Swagbucks is the big thief ever when i signed up they let me took surveys then they close my account taking my money without clear explanation and they sent the same message they sent to my friends.

I completed a multi step survey and didn't get credited over $129 and support is useless and misunderstands everything I saw apparenty and I had back and forth for weeks and then some final message saying it was decided for good. I provided everything that showed my progress and screenshots of the transactions I made and they kept acting like that wasn't any sort of proof even with it right there in their face. Would then give a list of multiple different reasons why it wasn't credited none which applied to me and would never give an exact answer because I did everything right. I had been a member for over 9 months and earned over 150,000 points and was a pretty high rank able to do up to 5 gift card instant transactions a month. I recommend you also contact Prodege who owns Swagbucks and email them or try calling and leaving a message because nobody answers along with messaging people on LinkedIn who work for either company and the messaging them. Going to produce a lengthy video about them although it probably won't do anything though. Prodege in 2020 had over $200 million in revenue and Swagbucks along with other sites they own are massive revenue generators for them so when someone does everything by the book and doesn't get credited don't let them convince you they are just some small-medium size company. They also work with major companies like Disney and other massive companies Prodege LLC does/did marketeering for them. They clearly don't really care or else their ratings on every rating site wouldn't be so poor. I encourage everyone to spread the word and to produce videos and do whatever they can.
Appreciated for dedication and commitment over the years. Swagbucks has been there for me, the best online earning sites I've ever seen. With different ways to earn Swagbucks and later convert them to actual cash ranging from answering surveys, playing games, shopping etc. Swagbucks is the best, I've personally had fun using this website and I can encourage others to make use of it too. And you can redeem rewards via PayPal, gift cards, coupons and other convenient means.
Swagbucks drags their feet paying out rewards. Even PayPal, which I get paid in an hour or less on any other site is a week at best. Many of their questions make me worry about identity theft, who do you bank with, what credit cards do you have, one asked for Vin# for vehicle? Obv skip these surveys but be wary, and prepared once you make about $30 in a week to be kicked out of most surveys you try...SMH
They do not pay well on the surveys. They don't pay you sometimes for taking the survey(glitch?). You get 1 cent for three attempts which is not worth it. After 3 attempts you don't get anything. The surveys constantly put you through monotonous paying attention questions, so if you don't qualify for the survey you wasted lots of your time. Swagbucks sucks.
Go with survey junkey. You always at least get payed for attempts(2-3 cents). Not as much paying attention questions. Many more aspects that are better. More money and quicker. Murk is also better.
For 3 days I am waiting to get paid via paypal. Other sites pay me instantly which is the norm for surveys right now. People who do this need their money immediately and will not work with a site who thinks they can hang onto it for awhile and expect the same people to continue to use their site. I'm owed $10 7/24, $10 7/25, $10 7/27
What a con game this is. Don't get suckered into this cesspool of liars, con artists, and scammers. The turds that run this sideshow should find other jobs! Like following elephants with a shovel! And to these barfbrains I say this: May a toothless yak gnaw on your grandma's wheat thins!

The very first time I signed up they said a $10.00 bonus never got it. I had to work veryong time just to get a $25.00 PayPal payout. Finally got it after a long time. Closed the as account waited a long time to open again said it gave a $10.00 bonus worked on some ads enough for payment, nothing again. Contacted customer support no response. These people as re nothing but liers and run as flim-flam scam company.
Don't do it waste of time and effort to make sure that you have a good plan for what you want and want
Like many other survey sites, when you begin to use these survey websites, you are able to quickly earn points through surveys and thus make money.
However, slowly, they become more familiar with you and steal your data. There's no need to find out more about you because they already have this data they can sell off if they wanted to.
So you'll notice that you receive less surveys and if you do receive surveys, frequent qualifications or scammers telling you 'error' or 'you have been disqualified' after completing most if not all of the survey.
The games are even worse. I tried a game that was so ridiculous I am almost sure this app was created purely to extract users personal data. You need to reach an exceptionally high level within a certain number of days (e.g. 7) to get points (convertible to money) that even a person who spent every day completing would fail to earn.
In addition, the gaming app will show you disgusting and Inappropriate advertisements too.
Deleted the app and deleted my swagbucks account.

