I ordered two bikinis from the Swimsuits For All website on 12 March which still havent arrived. I paid over $20 for international delivery. I was told it would take 6-11 days.
On 27 March I contacted a customer service assistant on facebook messenger. They said: "Your order shows as having shipped on 03/15. It is expected to be delivered by 03/22."
Of course, this was not the case.
When I messaged again on 30 March, they said the package had actually been shipped on the 20 March (8 days after I placed my order).
It is now 3 April and there are no updates on the order. My vacation is next week :( I haven't got time to buy another swimsuit, and swimsuits for all cannot do anything until April 12.

Beware of using your credit card for this website. Upon a return I was issued a e-gift card instead of the monies being returned to my credit card. They do not have a override in their system to correct this problem. Even if it was their mistake. Your stuck with a e-gift card. Sizes are not true to size. I range from a size 14 to 22 with swimsuits for all. So there wouldn't of been a problem in the first place if they were true to size. I took the size off a bathing suit same brand, again how could my suit at home say 14 and I needed a size 20 or 22. How is this possible? I agree with Sandy M. Shop your local companies in your area. They value & appreciate a return customer & business. I'm a business owner myself. I dislike reviews. But sometimes they are a learning tools. I was taught in 101 business, make the customer happy. They have not, therefore you lost me as a customer. Deb B.
Should have read the nightmare reviews before I used this site. I was scammed by the ecredit return email. The ecredit email was never sent to me. By the time I realized I had never received my refund credit (of almost $100.00) the three month scam period had come and gone. Soon after the three month money grab period they sent me emails every day! They must be really happy with their marketing/IT group that came up with that idea. This is no different than my 89 year old mother getting a phone call that scares her into paying extra taxes or she'll be arrested. As a boomer, I recommend we all start heading back to our favorite stores and shop with companies that value return customers.

First of all, I live in the US Virgin Islands, so I am AWARE that shipping takes longer to get here. But this company is ridiculous and the customer service is Horrible. I ordered 8/10/2017, original arrival date stated 8/2/8/17. Tracking says 9/9/2017. What? Tracking number states it left the swimsuit facility 8/14/2017. It has been sitting FedEx center since 8/17/2017 with no movement as of today, 8/29/2017. Called Swiimsuitsforall... they said since it left there facility they can't help me any more. Called Fed Ex, they state that Swimsuitsforall changed the shipper from FedEx to USPS. Fed Ex dropped it off in Georgia and USPS has not picked it up yet. USPS states it was never delivered to them from Fed Ex. Swimsuitsforall will not trace, and state it is no longer their issue. I want to cancel, they wont. I am out $78.00. Meanwhile the SUV that I shipped from Indiana was delivered to me in the US Virgin Islands in 9 DAYS! Horrible customer service!

I have not had a good experience with Swimsuits for All. I had a credit due to me. When I tried to use it, the store could not find it. I called a few times to try to get my credit. I was told that is was from a few months back and needed to be reissued, just wait 5 business days. After repeated calls and no one knew where my credit was, I had a ridiculous answer. I was told that since the credit was over 90 days, it was gone. I asked where and was told "like maybe the state controller of California ". He went on to say it is th law but if I contact, he thinks, the controller, I would get it back. I have never had any merchant do this. I sent back an order last week. I wanted the funds back on my credit card. I do not want to do business with them again. The merchant told me I would have to have $6.95 processing fee if I did not use the E-card for store credit. At this point, I explained I would go the Better Business Bureau. The fee was dropped. Stay away from this company!

Swimsuit arrived quickly but I didn't like the way it looked on me so I returned with the pre paid label that was provided with original shipment. I was given a credit for the amount I paid and I ordered a new swimsuit that was delivered quickly. Both swimsuits were great quality for the price.
So disappointed. My first order has been a disaster. I ordered via PayPal and got an order number from PayPal and an explanation that the payment would go through when S4A accepted the order. When I followed up with S4A after it was pending for 5 days I was told that they did not have an order. So I canceled it on PayPal and ordered and paid by credit card online. I ordered a size 10 top and size 12 bottom, which is reflected in my order. I received a size 10 top and a size 12 top, and no bottom. When I called customer service there were no longer any size 12's or 14's. I was offered a size 10 or 18. Which is not helpful when I am a size 12 or 14. The agent accused me of being rude when I said that, which is not rude, it's stating the obvious. Don't offer my something that is obviously useless to me. I now have the burden returning the item to and waiting for the apparently incompetent warehouse to receive it before I am refunded. And I don't want a gift card as I will NEVER shop here again.
I was so excited at the prospect of finally finding a swimsuit to fit me, and bought into it because Ashley Graham is a spokesperson, and the experience, from first order, to canceled first order, to second order, to receiving that incorrect order, and then being treated like an inconvenience by the 'customer service' representative when I dared to express frustration, has been awful. I will not be shopping with them again.

