Being a member of Swappa for several years now and never really interested in iphone and basically I miss my android but I am going to live with this iphone for a while. Looked through many iphone's until i found the right one for me with the price I wanted to pay. I paid just a small amount more but it was not available to me where I live.
I purchased an iPhone on Swappa. Then I realized somehow I'd purchased the "wrong" phone. Customer service was very quick to respond to my emails. The seller was most gracious & emailed that I could return the phone when I received it. I ordered the "right" phone. When I received the phone it was great & my husband decided to keep it. I got the phone I wanted. Bottom line: Swappa staff & both sellers were great! Thank you!

I was looking for a good deal on a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. I tried all the usual places like Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, even Samsung but I just couldn't quite find the deal I was looking for. So I did one more Google search and out of nowhere comes a hit for a site I had never heard of - Swappa. Not expecting much, I clicked on it anyway, and much to my surprise discovered this was just what I was looking for! After a few searches I found the phone of my dreams for a really good price and clicked the "Buy" button. From now on, this will be the first place I go when searching for a new phone, and I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends.
Good description and pictures of the phone. The only thing that could have improved the transaction was to be sent a phone that was already Unlocked as opposed to me having to unlock it with AT&T. All in all, a very good experience.

When I was in college I would buy used phones, fix them, and then sell them on eBay. I have always been a smart things enthusiast and I am glad swappa.com is around. It is not shady like ebay and Craigslist list. I believe it is the best place to buy and sell used gadgets. I have personally bought and sold a few of my smart things on swappa.com and have always been completely satisfied.
As described in the title, I bought a phone (Iphone 5s) described as being in mint condition. I asked the seller some questions about the product, they were answered and I made the payment.
The product was sent the next day and I received everything as advertised. Based on this purchase, I'd recommend Swappa to anyone looking to buy something used without getting scammed (of course, be careful when choosing the seller)
