I found Swappa's website (https://swappa.com/) while looking for online places to buy and sell cell phones. I had a used phone (the Nexus 5) in near-mint condition that I was looking to sell, and had been searching for a Samsung Galaxy S6 64GB at a reasonable price. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Swappa's site made it incredibly easy to sell my used phone, and I also found the exact Galaxy S6 that I was looking for at a price under $350 from a seller with a two-week no-questions-asked return policy AND a 90-day warranty! This was a win-win all around. Swappa is very clear about their quite reasonable fee (what they get when you sell a phone on the site), and provides easy tools to help the user ship and track purchases or items sold. I have another used phone that I plan to sell on Swappa and would strongly recommend this site to anyone who's in the market to buy or sell a smartphone.

I wanted to upgrade my 1 year old Motorola X, because it didn't have enough storage space for apps. I priced my phone a little above swappa's recommended price, took some pictures of it, and listed it. It had sold within a day. I was able to work with the buyer and meet in person to deliver the phone. I then found the same model on the site, in better condition, with twice the storage for $10 more than I had sold my phone for. All told, I got an additional 16 GB of storage, plus a new phone case, for $25 ($15 in fees, $10 price differential.)

Swappa's site emailed me the moment a new phone matching the specs I was looking for had been listed, and made comparison shopping between listings easy. Their graph and analysis of previously sold phones let me know what the right price was for the phone. Their fees were super reasonable for the service.

I'm very happy with Swappa, and will use them again the next time I need a new phone.

I have used Swappa for three purchases and have been very happy with the service. My first purchase, an iPhone 5S, was dropped after a few months and damaged beyond easy repair so I returned to Swappa for my next iPhone 5s. Unfortunately, the second phone was not as advertised. Swappa staff responded immediately and assisted me through the return and refund process. Because of that, I was willing to try them again. The third purchase went smoothly and I am now the happy owner of a new used iPhone 5s. My only complaint is that I had to pay return shipping and the seller has not been responsive to my request for a refund of the return shipping fee. I believe Swappa should require sellers to provide prepaid return shipping labels if the product is not as advertised. Still, overall a very good experience.

I switched from AT&T to Sprint and needed new phones. I ordered 3 phones within 3 days. All phones were exactly as I expected and worked great. I have no complaints and actually am very pleased with speed and follow up with the Swappa people. One of the phones the speaker volumn was extremely low. Seller offered to give a refund for work done or to ship back and he would fix. Swappa people were very quick to make sure everything was satisfactory with buyer and seller. Phone is fixed and very happy with all 3 of my purchases. So glad I found Swappa.

Buying and selling telephones on Swappa is really frustration free and takes away the stress of find Like New condition telephones locally and paying for it in person. Of course sellers loose some money in PayPal fees and Shipping but when your safety is concerned this is the best site to sell your New/Used telephones.
