I initiated a return on 08/21 using the shipping label the company provided me. It was one of those "mail innovations" where it started with USPS and switches to UPS. Upon messaging the company for the fedex tracking number it showed my item would not arrive for 21 days! This would put me past the 60 mark. I reached out to the company asking if they were taking into account shipping delays due to Covid. Karena told me that I received my item on 07/15 and had "PLENTY of time to return." I explained to her that yes, I am returning a whole three weeks before my deadline. To me that's still PLENTY of time. Furthermore, I'm using the shipping label provided by the company. We are going through a pandemic. The company's website clearly states there may be shipping delays and items may arrive after expected delivery date. If they expect us to be understanding, why wouldn't they? I think the company should consider Covid delays for US TOO and should go off of the day the return was initiated. Karena informed me once they recieved my item, which isn't expected to arrive until 09/14 (over 3 weeks), they will mail it back to me. I will never order from them again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Swimsuits for All doesn't receive any stars, and if I could, I'd give them a negative version of the star. Their customer service is horrendous especially when it comes to managing returns and issuing credits for merchandise.
I ordered (2) bathing suits costing appx $75; neither of which fit me properly. I used the return label provided on the packing slip and dropped the package off at the USPS as instructed. I did not think to take a photograph of the label because it was pre-printed on the original invoice included with my package, and one would think traceable from their end.
I mailed my return on 7/23, and they have yet to issue a credit, claiming the package has not been received, and they need the tracking number to confirm receipt. So, apparently they don't keep records of their own shipping labels, which I personally think is a load of BS.
I sent a photograph of the original invoice w/o the return label today and am calling American Express to see if they can help out here. I'll also be posting this review everywhere I can, including the Better Business Bureau here in NYC, and in Indianapolis, where their headquarters are located.

Absolutely ridiculous return policy. They charge you $10 to return abd then have the nerve to send an "e-gift card" as the refund as if if EVER shop with this deceitful company again. Absolutely nowhere in the "returns" section of the website is this information made available. Terrible, fraudulent company.

Our return policy advises a Gift Card refund will be issued if our return label is used. We provide instruction to return on your own if a refund back to the original method of payment is preferred. We do offer exceptions to void a gift card, however, it is then subject to a $9.99 return fee. We only offer free returns with a gift card refund. We're sorry for any confusion.
I purchased a swimsuit 6 weeks before vacation. The confirmation stated i would receive my order 5 days later. Actually, it was like 5 weeks. When It finally came it was too big. By that time there was no time to exchange. That was in May. I've tried to "exchange" the item since its my only option. When I try to check out and put my gift card in the price doubles so I owe more money. Thus company is a joke. They are impossible to deal with. I woukd have give them 0 stars if it allows.
Still waiting on a refund going on 2 months. I asked them to credit my card they said they sent a gift card on June 25. Don't need a gift card I won't be using. Still waiting...

I purchased and immediately returned a swim suit because it was horrid and this company sent me back the same suit! I called and they said they would email me a return label because I met all the return qualifications but they never did. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT purchase any swimsuits from this company. To start, sizing is incorrect and customer service is not accommodating at all to help you resolve the issue. I have tried to 'exchange' for different sizing and although with a 'return shipment number" saying it was delivered, they have conveniently lost it and kept my money. Also, I've have bathing suits literally FALL APART while putting the suit on for the first time. I've wasted a lot of money dealing with this company. Save yourself a huge headache and financial stress.

