Seller did fantastic job of mailing quickly. Going thru PayPal was seamless. Swappa does a great job of sorting and listing the myriad of sellers and items. It is with a small bit of trepidation that we poise our finger over the "enter" button trying to decide whether to send our money out into the unknown, thankfully there are brokers like Amazon and Swappa to lessen the risk.

SWAPPA I feel is the most friction free experience in trading your devices for fair market value without the worries of fraud, while dealing with accurate product descriptions, conditions and clarity of the deal from advertisement through receipt. And the actual transaction experience is stellar.

As a seller on this platform, it is by far the best selling experiences I've had. No ridiculous eBay fees & swappa will stand by their sellers in cases of buyer mistake or buyer's remorse.

Good place to sell your device. We have been using Swappa for years. Some sales even with 20 photos buyers complain and detailed description buyers still complain and give you bad rating. Rating should be removed. A $ 50 phone is not perfect. Please understand.

I just received my Note 10+ that I purchased used but in mint condition from a seller on Swappa and it is AMAZING! This is the second time I have purchased a cell phone on Swappa and both transactions were flawless and both devices arrived exactly as advertised.

Placed ad with pictures. Buyer read ad, saw pictures, saw tracfone, chose to buy.
I Paid $12.60 to ship to her.
Buyer Wants to return it because said verizon can't switch. NOWHERE in ad does it mention Verizon.
Swappa says I have to pay $12.60 to ship it and pay return shipping costs.
I'm out $26.00?. AVOID SWAPPA LIKE THE PLAGUE

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Swappa, Planet Computers, and the seller Darren J all went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm extremely impressed.

Worked out great. Less fees than ebay charges. Smooth transactions. The only thing is that feedback comes in slowly. Over all a great place to sell electronics without getting killed in fees.
