I've bought 3 cell phones, a laptop, and a smartwatch on swappa. Much easier/faster/more reliable than wading through the crap on ebay or amazon.
I used Swappa a great deal when I was working in the USA. Swappa is for buying mobile phones, tablets, laptops and other electronics. The site is absolutely brilliant. It's somewhat similar to how eBay "buy it now" feature works, but without the headaches and problems of eBay. Scamming just doesn't happen on Swappa. If it does, the deal quickly stopped and money is refunded. I have purchased dozens of items from Swappa. Never had a problem. Never had a scam. If you're selling something, the fees are extremely reasonable. The Buyer pays the Swappa fee and the seller pays a tiny commission to Swappa for the sale.
After years of fighting the low-ball junkers on eBay and other sites, it's refreshing to find a place to buy and sell quality for a fair price.
First received a phone that was locked to a different carrier. I had to send that back and I bought a different phone from the same seller that was on the right carrier to allow for cross shipping. Seller did not offer to provide pre-paid label back and finally refunded shipping costs per swappa's rules after asking twice. Refund on phone sent back was very fast. Both phones looked brand new, they definitely were top quality. The seller came through with the phone I needed. It wasn't the smoothest transaction, but I got good value on a nearly new phone, that's a thumbs up to me. Swappa was there and made me very confident in purchasing a used phone, they helped get me a great value on a nearly new phone and I won't buy a used from any other way.
I have bought 6 phones and one tablet over the years and plan to buy my next phone here. I can't think of a better place to buy. The site was recommended by my cell phone provider (ting) as a great place to get guaranteed used phones at a good price.

Because the main picture was red, I shouldn't assume the phone would be red. They left me hanging without a resolution.
