Пусть этот отзыв будет для внутреннего пользования. Итак, в числе прочих я заказал 6 сигар Упманн Магнум 46. сигары дошли в отличном состоянии, но их было невозможно курить. Они были так туго забиты, что не было никакой тяги. Я понимаю, что с кубинскими сигарами такое бывает, но чтобы все 6 сигар были так туго забиты - такое со мной в первый раз. Скорее всего, это была партия, которую скрутили во время эпидемии неопытные торседоры.
Еще раз хочу подчеркнуть, что это. ни в коей мере не ваша вина, просто так получилось.

The service of thiss company is outstanding, especially when dealing with problems. Needless to say the quality of the Cuban's is great.
I have had until my latest order very good experiences with your company. The products received were fresh, priced correctly, and delivered timely. However my most recent order was confiscated in US Customs and while this might be expected it has not occurred with previous orders. The issue is not the confiscation but the way my refund was handled. Since I was owed a refund your policy would only allow me to purchase cigars that would most likely again be confiscated. What I really wanted to do was to use the refund to purchase other cigars offered on your site but not candidate for confiscation such as those made in countries other than Cuba.