It's a terrible thing when a company loses all sense of ethics and fairness and just decides to arbitrarily rip you off and not pay you what you've earned. Yet this is what Swagbucks has done to me (and I suspect many others).
I had been a member of Swagbucks since 2019 and have always been a good contributer. This past month though, I suddenly found one day while trying to log in that my account had been deactivated and I was unable to access the site. I contacted Swagbucks about this and after about a week they finally bothered to reply and basically just gave me a bit of vague garbage as an explanation for why I was without warning kicked off the site. I have tried to contact them numerous times since then and have been greeted either with silence or insulting and abusive communications from Swagbucks. Seriously I can't believe a purportedly professional company would behave in such an outrageous and sick manner. I had over $50 in earned points which I am now unable to cash out and Swagbucks either ignores or insults me when I try to resolve this.
Please avoid using Swagbucks. If this can happen to me after being a loyal member for years then it can definitely happen to you. There are much better survey sites out there. No need to use evil scammers such as this.

Most of the time, you don't qualify for their surveys. Then the other times, they make you do the whole fuc****g survey and say you don't qualify at the end.
Complete waste of time, don't bother with this crap.
Used this app for maybe 10 days. Earned over $200 then suddenly I go to log in and my account has been deactivated. Absolutely no contact telling me why or that it was even deactivated.
I contact them. Poor customer service taking days to respond. Generic response saying that I broke terms of service but failed to tell me what exactly I did and what special offer I broke tos with.
I want the money I earned then to never deal with this company again. Shady company that can just deactivate your account and not pay out. I've filed with the BBB and will be looking up other things I can do to report this company.

They string you along with Half-baked promises. They are constantly moving the goal post. First its "get a free $25 gift card for signing up!" Then when you sign up you find out its "Get the gift card after completing these offers". Once you sign up for the offers, you find out that you need to deposit $50 to complete the offers." and so on, and so forth. They string you along.
I'll cut right to the chase: There are far too many surveys that have you answer dozens and dozens of questions, taking up anywhere from 2-15 minutes of your time (not a missprint), only to disqualify you based on one of your answers.
Yes, SwagBucks gives you SOME points for the time invested, but it shouldn't be that these companies can take up literally 15 minutes of your time only for you to find out that, somehow, you don't qualify. Like, if you have such strict parameters, then you need to get them out of the way IMMEDIATELY -- not have people jump through hoops with question after question only to get kicked out of the survey.
SWAGBUCKS please don't waist your time doing their surveys you will get kicked out or they will just not reward you with points. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND TO HELP YOU I waisted an hour and got nothing and then they want me to supply them with all the information that they know I don't have on the number and id of the survey I did. They refuse to help me unless I supply them with all the information they should have on file. Their system is either extremely bad and holds no information on what surveys I did or they are just refusing to help me. You will get nothing for the surveys you do and they will not reply in person to any requests for help or rewards. Their system crashes often and takes all you effort with it. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM I couldn't rate them low enough you will never get anything from them
They deactivated my account as soon as I tried to use my points. This place is a waste of time and I'll report it to the BBB. I suggest whomever has gotten scammed by this company do the same in order to help others.

A couple times, I have moved off a page before realizing there was a Search bonus. I hit the Back button on my browser & input the code, no problem. Of course, if you don't respond in a timely manner, the bonus expires. (I think it's around 3 minutes, but I'm not certain.) Also, if you input a non-matching code, you'll get a new code, but only 2x (3 chances in total). Are you maybe talking about a SwagCode? That's a bonus that appears on an otherwise normal page. And again the page doesn't disappear. If you take too long, you get an expired notice in the SwagCode box, but the page remains.

How well they pay depends on which activity you're referring to and also how much time and effort you devote to earning. Some activities are USELESS, like watching videos - you watch 15 30-second videos and are only paid 2SB, the equivalent of 2¢. For 7.5mins, that's asinine! However, some of the activities, like the surveys, in-store shopping/receipt upload and games (such as Swago) can offer a great bonus here and there.
