Took over a month to get initial order. Exchanged it all for different suits in a different size. Took over a month for exchange to be processed and then several weeks later I received an email that my order was on its way. The email showed that 2/3 of the original suits I had ordered were being resent in two random sizes and my card was changed for them. The suits I had hoped to exchange for were not on their way. When I called customer service I waited for almost an hour and was told by both the rude representative that answered the phone and an even ruder manager that I would have to wait until I received the incorrect suits, send them back and wait for another exchange to be processed or purchase the suits that I actually wanted now and get store credit once I send the incorrect suits back and they are processed. I am now about 3 months into this whole mess, am out $100, have no suits and there is no way I am giving this company anymore money. I will be disputing their charges with my bank.
I'm still waiting for even a shipping notification for two orders I placed May 2nd! I placed the orders a whole month in advance of when I needed them. Spent lots of money on beachwear that I don't even know I'll have by my vacation. An email to customer service was of NO help at all. You have turned a long time customer into a very dissatisfied customer. Do better swimsuitsforall. Not happy!

DO NOT buy from this company - I still have not received a shipping update and when I call they say the order is at the warehouse but they have no idea when it will be shipped and can't/won't cancel it. To help me out they are not going to charge me the return shipping costs - really?! Worst customer service I have encountered!

Absolute scam of a company. I placed an order over $100 on 4/18/2021. I still have not received it (as of 5/12/2021). Since I knew it wouldn't be here in time I contacted customer service to cancel and when they finally responded a few days later they said they can't cancel it while in "processing". On 5/7 a "label was created" which they called shipped yet it hasn't moved since. Never buy from this company.
-$20 in shipping regardless what or how much you buy.
-Package didn't ship for a month yet they say they can't cancel it even before it ships
-Website customer service chat does not work
-Return policy is garbage. If you use their return label you get store credit only. If you pay your own shipping back you still get charged a $10 restocking fee on top of being out shipping costs both ways.

I ordered 3 items from swimsuits for all in late March (for 152.88CAD), and they came promptly. Unfortunately the fit and the fabric were not what I was looking for so I started a return. Their fixed rate Canadian dollar return option led to a broken website. After trying to contact them repeatedly I ended up going to Canada Post and just paying for my own return (I would recommend this, I think it ends up being cheaper). I contacted a rep via the chat box to confirm my return was received and being processed. They quoted me a refund of $128.25 (you don't get back taxes, duties or shipping). After waiting almost a month with no credit appearing, I followed up. They confirmed that my return was received but that the refund hadn't been issued and it would now be issued for $114.80 (with an additional 5-7 business day wait). When I asked about the difference in price I was told that the 128 was in USD and somehow that turned into 114$ CAD in their system. After asking for clarification several times and getting non-sensical and conflicting responses, I gave up (hopefully at least the $114 will arrive). I'm now out 65$ and have no swimsuits to show for it. I really would not recommend ordering from this site, especially as a Canadian.

If I could give them a zero stars, I would. I purchased items and returned the items within their 60 day return policy. Called to get my refund as it did not post yet, they said that they are having issues with their warehouse department and scanning returned merchandise. Had pictures of my return receipts and documents from the post office that it was returned timely and they said they will still not return my money. One customer service representative even told me they do this often and scam their customers and unfortunately they get this complaint often. WHAT, your agent said this and now you will not refund me? You will not be open for long. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will not buy from you and will make sure that I spread the word for this and report you to the Better Business Bureau. By the way, spent 3 hours on the phone with their associates over 2 days. Another representative advised that i was within the time period but their manager is telling them not to give me the credit back. He does not understand why but has to listen to his manager. SCAM!

I received both of my items a little over three weeks if you're willing to wait for your purchase the suits are of very good quality I'm keeping both!

Ordered 2 swimsuits 2 months ago. Took a month for order to arrive. Swimsuits didn't fit so initiated return to exchange for a different size. It's now another month later and they still haven't confirmed they received return, never mind processed return. Filled out contact form and received automated response that they are taking up to 10 days to process orders. That was 2 days ago. Still haven't heard from real person. Never again!

