful not to exceed your minutes (but you can get a refund) - I pay $60/mo for 1500 anytime minutes (unlimited nights and weekends) and $20/mo for unlimited data on their 2.5G network. Pretty cheap compared to other cell phone plans. HOWEVER, T-Mobile (as far as I can tell) does not alert you when you are getting close to going over your minutes, so this is how they make money and screw you over. It's easy to spend $100 without even noticing it since extra minutes cost $. 35 each. If you do go over, you can claw back your lost money by upgrading your plan before the end of your billing cycle. This way, you end up spending only $10-$20 more and they refund your overage charges and the next month you can change your plan back to the cheaper option.
Answer: Take the cheapest, clunkiest, most useless data coverage you can imagine. Now imagine it not even working. You pay for something that is USELESS.
Answer: This is typical of t-mobile. It will not let me leave a review.
Answer: T-Mobile will let you keep your old number... IF IT IS AVAILABLE. I do not know the requirements or rules, but years ago, I was allowed to keep a number I had had for years past.
Answer: See, your other customers see the same thing. In plain words, you suck ass.
Answer: Better Business Bureau is the only way to force an american to talk to you
