T-Mobile's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from perceived deceptive practices regarding promotions and service quality. Many customers report issues with billing, unresponsive customer service, and difficulties in resolving problems, leading to frustration and a sense of betrayal. While some reviews acknowledge initial satisfaction with service and product offerings, the overwhelming sentiment reveals a trend of distrust and disappointment, particularly concerning support after the sale. This feedback suggests a pressing need for T-Mobile to enhance its customer service approach and better honor promotional commitments to rebuild trust and retain customers.

T-Mobile products break to easily for me, the design of their phones and OS is very clean and fluid, unfortunately that's the only real benefit.
Mostly I like from Tmobile the phone I got when starting my contract, super deal. The service price are bit high compared to my current carrier
Had to pay $15 for SIM Card charges. Will never buy or recommend t-mobile. Looks like they are getting more customers now a days. Pathetic.
I have been a loyal T-MOBILE customer for over 10 years! They bend over backwards providing excellent customer service, affordable plans and great phones! They provide service and phones to my whole family now!
Ive been using this device for about a month and I'm very satisfied with the performance. Initial setup was not a problem for me, I was able to configure the device and start using it after charging it up.
For my job I'm on the road a lot so I keep it in the car. My iPad keeps a solid connection to it, and waking it from sleep mode takes probably 2 seconds. The speeds are very surprising and fast! My best speedtest broke the 10mb barrier more than once. Even in an EDGE area the speeds are still not bad.
I was going on trip to Philly from NYC. The device had steady connection all the way down the NJ Turnpike. Facebook/Google Maps/Amazon pages were opening good. Battery life is about 3.5 hours and it does give some heat, but not scorching. I could keep it in shirt pocket. I always turned it off when not in use, so I didn't encounter the sleep problems people faced.
I lent the device to a friend who used it with her Kindle fire and she loved the speeds.
So i traded my iphone 5 for a lg g3 to get service with them. 11 days later having problems. I called them and did my best to solve it. So they sent me a note 3 and it went to the wrong address and So i went to that address because it happened to be my old roomates long story. But they stole it. I've even went to the extent of calling ups to stop the delivery 2 hrs before it was delivered well that didnt work. So i called t mobile and explained what happened and they blacklisted it so it cant be used. They said as soon as They receive a signal from the phone they will send me a note 3 again but for now They Are overnighting an lg g3 fyi this phone really sucks don't get it! Also i live in utah so i get crappy signal like in park city heber, the best signal is salt lake at least there i can stream music but anywhere else NOPE
Knowing that I would be somewhere with no Internet access for a couple of weeks, I researched several "MiFi" devices. Because they were all fairly similar, my choice was based on T-Mobile's 'pay-as-you-go' option.
I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.
I am using TM BlackBerry Bold 4 I9900 from 2 years and i never had a issue yet. Once i got some technical problem with software installation i immediately concerned to relevant department and it was solved on the moment.
I upgraded my cell phone at Chicago Ridge T-Mobile Retail Store. Excellent service!
Store Associate Kareem Taha was very polite and helpful, he showed his knowledge and kindness while helping us to pick the right phone for senior relative.
I have had sprint for 2 years and had nothing but problems and switched to T-Mobile and service has been far better than sprint.
I have been using TMOBILE since the 90s and they have been great.
Sometimes I would think they would tell me about some of their offers since I have been a loyal customer for so long but when I ask they will take care of me. The customer service has been good, every once in a while I get someone that can not help but then I call back and get
They try to add hidden fees on your bill and the call center has terrible customer service. I was told id be given my money back by an associate but it would take a week then that never happened so i called back and was told they had no knowledge of that call or agreement but they would send me a gift card for the inconvenience then i never received that gift card so i called and they also had no record of that or that agreement. All of it was just a waste of my time.
The best phone company I've ever worked with. Always great service whenever I've needed to talk to someone. Never had any issues at all.
I had a very bad experience with this mobile dealer. I have ordered Samsung s dous from them but the phone I have received got software complaint within 1 week. It is low quality, looks like second hand. One of my friend ordered same mobile from other site and it is with good quality. Price range is also same. I have returned the same to them by asking this, first time they didn’t respond properly but later they asked me to return.
I am ordered a Nokia Lumia 635 a few days ago. Now I am receiving my product. I think this online site is very good. Their customer service is very good they help me lot. I am very satisfied with this. I am definitely suggesting my friends to this site for requiring different products.
I am not fully satisfied the customer service of T-Mobile. I have purchased my mobile from them 5 months back and now there are many problems it has. I don't know what I will do.
I've been using TM for about 6 months now and have had no issues with them. I made my first phone purchase with them and they were very helpful and friendly.
T-Mobile's prices are as good as they come, its download speeds are faster than anyone else's, and it offers truly unlimited data. Since its network is growing, some cities still don't have access to 4G LTE service. Poor customer service of businesses and no coverage and poor billing.
Answer: Take the cheapest, clunkiest, most useless data coverage you can imagine. Now imagine it not even working. You pay for something that is USELESS.
Answer: This is typical of t-mobile. It will not let me leave a review.
Answer: T-Mobile will let you keep your old number... IF IT IS AVAILABLE. I do not know the requirements or rules, but years ago, I was allowed to keep a number I had had for years past.
Answer: See, your other customers see the same thing. In plain words, you suck ass.
Answer: Better Business Bureau is the only way to force an american to talk to you
