My order was held up 2x as well as losing my rights to Global entry. There should be a disclaimer when ordering from you and the consequences that exist. You could have re packaged the items without and signs they were Cuban
I ordered $750. In cigars and they got confiscated not once but 3 times. I gave up trying to receive a 4th order and I still haven't received my money back. You go ahead and try and get your ordered cigars. After 3 months, I'm done. It's useless. Hey Cigar One or Swiss Cuban Cigars…… Please return my $750 I sent you almost 4 months ago. Now how can I give a company like this ANY stars?

I've been lucky to get some great cigars from Swiss Cuban, my best deal was a box of 10 Partagas D No. 4 which avoided duty at the border so ended up around £15 a pop - absolute bargain!
First the positives... the communication and support team was fantastic. Anytime there was an issue, they refunded my purchase price or offered to ship new cigars. The challenge was getting a delivery. Two shipments were held up in customs, and finally I received my cigars about 2 months after I ordered them. The USPS didn't do their job, shocker. They sat at the USPS facility for a couple of weeks even though I tried to have the package re-delivered.
Quick to answer questions, extremely helpful quality and packaging of the cigars are unmatched.
I'm really happy with the support and cigars quality, too.
My only issue is the hughe number of mails I received with every order. Also I received everytime two mails with different account numbers in different countries. This should be organised better.
Independent of these things, I will going on with Swiss Coban Vigars