I ordered 2 swim suits on 4/20/21 got an email the following day that my order was being processed and I would get a notification when it was shipped. I have sent emails asking when it will ship and no response. I leave on vacation in in a week and half. If you are not going to ship with in the time stayed on your website then update it! I spent over $100 on suits for vacation and highly doubtful I will receive them. Super disappointed, my sister-in-law had great luck with this company, me not so much!

I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and it's been processing the whole time. I reached out to customer service and they took days to respond. The items have finally "shipped" but are still not at the post office so who knows if and when I will receive them.
The only response that I've received is that shipping times are slow. I've received items from China that have had to travel through customs faster than my order from this company. Handmade Etsy items and made and shipped faster than these orders.
If the company is unable to fulfill requests in a reasonable amount of time, they need to suspend production or find new shipping partners. This is truly unacceptable and I'll be reaching out to influencers who partner with this company.

Still waiting on my refund which it has been over 6 weeks now. When you call you wait on the hold for over 45 minutes to talk to someone who then argues with you that they sent the refund. Even the supervisor Deb said they send it on 4/15/21 but I don't have it on my credit card. Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again and I advise you not too.

I ordered 2 in stock swimsuits. It has been 12 days and they have not shipped. They are in "process". I spoke to customer service and they can not do anything about it. This has to be the worse company that I have ever ordered clothing from. I order most clothing on line. I would never recommend Swim Suits for All or any of its sister companies.

Placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and still processing. Company does not respond to emails and is unavailable by chat. Finally got a customer service rep on the phone (after at least a 30 minute wait), and all she could do is apologize and tell me it's still processing. $20 shipping and handling charge for what? And what company charges more shipping and handling the more you spend on products? Absolute BS, what a joke. Would never order from here again and will absolutely make sure nobody I know orders from here either.

I placed my order on 4-22-21. I received a email notice on the 27th stating that due to processing and order volume, it was taking longer than usual to process orders. Once my order has been processed, I will receive a notification and tracking number.
Its May 1st and I have not received any updates!
I'm pretty sure by the time I need my item, my trip will be over.

The site does not disclose that fulfillment time will generally exceed one month and when you call they tell you it can exceed that because of COVID. My order was still in the processing stage (I dont even think they have the product) so I asked for a refund, I was told no. Poor company, very poor return policy, I suggest not buying anything here. I did order some things for family last year but they returned them so I had a credit. I think the quality is very poor also. Steer Clear.

I have been trying for 2 1/2 weeks to get a hold of someone in customer svc to help with a missing item. No one ever answers the phone. Ive sat on hold several times for long periods with no such luck of reaching anyone. Ive sent 3 emails & the online chat is never available. Tried today again & decided to push new orders(they answered the phone quickly there) tried to get the Rep. To help me out. All he could do was send me another cover & charge me for it & that I would have to call back & ask for a refund on the missing item. What good is that? I cant even get them to answer on a missing item. Now I have to call my credit card company & dispute a charge. If you order from this company just be aware you may or may not get your items.

Placed an order on April 6th for a $78 swimsuit (plus $14.99 shipping!). Regretted it, contacted Customer Service to cancel the order (because there's no option to do that through their website). No reply from Customer Service, item shipped on April 15th. Finally received the item on April 27th -- a full 21 days after the order was placed -- and of course it didn't fit. Put in to have it refunded, and I'm out $9.99 for return shipping. These jerks took $25 from me in shipping charges for the privilege of trying on a bathing suit. Absolute trash, never shopping here again.

As others have written, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I placed an order for a swimsuit 04/18/21. I have received 2 emails stating it will be late. I wanted to cancel the order after reading the other posts. My credit card has not been charged, so they cannot stop payment. I placed the order with PayPal and they cannot cancel an order until 30d. After the order is placed. I tried a chat on the swimsuitsforless website, but after placing in my information and request to cancel order, the chat closed. I called the phone #, still on hold, I was told the wait time is 30minutes... I will report this company to Wells Fargo and to Paypal.

Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.

Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
