So far I have purchased two items from here and I have not been disappointed! Just when I thought I was going to have to pay full price for what I was looking for, I find this site! What a blessing! They even give me pause before I look on Amazon! I have already started making my friends and family aware so they can save money too! Only draw back... taxes! But that is not against the site! I absolutely love Swappa!

I sold my phone on this website and it was a great experience. I was having trouble accessing some thing and their customer service replied to me extremely quickly. When buyers would ask questions on my listing that I wasn't sure of the staff jumped in and helped me out with the information. Overall my phone was listed and sold in two days and I got nearly everything I asked for. Will definitely use them again

I thought everything was going to be great because it seemed like Swappa made sure the phones being sold were good.
I received a phone where the headphone jack didn't work and paid my own money to get it fixed (the seller paid half) but the phone technician said the internal hardware was damaged because someone had already opened that phone before (which is against Swappa policy). I said I wanted to return the phone and I shipped it back and the seller said it was Damaged and would not refund my money.
Swappa did absolutely nothing to resolve this issue besides telling the seller to refund me. Nothing else. I had to resort to a PayPal dispute to get my money back. All Swappa said was that I should "leave a bad review on the seller's profile" so they obviously let this guy continue to sell on their platform. I will never trust their site again.
As both a seller and buyer, I feel very comfortable using Swappa.

I was very skeptical about buying a used device without physically seeing it and testing it, but this gambit (so far) has paid off.
Phone arrive promptly on time. Description was accurate (unlocked, in "good condition" with minor scratches and scuffs). Charger was included. Phone activated with my carrier with no issues. Everything seems to be working perfectly on the phone (e.g. Powers on, charges, camera, bluetooth, etc).
I'm very pleased with this purchase, and will more than likely do business with Swappa again in the future!

While I had a relatively positive experience buying a watch through Swappa, selling an item was an absolute nightmare. After sending a barely-used watch with no defects, mint condition to a buyer through the mail, the buyer was able to come back a few weeks after receiving the purchase and indicate that something was wrong with the watch; after having the item for quite some time. Prior to sending the item I followed the site instructions and posted photos of the watch, with no defects, and ensured that the watch was in working order immediately prior to sending to the buyer.
While I am not sure if the watch could have been damaged in transit in the mail or if the buyer may have done something to the watch, Swappa does nothing to enforce a timely completion of the purchase through the site on the buyer's part, or timely returns, and has nothing in place to support sellers should something happen to the item you are shipping through the mail or via the buyer. I would not recommend this site and caution both sellers and buyers, as these are expensive items being bought/sold and deserve to have additional security surrounding their purchase.
Love the ability to narrow down my search and base my purchase on the many reviews available. Praises to Swappa for its strict adherence to requirements for quality sellers. This was my second purchase, and I'm sure it won't be my last.
I needed a cheap android phone to use it as a side phone for android app development and I found a nice Pixel2 for a cheap price, and almost in perfect conditon, the process was simple and seamless, I had no issues, shipping was fast... easiest way to find great electronics at an awesome price!

Tried putting a iphone on swappa had a few problems that were my fault you know getting used to the new system. After a few hours my account was deactivated for no reason and they won't respond to me. I am going back to ebay i'll pay the fees.
I've had good luck both buying and selling individual phones - the buying interface is clean, and the guidance for pricing and listing phones for sale is excellent. Recently sold two phones within a couple of days. Yes, there are fees, yes, shipping and clearance of payments through Paypal takes a few days. That's fine for the convenience.
Ordered used galaxy s7 and had it delivered on time, well wrapped, and operating as it should, very very good condition.
Worked well for me. Negative reviews of Swappa seem unfair because the seller is who we are dealing with. Don't know what would happen if I hit a bad seller, but mine was great.