They shipped me two of everything I ordered and charged me twice. Refused to make proper adjustments to my bill after calling them three times. They put me on hold each time for thirty minutes. I've returned the extra items but we will see if I get my refund.

If it doesnt' fit, you pay for returns. They do NOT give refunds. They give you credit. BUT, you have to Keep the email with the credit number on it. If you lose that, you won't get your credit back.
I bought a 2 piece suit. The top is a bright floral print. Within 6 months of getting it, the front half of the suit is completely faded, with no bright colors. The waist band and back of the suit are still bright. An obvious defect in the material. They refused to do anything because it is past 3 months. A gradual fading doesn't happen that quick. That's probably why they use 3 months - so they don't need to offer refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I have ordered from this company before and had no issues. This time is ridiculous. I placed my order and received free 3 day shipping. I received an email saying my order shipped but the tracking number was bogus. I called and they cancelled my original order and reordered my merchandise. Now it's 9 days later and still no merchandise. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. I will NEVER order from them again and you shouldn't either.

I have ordered from SwimsuitsForAll a couple of times. The first time, I had a size issue. I returned the product easily and was issues a refund quickly. I reordered in my size and was very pleased with the bathing suit. Since then, I have ordered another top and a few bottoms with excellent results. I even ordered one of their dresses for my niece. (She was very pleased, too. She plans to take it on a beach trip when we go.) I think SwimsuitsForAll is a great place and will continue to use them. Thank you to the wonderful people there!

I originally ordered a couple of suits online. (Turns out that their return policy was a little odd: if you order a 2-piece as a set, you HAVE to return it as a set and they don't offer all of their 2-pieces as their individual items. Alright, that's fine.) I had made another shopping cart before the first package arrived, but didn't actually order it, yet. Once the first one arrived, I realized I would need different sizes, so I called the customer service line about their policy to switch sizes/color, and got codes so the order would be an even exchange. The woman I talked to was very polite and helpful; she made sure the second order priced up correctly. Immediately after I hung up, I removed the items from my shopping cart I didn't want, and only ordered the 2 suits that I wanted for the exchange. By the end of the online order, it said I was only being charged the exchange amount for the replacement 2; however, when I went to check the shipping status for the order a few days later, it had charged me for the suits that I KNOW I took out of the cart. I was LIVID. I called the customer service line the instant I saw that. Again, the woman I talked to was very kind, polite, and helpful. Although there was nothing she could do to change the order (it had already shipped out) I could just send back everything I didn't want and it should be ok. She also helped me place a third order, because I needed a different size than was in the second. She made sure the price was the same, because the code I had wasn't working correctly. I do wish that because the second order was a fiasco, I would have been able to get the expedited shopping for free, but oh well. (And after reading the reviews, it sounds like this situation is not uncommon - additional items charged that were taken out of the cart before finalizing the order.)
I have not returned anything, yet, because I'm waiting to see if this last order will actually fit; so I'm a little wary about that part of it.
I do wish I had read the reviews, because I would have just ordered directly from a rep.
I absolutely DESPISE shopping for swimsuits, and this ordering process has been quite a trek. The only redeeming thing has been the customer service reps.
I just hope it gets here and fits, because I'm going on vacation the day it's set to arrive, and I really want to take it with me!
P.S. Be wary of the colors. The website doesn't give an accurate picture of many of them. (All of the ones I ordered ranged from a bit diffferent to WILDLY different.)
I regret that I did not read online reviews about this company before I perused their website and ordered a swimsuit from them. I had been looking around the site and had added a few items to the shopping cart to make a final decision from the items that caught my interest. Before submitting the order, I removed all other items I didn't want and left just 1 item in the cart. I proceeded to checkout and ordered that one item. But then I got an email from them stating that I had purchased two items -- one of the removed items had been put back into my cart. I emailed them within an hour but they replied (the next business day) that they couldn't help me. So I called their customer service line and was told that they can't change any orders after 1 hour of it being placed. It didn't matter that I had contacted them in writing within that deadline -- they too said they couldn't help me. So, I called my bank and disputed the charges and I will never do business with SwimsuitsForAll and I will warn everyone I know to likewise avoid doing business with them.

I ordered 1 bathing suit yesterday with express shipping. I look at my order confirmation email today to see they added an additional bathing suit and coverup that I never ordered to my order. I call to get them taken off they tell me we have to try and cancel the whole order but will not give me a cancellation confirmation and can not even guarantee that my order will get cancelled. I read the reviews was very hesitating to order but decided I would try with 1 bathing suit. I never dreamed they would just add to my order and charge my card more than I agreed to in the order I was placing online. Should have been an easy fix with customer service but everyone on here is correct the customer service is not really even connected with the company it is outsourced. What company does not give you a confirmation for an order cancellation? The first customer service guy had to actually call somewhere else to get a supervisor for me and she gave me a different story than the first guy. He said had to cancel the order completely and I would see refund in 3-4 days she said not sure if she could stop the order. Don't know what suits are actually like in terms of quality but order system and customer service are basically criminal!

Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: 4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
