I sold an iphone on swappa.com. It was easy and I felt safer when the buyer is verified. They verify the buyers and sellers profile and their products. Staffs is helpful when needed. It makes a safe environment to buy and sell your phones or tablets.

My first sell on Swappa was great! It was easy to do and with in a few days of posting my device online, i got a buyer! Everything was simple to do and i Donald have any bad remarks about Swappa.

This is a trusted, simple and reliable marketplace to sell a mobile device or computer. I have been using the website for years and have had a consistent and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this website instead of Amazon or Ebay when selling electronics.

I broke my phone and decided to use swappa... I bought a phone and the seller used a new scam where he puts the wrong shipping address on the package being sent and has it returned to him and keeps my money. Swappa sends it to PayPal and PayPal says if there's a tracking number... the fraudulent merchant keeps both the money and the package! NEVER BUY FROM SWAPPA! Swappa.com is allowing cyber fraud!

I've used Swappa for years. It's hands down the best place to sell your new and used phones. In my experience, customers are understanding and great to work with. Swappa support team is extremely prompt whenever I've had an issue. Absolutely recommend Swappa!

I overall had a great experience selling on Swappa. Customer support was excellent and very prompt with emails, and I was easily able to communicate with my buyer. I wish there were shipping options within the site like eBay has, instead of me having to ship through PayPal instead. Otherwise, excellent site and I love that they have less seller fees than eBay.

I have purchased several phones through SWAPPA starting in 2016. I have only had one negative experience with one of my purchases, but it was quickly remedied and refunded on the defective phone. This is the ONLY way I will purchase a refurbished phone.

Everyone on Swappa is very efficient and timely to and questions or problems. People I have ordered from have all delivered the products wrapped completely safe and functional.

Ordered a phone. Did not work when received. Tried to work with seller & Swappa to resolve issue. Spent $80 on phone, refunded $68, charged $12 to return phone to seller. So I have no phone and it cost me $24. Really sad and will never use Swappa again.

When it comes to purchasing iPads I've been very pleased with the ones I've gotten thru Swappa. My recent buy came after checking eBay and Craigslist simultaneously. I know comparable ones may be available for a better price I didn't find anything at the time.

I felt so much better using Swappa than I have ever felt using eBay or Facebook marketplace. One buyer asked if they could do a local sale (where I meet in person) but Swappa stepped in and said it's not advisable which I really appreciated.

Service is good and helpful. They are available to help with things when things go wrong and to help the process of purchase and sales go smoothly.

Shipped right away, even during the shutdown, but used usps and shipping took 18 days. I was surprised the charger was not included. Should have read the fine print.

Took my own advice, finally. Glad I did.

I commented on a post of an iPad 7th gen sealed in box 32 gen WiFi for $335 instead of $329 brand new on apples website that I didn't understand why he was selling it for more. Then a staff, Heather K, told me that my comment was somehow inappropriate and removed it. That guy selling the iPad is scamming and she is letting them get away with it! That isn't normal!