I made two separate purchase 2 days apart. The first package came with a return label; the second did not. I looked for days for the return label for the second package thinking I had misplaced it. When I couldn't find it, I called and they told me there wasn't one included as they were going paperless. Ok weird but I spoke with the customer service rep and negotiated a return and new purchase designed to avoid exchange/shipping fees. She told me a return label would be emailed to me. When I didn't receive it, I called and they told me that they wouldn't be sending me one because the return would be received by them after the allowable return period. A supervisor acknowledged that their rep had provided false information but still would not take back the merchandise and issue a refund.
Be warned if you have to return a swimsuit to Swimsuits For All you will be out the shipping cost for delivery and the return (on average $15-20.) I love The Ashley Graham Bathing Suit Collection and decided to give Swimsuits For All a try. As many know, it is really hard to buy a bathing suit online without seeing it in person or trying it on. The suit itself was a bit pricey and then to pay $8.99 for shipping. I decided to give it a try because there aren't many places you can buy this brand. I can't say that I loved the top nearly as much as I had hoped, but decided to keep it. I then ordered a second swimsuit top and it did not fit well at all. When I inquired about the return I found out that I would have to pay shipping to return the suit and they would not credit the shipping to have it delivered. Essentially I was going to be out $15-20 with nothing to show for it. Keep in mind the tankini itself was only $30. Their website is misleading and makes it sound like you can print a prepaid return shipping label. This is not true unless you are willing to take a credit to your account. It would take a lot for me to ever consider purchasing from Swimsuits For All again. Trying to buy a bathing suit online is hard enough as it is and then to have high shipping cost and hassled returns. I will stick with reputable websites that offer free shipping and easy returns. Swimsuits For All has lost a customer pretty much right off the start!

However, I wasn't told it was going to be a 2 week delay for my order, until after placing it.
When I called to try and expedite the order, I was told I would only be able to do so by canceling my first orderWHICH WOULD REMAIN ON MY ACCOUNT AS A DEBT for 3-5 working days! Double charging me for up to 5 days!
While the product I received was very good quality it didn't fit as I wanted so I sent it back. I used the return label they provided and requested a refund instead of an exchange, expecting that refund to be issued to my credit card. The label did state there would be a charge to cover shipping. When I was issued a refund via gift card I was told I would have a $10 fee because I didn't provide my own return label and they don't have that option on their return label. I understand that sometimes return shipping is not reimbursed and I'm ok with that but if you provide a return label, I don't think it's right to not give th option to refund my card or make it clear that I needed to provide my own label. I've never seen a company do this before and it also took a couple weeks to get all of this straightened out.

Poor customer service. Tried a no refund policy on us then gave a credit which we refused. Then they gave us a discounted refund as they charged a return fee
I ordered the swimsuit shown below. Just tried it on. As you can see in the photo, the beige seam is showing. No matter how I adjust the swimsuit, the seam shows. It's almost like it's a bigger size than the suit! After reading the reviews (which I wish I'd read before ordering) I'm scared to return it since no one seems to get their money back and I'm not interested in a credit. No plans to order from them again.

Ordered several things sent to my other address. Got it 3 months later, cost 15.00 to send to address that was on invoice! They never sent entire order charged me for it, would not send rest stuff said it was over grace period. Charged me for it anyway! The invoice had my right address to send to they messed up! Would not fix it. I will never ever shop there again I use to buy a lot from them.The quality of there material on stuff is really cheap now too.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My entire experience, from beginning to end, has been horrible! They charge high shipping fees and orders can take over 3 weeks to arrive with in-stock items. They don't tell you this up front. They include FREE RETURN LABELS, but if us use them and you want a refund to your credit card, they will charge you another $10! So, there is NO FREE SHIPPING as the falsely advertise. I made the mistake of placing two orders with this scam company. Shame on me! Never again!

I sent a return to them and had them issue me store credit because otherwise I'd be charged for shipping back. When I received the credit, I added it to my account, but when I went to shop for swimsuits from them it was gone! When I call they just said I should have saved the email with the code. I thought that applying it to my account was saving it, silly me. I emailed and called and they just say they can't give me a new credit. Now they have my money and I have nothing. Be warned.
I would rather go to 10 stores than ever pay a return fee of $9.99! How do you know off the suits will totally fit? Well you don't so this is how they screw you in case what your order doesn't work or you don't like it! Will never order from this company again
Customer service is terrible and I don't say that as a disgruntled customer. I'm sharing because I wish I had the knowledge I have now prior to doing business with them. As a consumer, my experience was terrible, challenging to work through next steps, and the burden was heavy on the consumer side. Information and policies are not clear, even the rep was in agreement, yet not accommodating. Swimsuits For All operates in the fashion of the company is right and the consumer has no value or voice and their business is not appreciated. If you want a pleasant shopping experience and quality product, I encourage you to give your business to a company besides Swimsuits For All.
After being a loyal customer, I was unable to return an order within the 60-day return window due to the extenuating circumstances of the Corononavirus pandemic. I spoke to a representative, as well as a manager and they were very unhelpful and rude.
Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.

Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
