Never heard of Swappa before until I was shopping online for an Iphone. Im glad Ifound Swappa. Save alot of money and got a great deal. Will definetly spread the word around.
Bought a gently used phone at half the cost of what local stores were charging. Got to communicate with the original owner of phone prior to buying. Great place to buy. Will do it again when upgrading in 2 years or so.

I have used Swappa as well as EBay to both purchase and sell phones. Although you may bet a better price on EBay there is a much higher risk of getting a lower quality phone when using EBay. Selling is straight forward on Swappa with the fees fixed instead of percentages.
I like that phones are reviewed by the Swappa staff before listing and they insure the phone will be a phone that is in functional condition. I had the return a phone and Swappa stood by the transaction and facilitated the return.

I am a member of XDA where Swaps was born and we have private messaging or (PM) so two users can have private communications. Swappa Doesn't have private messaging so two people who are messaging have to be visible and if they agree on A price someone else can literally come in and purchase A device to The nasty dismay of The potential Buyer who you're discussing The purchase with and that's A shame I was told everything needs to be open for everyone to see but that just disables A private conversation for 2 people to agree and for 2 people to be happy and that's really really A shame.

Lots of choices of phones yet it was easy to find what I was looking for. I'm not a phone junkie and it was still easy to use! I appreciated all of the info on each phone even if I didn't understand it all. :) And the price was right where I wanted! I will refer swappa to others!
