On April 7,2021 I ordered from www.swimsuitsforall.com. The order total was $184.01. The order was shipped on April 21,2021. The order was delivered April 29,2021. I returned the full order, which included all three items, the week of May 07,2021.
I returned my order according to the swimsuitsforall policy. I opted to use the form on the back on my paper invoice. I opted for a refund to my original method of payment. I used the ‘easy return label' included in my original order. According to the policy, once swimsuitsforall processed my return, I should receive a confirmation email. The policy indicates it should take about 2 weeks to receive and process my return. As of June 21,2021 I have not received any confirmation email.
I waited to give the processing center additional time due to COVID-19 restrictions. I attempted to call the customer service line multiple times over the course of waiting for my refund. I entered my phone number as well as my order number and the machine said it could not locate my order. The most recent attempt to contact customer service was on June 21,2021. I also submitted an email request on June 21,2021 with my issue. To date I am unable to track my return and have not received my refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I have submitted a request via online form on the swimsuitsforall website, the FullBeauty Brand website and the BBB to investigate.
I've placed a few orders with this website and before I ever hit "place order" I read the shipping guidelines. If you don't pay for expedited shipping, the standard shipping states it can take anywhere from 7-14 days. I've also read on the website that due to some other issues, shipping may take longer. I always pay extra for expedited shipping and have had ZERO issues with my order arriving when I need it. Take notes ladies, if you're expecting your order to arrive in a certain time frame and you don't pay for the shipping for it, it's not the companies fault.

When I placed an order at 10:00 pm, it was doubled! Then I called them less than 12 hours later they said they could not do anything as it was in processing. They said to just return it... no problem. WRONG! They said they would refund the shipping costs also. LIE! When I finally got my refund, they had deducted $31.34! No response to my email either.

I placed an order on 06/02/2021 and paid for super fast shipping because I needed it by a certain date. The site stated I would receive the purchase on 06/04/2021. On 06/04/2021 the purchased wasn't shipped yet so I called to cancel it. The company refused to cancel the order because it was already placed even though it wasn't shipped. I didn't receive the product until 06/09/2021 when I no longer needed it. The company refuses to reimbursement for the super fast shipment that I paid for.

I recieved my items in a timely manner (I paid for expedited shippjng). My swimsuits were too large. I recieved them on 5/20 and took them to the post office as instructed the same day. After 25 days I still have NOT received my refund. The way the company instructs you to return the items it can take up to 30 days for the items to be returned, and up to another 10 days before you will receive the credit. Ridiculous! It's impossible to track your package and customer service is not able to assist. Although their products are quality... I will not order from them again.

Beware of ordering from this site. Return policy very bad; customer service really bad. They have no history of return gift cards they issue. Happy to take your money. Be very sure you LOVE what you get otherwise you end up losing money for any returns.

I ordered almost $100 worth of bathing suits. After 8 days went by and my order still showed as not shipped I called to cancel my order. I was told by supervisor Valerie employee #******* that orders can't be canceled and i should receive my items by July... July? A full month after placing order. Why can't an order be cancelled if it has not shipped and probably wont be shipped for a few more weeks? Mind you items are shipped from the United States. If they were honest in their advertising and said it will take over a month to receive a suit i never would have ordered!

Ordered may 29th, items were listed in stock. As of today June 10th order still in "processing" Tried to cancel and they will not cancel order, PayPal has money pending because this company says order is processing. I call BS! It's out of stock and they want to keep the sale by making me wait until it comes in. Read reviews from other sites as well and you'll see this company is Shady in pulling stunts like this. Will never order from them again and am filing a BBB compaint and contacing payPal to see if they can do anything about this scam of a company.

Placed my order almost a month ago & it's still a no show! CS was polite but useless for an explanation causing the delay. According to tracking my package has been sitting in the same shipping center that's only 3 hours away from me for over a week now! Never again SFA, never again will I order anything from you.
Purchased on May 30th as of June 10th still not shipped out.
I have called twice and spoke to swimsuit for all customer service basically they don't care...
It seems like this time of year they get very busy and don't hire extra help so unless it's winter time anticipate a very long wait.

I ordered online from their website because there was a promo code for 50% off. After My purchase was made I noticed the promo code discount did not come off (I previously bought from them 5 years ago and had no problem). I contacted them online, was hung up on, transferred multiple times and still have not received any rectification on my order.
I also do not see a way to cancel my order without speaking to a person on the phone, the same people who will not speak to me...

I should read all the review first before I bought a pair of swimsuit from this site. All the reviews are correct. The customer service George was horrible. He has no idea what customer service is all about. After reading all the review, i should not be expecting my order in a month or more. Summer vacation is over by then. DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE..

I placed my order on May 27,2021 - and I am still waiting for it to ship. I wish I had read reviews of this vendor before I placed my order. I see no way to cancel this order online. I have ordered merchandise from other vendors days after I placed this order, and the merchandise has already been received by me. I truly regret this purchase.

I ordered $900 of suits so I would have options to try on. Sucked up the blanket 10% shipping charge and then got notice that they were having issues with processing delays. I no longer need or want the suits, but because the order is in process, I can not cancel it and I am going to be docked the $90 in shipping even though I no longer want it sent to me. CS says that the site made it clear that there were delays but I specifically remember ordering because there WEREN'T delays listed on the site. This company is trash and untrustworthy. I can't even block the charge from my CC company because they haven't charged me yet... but I can't change my card number because they already pinged CC company to confirm number was legit back when I ordered. What a PitA.

I am now 25 days post order, all of my items were in stock when I ordered, projected time for package to arrive was 10-14 days. Now on day 25 & my order is "on it's way", which has been the status for 10 days now. I called customer service. I appreciate they employ teenagers who need a summer job bc we all need to start some place but the staff are not the most... competent. That said, I also support the creative responses to how much longer until my package arrives. I feel the kid that was "helping" me should try college & creative writing bc he has mad skills on imagination! My projected time line, tentatively, possibly, but he could not really say, was 30 days for my package to arrive. Looks like it will not arrive by my vacation, which just forces me to rethink my puritan beliefs of wearing clothes at the beach. Thanks Swimsuits For All for forcing me to see the bigger picture & not to sweat the small stuff. It has certainly been challenging in dealing w/this company. I will never order from them again. The first and last time I will ever order from this sham website. No customer service. Returns are $10. They make sure you can't find your order online after ordering to return an item. What a waste of time and money. Stay away - do not order from them. HORRIBLE.

If you order from them be prepared to wait 30 days for the item you will never get before you can initiate a refund. Order elsewhere if you actually want to receive a bathing suit before the summer is over.

Well, it's my own fault for not reading the reviews before ordering. Customer service is a joke. Do NOT order from this company. Everything is CHEAP and from China. Takes WEEKS to get your order. You may as well throw a hundred dollar bill out your car window.

Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.

Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
